I have 2015 jeep that I brought in for a bumper repair they did an awesome job this is the second time I work done there. Nicole the manager is awesome as well.

I cannot reccomend Crystal Auto Body enough! Was referred by family after my accident, which resulted in about 10k of damage. Beyond grateful for Bill, his wife, and his team. Bill stood up for me and my interests when dealing with my insurance, which was so helpful and not an easy task.. Aside from that I cannot tell AT ALL that my car was even in an accident. And as you can see in the pics thats pretty unreal.. Bill and his team did a phenomenal job. Communication was great from the very beginning and all throughout as well. And they finished my car way quicker than I expected. One of Bills employees even came in on Saturday (when they are closed) to paint my vehicle which sped the process up even more.. Not to mention Bill and his wife are so kind, helpful, and just simply good people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again so so much Bill!

Did a wonderful job repairing my front end that was hit on my husbands job site. We have a special Cajun red and they matched it perfect! They kept us updated on expected completion date. Overall repair took only 3 days! The pricing was fair & honest. I would definitely use them again if needed & highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repair!

Mander was very accommodating, specifically to my schedule. Nikki at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and helped with a mix-up I had on my end to make sure everything ran smoothly! Communication through the whole process was greatly appreciated. My 2015 Nissan Ultima had its windshield replaced and they did a great job with it!-Emily W.

My 2011 Honda CRV was hit on the passenger side. Mander did a beautiful job replacing the door and surrounding parts. They were extremely thorough, and meticulous. The office staff kept in constant contact, calling every few days. I would highly recommend them!

So far they ve been very fair with making decisions. Vehicle is still being repaired so can t say for sure. Works well with me and the insurance company. Hopefully the end result is favorable for everyone.

Old owner was awesome. Not a fan of the new office staff that came with the new owners. Come off very short when speaking with them like they have better things to do.

We have used Crystal Auto Body three times with our Subaru vehicles. Getting into a major accident is a traumatic event and we were in three that we presumed would total our cars. However insurance thought differently. We cannot be more grateful for Bill and the team Crystal Auto Body for putting us back on the road. Locally-owned, Crystal is professional, hard working, and caring. They get it done right. Our company is located very close to them and many of our employees have had cars repaired there as well. Having to find a good reliable body shop can be difficult, and usually not for a fun reason. I chose Crystal Auto Body that came recommended from a friend. I could not have asked for better! They were very honest and trustworthy with the price of repairs for my car. Brittany assisted with everything from handling my insurance questions along with contacting them and explaining any work that I needed done. She was very kind and reassuring which made me feel comfortable and happy with the shop choice I made! Had my car taken here and they did a phenomenal job. The car looks like brand new again. They helped me through the entire process of getting a rental car, getting picked up and dropped off. Staff very friendly. They even buffed some some other spots on the car. Bill the owner gave me a quick and reasonable estimate and fixed the car fast. If anyone is reading this, take to Crystal auto body and you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Bill!

Crystals is professional and the staff is amazing! Bill Zoesch is an awesome guy. They did an excellent job on my bumper at a price much lower than I thought it would have been and I really didn t expect for my truck to be vacuumed out when I got it back!!! What a great family business. Bill & Chris turned my very unfortunate situation into a blessing that I was very grateful for. They really know what they are doing and it was apparent how important that is to them when they made extra effort to be sure it was done right even when my insurance company gave me a hard time about fixing a small quarter size dent & blending my paint correctly (amongst other things). My car is looks brand new and beautiful (inside & out) after being plowed into by someone with no car insurance at work while parked without me in it thankfully. They were professional, knowledgeable, so very kind & friendly. They kept me updated on every step between them and my insurance company. I will definitely be returning should I EVER have the need and I highly recommend giving them your business.Service: Body & Trim

Crystal Auto Body recently repaired/repainted the rear bumper cover on my wife's 2016 Honda Civic, and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. The shop itself is modern, with a clean and nicely decorated office area. While I hope I will never have to return, we will definitely be returning to these guys if we need future repairs.

My car had the parking lot blues. Someone slammed their door into my right rear door. Dented and left a white paint streak. Thanks to Crystal Auto Body and their excellent work you can't even tell there was a dent.

Crystal Auto Body is outstanding! The team led by Bill and his wife and son provide the most professional and customer-oriented service you can find in Greater Milwaukee. They really care about people, and their work is beautiful and very fairly priced, and the shop and office are impeccable...all reasons why it has been my first choice for body work since I discovered it many years ago.

I had to have some work done and dropped by to get an estimate. Super friendly and helpful. Set up an appointment. They got my car done faster than expected and with such high quality, I couldn't believe it was my car! I needed work done on my cars by Crystal Auto on two occasions, both on cars that were less than two years old (ouch). The owner Bill is a straight shooter and the shop did an excellent job. Very professional. Would recommend Crystal Auto ever time.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. I brought my car there to have my headlights looked at( New ones weren t fitting properly )and they came out and tried some things just to help out . I ended up having them work on it there as they were able to fit me in later in the day. They fixed my problem and everything looked great. Highly recommend

I had my 2009 Ford Escape repaired at this location. The right rear quarter panel was rusted. The repair began on Monday@08:00. I picked up my vechile Thursday@15:00. The repair was completed ahead of the estimated time. I inspected the repair it looks perfect. The vechile was clean an polished. Also the cost to repair came in under the estimate. Bravo to the team and to Crystal Auto, I will pass this success on to other people.
