Great old school mechanic who will be honest and help you prioritize repairs. They will tell you if they can't do what you need and work with peeps. Very old style service!Also a very dog friendly joint! They support several animal charities in the area! Take your friendly pup! They have treats!

After this time I am now 2-2 going here. GREAT SHOP, GREAT CREW, 1st my bill ended up being almost $200 cheaper, 2nd time FAST turnaround And will be taking a project truck there to find out what final charges will be to complete. 1ST CHOICE SHOP!

As I sit in Arizona waiting for my car, all I can think about how spoiled I was for having such a diamond in ruff auto repair shop near by like M&S Auto. They took care of all 3 of my cars I owned and squared me away for 5 successful and safe cross country road trips to get my kids. The job was always done right the first time THOROUGHLY!!!!!! Turn around time was never an inconvenience ..now as I sit here waiting for my car with a shop that I am consistently calling for an update - I can only remain grateful to have been a customer of M&S auto for 10 years. When I can afford to ship my cars to them to have fixed - I will do so because that is HOW MUCH I TRUST THEIR WORK!!!!!! hands down!!!Pictures are from the last cross country trip to relocate car to Arizona. This is I place I really enjoy to take my car for repairs. They are nice and honest mechanics. The quote they give you is fair and also the timeline they give for the repairs is always spot on. I always get my car back the same day. Thank you M&S I appreciate your excellent service. I hope you stay open forever.

Been there a couple times now and so far a positive experience. Faster service than expected. Friendly people. I dealt with both Sean and Matt. Nice guys. Front desk lady was friendly and courteous. They seem quite busy so I was surprised to get my car back sooner than I was told. Prices are fair. Would recommend and not hesitate to bring my car back to them.

Someone smashed the front end of my car while it was parked at work and I needed someone to assess the damage. Matt and the rest of the staff at M&S were very kind and helpful. They worked me in and gave me an assessment of the damage within an hour or so of dropping it off (even though they were definitely busy).I strongly recommend this place and will be frequenting their shop when I need a mechanic from here on out!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

SCAMMM. This company fixed multiple issues with my car only for a few days later, that same issue would reappear. They kept asking if the engine light had turned on. which was weird until it ended up turning on. they broke my car even more and now i cant use it. thanks a lot!

These guys are great! I started coming to them exclusively after they helped me out when my power steering pump went out, and they were very fair with their prices! The guys are super friendly and I ve never had a bad experience!! I always tell people about this place when they mention needing a garage, especially when they mention how they ve gotten gouged from other garages.

I know..You probably think "Another Mechanic whose gonna lie and take my money.'. NOPEWe've been coming to M&S whenever our cars have a hiccup. Why? TRUST.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SEARCHING FOR A MECHANIC . Only one downside to this shop is there's about a two-week waiting time most times. I will not let anyone else touch my vehicle unless it was recommended by this shop. I've been going here for over 15 years. Matt and Shawn are trust worthy and reliable and will not steer you wrong. I take my BMW 330i here as well as my Geo Prism. Always great service and craftsmanship.

Shawn and Matt are awesome. They always give the car a through look over and point out the little things that most don't see. And then they are honest about what can wait and what needs to be done now. Alot better than those chains that want to sell you everything under the sun. Let these guys take care of you and not have to worry about a raw deal.

Have had many car issues attended to by Matt and Shaun and can say, without reservation that they are the most honest, reliable and trustworthy shoppe I know. Accurate repairs made, when needed, yet, the repairs I felt should have been done, at times, were my own misdiagnosis and THEY advised against it, as they felt it was unnecessary. I always recommend them, and I have been a faithful customer for all of the years they have been M & S Automotive. Thanks guys!

The team at M&S Automotive are such incredible gentlemen! I had a great experience here and Matt and the other guys are very kind and honest in the work they did on my car, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. SO glad I was recommended to go here by a friend because M&S is a real treasure!Definitely will be back if I have any other car issues, and I will be recommending all my friends to go there too!

Working with Doug was AMAZING! He made everything effortless and efficient. I wish everyone in the customer service/ automotive industry had his charisma and enthusiasm! I can tell he brings his A-game to work everyday, and is 100% upfront with the entire car buying process. I'm in love with my '05 Chevy Equinox and I can not imagine having gone to get a vehicle from anywhere else!

Took my car here and got several major repairs done quickly & less than estimated at 2 other shops. THEN two weeks later I dropped my wife's car off. They figured it out as a loose tire and fixed it--no charge. Could easily have told me it was something else and soaked me for a repair but didn't. Good people.

Matt and Shaun were awesome, as always. I've been bringing my cars here for over 10 years.As a woman, it's important for me to know they are honest and do stellar work. Would highly recommend to anyone, but ESPECIALLY any women worried about being ignored/ treated like we're dumb/ afraid of being overcharged for unnecessary parts or labor, etc. (that feeling sucks, I've been there, but thankfully NEVER had that experience at M&S!)I've ALWAYS felt Matt & Shaun listen to my concerns (even when I'm describing noises and not using technical terms, lol). My cars have always been returned in about a day - it's very rare that they've ever had my car longer than a day.Another thing I really appreciate is they always call to let me know what the cost would be, before beginning the job, to make sure I wanted to go ahead with the repair, if an issue was found. This helped to ensure there was no sticker shock, panic, or car in the lot for days while I scrambled to come up with the money for the car. (I could tell you some horror stories about other mechanics, lol)But seriously. If you are looking for honest, fair people to fix your car - and fix it for good- not a half @$$ job that will go again in a week (those horror stories again, lol) take your car to M & S , I guarantee you will be as thrilled as I've been all these years.I do recommend giving them a call to schedule an appointment, to ensure you find a time that works.stop by & please tell them Fawn sent you :)

We had a driver in Milwaukee for a job and had a minor generator issue due to the severe cold. They helped our driver right away to get him back on the job. Excellent customer service. Sorry this local business.

These guys are great!! Worked on my car as a group and service done within 24hrs. I would definitely use Matt and Shaun again! BB
