Zachary Haack helped us from start to finish, he went above and beyond in making our purchase a wonderful experience. Buying our vehicke over the internet was a first for us, so we wanted to know everything was ok before we flew up from Nashville to get our vehicle. Zach joined us on FaceTime twice so we could see our vehicle from top to bottom before we made the decision to buy. Zach answered all of our questions promptly and accurately, making us feel secure in our purchase. Zach even picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership, going above our expectations and making the entire process hassle free. We would not hesitate to reach out to Zach again for our next purchase, or to refer a friend. Hi I inquired about a sprinter van back in June 2021. Vito responded, he found one and sent me the package. I went over the package decided to order. Vito worked with me very well he is in Milwaukee Wisconsin I am in Idaho Falls Idaho. Vito's request to have it delivered to Idaho Falls, no one responded to pick up and deliver so we decided to go see Vito in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Eric picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership. Eric was very nice and knowledgeable about the sprinter van and explained the options to us. MB Milwaukee North the entire staff was pleasant and the dealership was very clean and nice I would recommend Vito anytime you need a vehicle. Thank you Vito the Sprinter van is great !

I'm happy to admit I'm writing this review of my own volition. I recently had an incredible experience at Umansky Mercedes Benz of Milwaukee. After several weeks of searching, talking, reviewing, debating and YouTubing, I purchased one of my dream cars. Hats off to Aleksey for all the time and professionalism throughout this process. I challenged him with my needs and he always came through. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. He did an outstanding job catering to me and making me feel like a real person. I'd also like to thank the rest of the team including Austin, Chris, Ahmad, Hunter and Dino a.k.a. Nick. I genuinely had a good time with these folks. I even feel as if I made a few friends. Thanks again for all the attention and conversation, especially the candid joking. Can't wait to get the next car ;)

They were willing to make a deal to get the deal completed and the car sold! I purchased a pre-owned CLA250. They were the only dealer who had a nice low mileage CLA with a price that beat everyone else. Jac'Quon is a great sales rep and believe it or not, he's on your side! I am very happy with the entire deal and already love my sporty sedan!

Its my first time ever leaving the review for any places in Google. Gary was my sales person and I cant thank him enough for helping me throughout the entire process. I am very cautious & curious person in nature and I couldnt visit the dealership for my purchase so I needed to trust Gary throughout the process. He never once disappointed me and he was so kind enough to make sure everything was answered to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even after I got my car delivered he reached out to me to follow up on my purchase and willing to help me out further. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary from MB of milwaukee north.

I went in for service work on my Mercedes.I received a loaner vehicle. When i went to the counter to get the car, people on phones. Not friendly. While i was sitting and waiting for my loaner vehicle, an employee came in the room scrolling on his phone the entire time I was in their waiting. I thought it was rude and everyone seemed uninterested in anything else but their phones.When i did get my loaner vehicle, the guy just handed me the key , didn t explain anything about this Mercedes seemed irritated. Probably missed his phone. Don t have this model, didn t know where a thing was, Totally different than mine.I was told when i left my vehicle would for sure be done at 1:30. I did receive a text that i needed tires and brakes . I did get a notification it was ready but got there and my car was still sitting without tires on and not ready at 1:30 guess they wanted to know if i wanted that work done but it wasnt clearly communicated so I had no idea the car wasnt even ready. Could of called or texted that.Had a broken foot, was in pain, wanting to get home.It had already been a half hour after i was told it would be done.Didn t want to wait around and left with my car not even washed or vacuumed. Never went back.Did get a call from the manager after this review apologizing to me which was great.

Great people and dealership. I worked with Zach to purchase CPO Mercedes GLE 350 and highly recommend him. He went the extra mile and was beyond helpful answering my many questions and always was quick to respond, which I appreciated. He is genuine and never made me feel pressured. Great experience, would definitely return here.

Was on the phone for over an hour when I could have brought my car in for a simple maintenance fix And by the time they answered and I was redirected over 1000 times the department finally closed. This is ridiculous.

Had a great experience purchasing a car with Zach H. I had a particularly complicated situation involving an out-of-state trade-in that ultimately required them to ship documents and send a notary out to where I live in Pittsburgh. Despite the logistical challenge, Zach did his best to ensure that the experience was extremely professional and smooth from start to finish. No surprises, no last minute added fees, no upselling. I only spent a total of 30 minutes in the dealership to hand in the paperwork, give them the check, and wait for the car to be washed. Amazing. All of this made the 9 hour drive very much worth it. For the cherry on top, Zach and management went above and beyond to help address a few minor issues I had with the vehicle after purchase. Don t let distance scare you if you are buying from out of state. If they have the vehicle you want, I highly recommend MB Milwaukee North.

I'm the lucky owner of a 1973 model MB 450 SL, which I have reason to belive was sold from your shop back in 1973. Is there any possibility to get a confirmation if my car came out of your shop or not? What information about the car would you need to The car is still in excellent condition, and has since September 2010 had a good life in Southern Norway.

Jessica Kelly is a tremendous sales advisor who provides terrific customer service. She and her team took great care of me throughout the sales and financing process by keeping me well informed & educated throughout the process. There was a minor issue upon delivery of my car and the dealership went out of their way to make sure it got repaired in a timely manner. The car, I have right now, is a placeholder and I have been contacted by other dealers about upgrading. However, I ve said no to them all so that I can continue to work with this dealership and upgrade through them.

Vito Lombardo is a great sale consultant and Kyle Richards is also a great Business Manager they were both very attentive to my needs. During my consult with both individuals they were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely recommend both individuals. They both made me enjoy my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee North. I love my 2023 GLE 350 4MATIC SUV.

I would like to thank Gary Okla whom took the whole day to help me find the right car and fit for me. Gary listened to my needs as a customer and was very honest about the process. As usual, we had a great service experience here. We bought a used vehicle from a non-Mercedes dealer and Todd helped explain the various service and inspection options. They gave us peace of mind that our vehicle is in great shape and up to date from a maintenance perspective, and were also accommodating in scheduling an appointment with short notice.

At first I was skeptical because I have not had the greatest experiences in the past with dealerships. Especially when they try to haggle you in to a purchase.When we arrived, it was pretty busy so I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to assist me in the vehicle I was already looking at. The moment I was helped, Isaiah brought the car around and I wasn't pushed in to test driving it. He was very patient with me, and was doing a walk-around with me talking about the car. When I decided to take it for a test drive, he was not pushy. He just listed off some features I might like, and waited for my response. He just let me absorb the excitement of testing the car. After the test drive was over, Sean Caffe was the original salesman I was working with and communicating with took over and was sitting us down to discuss potential financing options. He was very forward with me and was trying to help me get the most I could for my trade in. Also answered every question I had.The part I appreciated the most out of this entire experience was the fact they were willing to work with the fact that my co-signer disabled and could not be there to sign for me. They not only stayed late to get the paperwork done for the following day, first thing the next day Sean delivered my new car to my home after cleaning it up for me, and a full tank of gas. This entire experience was very strong in communication. I was not hassled, I was given honest information. They treated me with respect. I huge shout out to Sean for trying to help me get the car of my dreams and within my budget. I normally don't give reviews unless I feel the customer support was above and beyond; this was that experience. Never once did I feel like I was just another customer.I am now a proud owner of a Mustang GT. Thank you!

I bought a 2014 Volvo from them about 2 months back and it had a check engine light on it. I was told by the sales guy that it was due to a EVAP leak in the gas cap, and that they simply would replace th gas cap and the code would not come back. I traded in my car and bought the Volvo from them after trying to get a better trade in price or money off the Volvo. They would not budge. They ordered me a new gas cap and installed it and the issue did not go away. They told me that I needed to take it to a Volvo dealer to get worked on, and that they weren t able to fix it for me or give me a loaner. I had to sit there for over an hour fighting with them to get them to fix my car and to give me a loaner. Finally after 5 weeks of it being in the shop, they got my car back to me with a fixed fuel pump. So I thought I was all set to go. After owning the car for about 2 months I decided I did not like it and I wanted to trade it for something else. The dealer I brought it to gave me a fair trade and deal on my new car. Come to find out, the dealer I traded to really liked the way the car looked but they had to send it off to auction because the Volvo was leaking fluids form every possible seal on the car, and it would have costed them $4000 to fix everything just to sell it. So unfortunately this other dealer lost money. I had no idea any of those issues were going on as I figured a reputable dealer and mechanic would check all those things over before trying to sell, but Umansky did not. Overall I DO NOT recommend this place. They are shady. Learn from my unfortunate experience.

I absolutely love this location super clean and very helpful and polite staff. The one that stood out the most and helped me was Jessica. She was so nice and very helpful. She also made me feel very welcomed and made sure I left completely satisfied with the service I received. I would most definitely recommend everyone to pay her a visit.

I feel like I received great service here, the staff is very attentive and they hear your concerns. If there was an area they needed to improve it would be their valet service. It normally takes longer than it should for them to bring your car out after you ve paid the cashier. wirh my other car, I visit another dealership and have my car within five minutes bit at this dealership I m waiting 10 to 15 minutes minimum. I think they need to hire more people. Things moved faster under the previous owner.

Unfortunately I will most likely never return to Mercedes-Benz North. I made a service appointment for my wife's gl550 weeks ago. I went to work early and got off early so that I could be on time for what I was told by a rude receptionist was the only available date and time within a month. I arrived only to be told that my wife's vehicle was scheduled for an oil change only. Then I'm told that I can leave it till Friday. Then I'm told that they can squeeze it in next week! I refuse to deal with the bad attitudes and unprofessionalism again.

Received service that was due and had a couple of small dents and scratches taken care of. As always Steve Putterman is great to work with and the service team did an amazing job and had my car ready by the end of the day! Everyone was friendly and helpful start to finish. A++

Chris came to my home and changed my tire. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure I was able to get into the service department the same day. His customer service was superb! When I arrived at the dealership everyone was just as nice!
