Was a referred loyal customer for years got much work done there. I stumbled across my receipt and noticed I had lifetime warranty with the shop. So I went in to get my break done. Not only did he not honor the warranty he insulted me . Saying my plates didn t match my truck taking pictures of my Vin number. This place is a joke as long as your spending money everything is fine but the minute you try to you the warranty that they issue. It s a problem! I always try to support small business but this make it hard too!

Martin and Carlos are great!! Very knowledgeable with cars and extremely fair on prices. As a woman, I feel confident that they won't try and rip me off on repair prices. Thanks for the wonderful service and for taking care of my vehicle.

-5 stars!They rigged my Ford Fusion window regulator with parts from a Ford Zephyr! The parts were not compatible! They used all sorts of screws and nuts to hold everything in place! $350 down the drain! Another $350 or more to have it repaired properly!

I have used their services Alex was his name I believe many years ago and the service was excellent and also my car was great after... I paid $600 for the work.....now I'm in need of their services again for sum front end suspension services and idk if I should ask for them since they have a couple bad reviews since I've been idk ...Service: Wheel alignment

i have taken my car to martins many times. the prices are fair and everyone there has always been very nice. being a single woman, its always a chance that a auto repair shop might take advantage and over charge you, but not here. this is a very honest business. i drive from brown deer all the way on the south side of town just to let these guys fix my car because i TRUST them.

My dude patched my flat tire at closing time on a saturday, fast and cheap, had me rolling again in a half hour. It's a small place but they got the tools.

En mi opinion asen mejor chequeo que en otros lugares tenia problemas con soporte del motor, cuando metia el cambio tronaba fuy a un lugar y me desian que era la transmision en otros lugares me desian que era normal, lo que me preocupo y tube que ir al dealer de la ford para que me lo chequearan causa que tube que pagar 100 dollares y dejar el carro 1 dia, para colmo me dijieron que ese ruido era normal yo sabia que no era normal porque el motor tenia una bribasion al estar el carro parado, y ademas el ruido era como si el motor pegara en un metal era muy molesto al aser el cambio, bueno pase a este lugar pues aber que medesian duraron aproximadamente 5 minutos y medisen es un soporte cosa que no creia estaba en duda y dije bueno si aser ese cambio iba a quitar ese ruido deje que lo isieran y si era un soporte que iba en la parte de abajo. No pierdan tiempo ni dinero recomiendo este lugar solo en esta experiensia que tube todos los casos son diferentes y no puedo aser otra opinion mas sobre este lugar.
