My experience at Midas was great!! Made an appointment got in, and the customer service was great, awesome, just as my Sister said it would be!! I'm going back to have my breaks changed, and tires rotated.Just amazing!!

I know my experience may be a lil different from others. I had a great experience with them. They got me in quickly and got my car fixed in a few hours. Would definitely recommend for all to try their service. 5 stars from me

I had a appointment, went in on time, they did what needed to be done, and got me in and out. The young man who helped me was super Duper nice. I'll definitely go back if I need anything else.

I took my car to Midas on Saturday September 9, 2023, because the Engine Light was on. The Technician told me it needed a new Canister Vent Valve. It only cost $500.00. Great job, my car runs like it is brand new. No sputtering!! The gentleman at the Service Counter was very polite and professional!!! GREAT JOB MIDAS!!!

I took my car in to get a clicking noise/vibration that I was having, first I had to call after about 5-6 hours to get an update and once I get the gentlemen on the phone he says that there was no issues. requested another tech look into it and they found the noise/vibration I was talking about. however they was not able to pinpoint the problem. they had my car for a day in a half and was terrible with communication, also I requested to have breakpads looked at yet that was completely disregarded.

Donnie Bret and the tech staff are great! They have done an awesome job on my vehicle since taking over a few months ago. Took my car in for an oil change on sat last week at about 9:00 waiting for a call for pick 4:00 rolls around so I called them they said my car was 2 hours a go I said why didn t I get a call? he said the we busy all day got up there no customers not busy all I ask the gentleman you don t look to busy now he was sitting at the desk doing nothing . Very poor customer service.

I came in 2 days ago to have both front tires replaced with new tires. The next day I discovered one of the new tires that I just purchased were completely FLAT. Upon further inspection, I realized that the lug nuts were damaged. I brought this to their attention, and management told me that they did not damage the lug nuts. They sealed my tire (like they should have done properly the first time) and tried to charge me to fix the lug nuts that they damaged I would not recommend this Midas location!!

Exhaust/muffler not fixed correctly the 1st time. Took my car back & same problem still exists. I will have to pay someone else to properly complete the job.

I didn't like arriving for my appointment just to sit from 12 to 3 before getting my car serviced. The never showed me the tires they were putting on my car. I was shocked when they hand me my car keys. I supposedly bought new tires the tires they gave me look like some old dirty tires that they had set up on the shelf for decades

They included hidden labor costs in the parts pricing. I didn't think that was legal. The serviceman explained it to me when I showed him the exact part from the manufacturer's website priced at HALF of what they charged. 100% markups?!! The $40 NAPA rotors go for $80 here because they figure "50% of the parts cost is labor." Bring your own parts if you use these guys. Also they didn't rotate my tires, which I paid for. And they left my car unlocked on the north side... Seriously, this is ridiculous.Update: they gave me a bad timeline for getting the rotation and made me miss an important meeting at work. Then, the first time I took the car on the road I noticed that one of my tires was completely flat. I don't know what they did, but now I've got to take my car in again!! Maybe they read my review.Update. The tire guys say that something went in and out of the inside tire wall. It looks like it was punctured by something the shape of a screwdriver.

0 DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! They say they fixed it..they didnt..another problem..after problem after problem. Keep taking your money and WRECKING YOUR CAR. THEY FIX ONE THING AND ANOTHER BREAKS. Bad business!!! Keep your vehicle for too long only to get it back to have to take it back immediately. BBB will be getting a complaint filed against this business.

Horrible service , bad people , they do not know how to work or cars or talk to people at this location Never Go To This Place They Will Take Your Money And Your Car Will Still Not Bet Fixed After You Get Your Car Back You Might Even Have Extra Problems And Have To Fork Out Extra Money!!! Trust me and spend your money elsewhere Read The Reviews !!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS MIDAS! Every time I go to get my car fixed, something else messes up. Small inconveniences at the front desk. Poor communication skills. Overall, your safer going somewhere else.

I took my 2007 Buick Lucerne to Midas on Saturday 7/15 for rear breaks, tire repair and oil leak. I was told that they would seal the timing chain cover to reduce the leak and change the oil sensor filter. I picked my car up on Monday 7/17 and it's still leaking oil, just as it was before I took it to them. And while on the highway the front driver side tire came off and I ended up in a ditch. They neglected to tighten the lug nuts. If I could give review a without a star would.

Although I'm thankful my truck is running but I don't think I'll use their business again! I was told one price over the phone. I asked three times to be sure of what price I was being quoted but after they fixed my truck, they overcharge me and extrav$500 from original quote!

I was referred to the good hope location by my fiance who told me they did a great job with his vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation showed up early to my appointment even waited for them to tell me they were short staffed the guy at the counter promised me he could still get me in that day if i would allow him to call me when he was ready for me. I waited all day and never even got a call back from him. Very bad experience.
