DO NOT call. Called for a tow and waited for hours. Found out the driver did not show and lied and said I did not answer the call. My call log shows no calls.

I wish I would have gotten our tow driver's name. He was there right on time and went above and beyond to help me get it into the garage. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to work the truck to get it in just right without hitting anything. Very friendly and professional service!

Went through my cell for roadside assistance and made sure that this tow company would bring the correct tow truck since my vehicle was unable to start and was locked in park unable to shift. The driver came out with flatbed and wanted to drag vehicle with locked wheels onto bed. The driver left without car and not saying anything to me. I called that company and said why the hell would u send the wrong truck and the guy at shop said that he would have his driver punch me in the face. Horrible service.

Was told 45 minutes for pick up. Kept being told it would be another 20 minutes. After an additional 2 hours after the initial quoted time they refused to answer the phone. Looking at other reviews on here how does this company have a 2 and a half star rating. This is a horrible company and needs to cease its existence.

Called AAA and they chose Lou's and said a truck would be out within the hour. So I'm waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting.... after an hour I call AAA back and I guess Lou decided to close up shop at 3pm on a Monday because they just quit answering their phones and gave me a 7:20am arrival time THE NEXT DAY WHEN I'M STRANDED ON THE ROAD! What a down right wretched, dishonest, disgusting company to take a call for a stranded vehicle and then just not pick them up

Pretty reasonable prices very knowledgeable mechanic been dealing with Mike for years as well as his dad when he was working

Waited hours upon hours. Showed up 5 hours after when I was told they would be at the location. I am not surprised. I am writing the review as verification of what we ALL know.

Very rude I waited for over an hour and still no Tow Truck the driver didn't identify who he was or what company he represented so how would you know who's calling your phone he could have at least stated who he was calling for the dispatch is very unprofessional and extremely rude

NEVER CALL THESE GUYS FOR A TOW. AAA SET UP A TOW FOR ME FROM LOU'S AND THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE IN AN HOUR.AFTER CALLING BACK AAA 2 HOURS LATER LOU'S SAID THEY WOULDN'T BE THERE FOR 4 OR 5 HOURS. I FOUND AN ALTERNATE TOW AND NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM LOU'S. BUYER BEWARE.I POSTED A COMPLAINT WITH AAA.
