They worked a miracle on my husband s truck that had so many dents and scratches. The truck was parked outside when we came to pick it up. We did not recognize it. The truck looks brand new. The staff was great and honestly the truck looks better than when he first purchased. Great job, high five to Marco on South 13th.

The service and quality of work at Maaco Auto Body was outstanding. The staff was professional and was thorough in explaining the job that needed to be done. Our car was repaired quickly, within the time frame that was promised. We will definitely go back with future repair work.

Really amazing staff and service!! I can t thank them enough for doing such a great job with my car after my accident. They made the process super fast, easy, and my car looks better than it did before my accident!! It looks brand new!! We had an outstanding experience from John and the team at Maaco Milwaukee. We had rust inside one back door and the inside of our Ford Escape hood. John looked at the problem, said he could fix it and they did! John and his team are honest, fair and talented. They will treat your vehicle like it is one of theirs and will do what is right to fix it. They will always treat you fairly.Service: Painting

Brought a pretty prestine old school in for a Insurance claim done at this shop for a bumper fix. In the initial drop off the owner gawked at how great of condition the car was in for its age. There were no initial concerns that the shop thought to address or seen in the initial inspection for the work to be done other than the issue from the accident so work was allowed. 7 days later the shop called to notify me that my car was ready 30 minutes before their closing time. I got to the facility 2 minutes before close they handed me my keys then everyone walked out the building. Upon doing my own inspection of my vehicle, I noticed they did not complete the job. Bumper still had issues that needed to be addressed to bring to its condition before the accident but due to everyone including management leaving at 5pm on the hour no one was there to recitify the issue, so I attempted to drive my car home only to get 5 minutes away from the facility and noticed a scraping noise under my car. Which so happened to be the engine gaurd under my tire wheel well. This is not how I brought the car in so I called them the next day to have resolved they told me to bring the car back in. The next morning the owner calls to tell me they fixed the bumper however they did not feel.they were liable to the gaurd issue. I tried to reason with them as you bring a car in one way only for it to be returned to you another in which was in their care. They tried to then say "well your car is 20 years old so..." which I felt was a very arrogant response especially since we all inspected the car before the work and agreed on how great of condition this old school was in. I take care of this car pretty well which is obvious when you see it. But to pass on a issue to the customer when it wasn't in that condition before hand is disheartening and bad business. My advice , have an inspection before and after before you drive off the lot, never pick up your video before closing to avoid issues not properly being address on real time. Inspect onspect inspect, these guys assume "nobody will believe you, Insurance will laughter at ypu" per there words for standing up for your self and addressing the concerns you gave but do it anyways. I don't know who else they did like this but this was a horrible experience with this facility and it's very unfortunate.

The service took more than two weeks for a small job. Within that timeframe, I received a call stating my car was ready, only to be informed that they needed another day. The worst part, the store manager was rude.

I just wanted to write this review to say that we are thoroughly pleased with the work you did on our 2004 Ford 250 Red pickup.You guys knocked it out of the park. 5 STARS!This is superb workmanship and a tremendous paint job.Many thanks.Moreover, you brought the project in under budget which wascompletely unexpected.We will see you again.I will tell all the people I know.You have a great operation and some excellent workmen.Thank you again.

I love this business!! They did an outstanding job with my vehicle and I will definitely go back again if need be! They took such good care of me. I believe I worked with John who is more generous and helpful in every way possible. He said what was going to be done and they did it!! They can have 10 stars from me! John was great and personable. I came in with my cargo van that I had really made a poor choice in trying to tape off and spray paint the interior myself-- a project that left me in tears. The "uh-oh -- better call Maaco" slogan came to mind and I was able to bring the vehicle in and have it assessed and recommendations and an agreed upon estimate. The vehicle was delivered on time, as promised, and they did a pretty great job painting the interior of my van. Saved the day.Service: Painting

Excellent service!!I was so upset when my Equinox got hit with a swinging garbage door. I went to Maaco at 4128 S 13th in Milwaukee.John calmed me down right away and said it would be no problem. He gave me such a great estimate that I didn't even go through insurance, which of course would have raised my rates. I got an estimate at another place that was over 2 times the price!!!This proves how honest Maaco is.The dents, scratches, and the new paint were fixed beautifully.I will always take my vehicles to this location.Thank you John for your kind, considerate, and professional service :)

After getting 6 estimates, Maaco was the most reasonable one. Based on that and their positive reputation, they fixed my car. It was done to perfection and it was done in a very reasonable timeframe. I would use them again!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went in for a pain job and a trim replacement, both came out poorly done with trim not even clipped in right, they had me come in a 2nd time for it to be redone, and was decently done but with 3 days passing by, the paint on the car started to crack and come off, seems they fake it till they make it Poor quality work and Poor and cheap paint and don t let the owner John tone fool you, doesn t care about his work quality, he just cares about how much work they can finish in a short amount of time, His attitude is not professional.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will never conduct business with any Maaco establishment anywhere if this is how they do business, they rip me off on my paint job after I purchase their top-tier paint was peeling three weeks later. The owner tried to duke me out MORE funds to touch it up. After speaking to one of the prep associates in the back on the side explain me that he stretched my paint by using it on another vehicle, when in fact, he was supposed to use all of it on mine. Now I have to get the car painted all over again.. NEVER SPEND HEREService: Painting

Excellence, integrity, and respect a trifecta!My front bumper cover was cracked requiring replacement along with a trim piece that came up missing. Maaco Milwaukee did a great job in replacing the bumper cover in fitting it perfectly to the fender and frame. They matched the color perfectly and supplied the missing trim piece. Maaco expedited my repair so that I was in and out with a minimum of down-time. Eminently fair price for exceptional service. I hope I don t experience another mishap, but if I should, I m definitely going back. I appreciate being treated with respect and integrity, don t you?Highest recommendation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was great! They did excellent work, decently priced. I was well treated, and they even vacuumed all the travel crumbs and debris from the inside of my car! I honestly hope I never need them again, but if I do, I'm confident bringing my car to them.

My husband and I each took our cars to Maaco on S. 13th st and they were able to easily repair a small dent, rust, and buff out a scrape. Excellent service, highly recommend!
