Olga and Eli (and their whole team) provide top of the line customer service, and treat everyone who walks into their office with the utmost respect & dignity.A great variety of high quality vehicles, all at affordable prices. Their mechanics do great work and are very trusted.I would recommend checking them out for your next used vehicle.

Don't know why it took me so long to post this review! My fiance and I bought a Ram Laramie from them over a year ago. The truck is solid and we are very happy still. They got us approved for a loan no one else could. We purchased the extended warranty. It covered a expense that would have been $1400 and we only paid the tax on the repairs. Even the shop we took it to could not believe the ease of dealing with the warranty company. Everyone at Longhorn were genuine like they were family. I/we would definitely return and refer this dealership to anyone that issues being approved and being done right elsewhere! Thanks guys! Still happy!!

This is a good location with friendly staff ready to assist you. This is a good place to purchase a vehicle if you are concerned about your credit. They offer a good selection of vehicles and are there to assist if you run into any issues with a purchased vehicle.

I was looking for an affordable nice looking car and not only did I purchase a vehicle that fitted my style and budget , but there was one representative that stood out to me. If I am not mistaken his name is Felipe.. pretty sure it was. But not only was he interested in seriously helping me find a car, but most importantly that was in my budget. He was friendly, made sure all info about the vehicle was relayed to me. And all questions I had were answered to the best of his ability. I highly recommend buying or financing a vehicle from here. Great service and reliable vehicles!!

Eli is still the best people person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is by far the most honest mechanic I have come across in my lifetime( I am 60 yrsold, btw).

Very happy on how they treated me help me out my credit is very bad but they found me a loan i was able to get a very nice truck in good shape i will most definitely send people there way and going back for other one soon

Great customer service! They are willing to work with you on purchasing a vehicle. Felipe the sales rep was very helpful. He was professional and friendly. He answered all of the questions I had. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Long horn is a scam. Olga is horrible and Eli never knows whats wrong with your car even though he fixes them. Read this review and run!! unless you want to be stuck with a car note thats more than what the vehicle is worth and a vehicle you cant drive. I got a vehicle from them and its been going back and forth the auto shops (sat in Elis shop for month) 3-4 times since I got it. they rig cars and reset the check engine light. Out of the 2yrs I had this vehicle i literally drive this car no more than 3 months and Its now parked and undrivable. PLEASE DONT PUT MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS TO SUPPORT THIS ONGOING SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CREDIT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I really recommend this dealer , I m a first time car financier and they gave me my first opportunity to build credit & show that I m a responsible person. The receptionist woman very polite, patient , explains things thoroughly, and answer any question you may have.

Financed a 2016 chevy equinox that broke down within 7days. I had a warranty that came with the car that (Juan) refused to honor. I called numerous times and got the run around. Long story short we're going to court over this

Just recently bought an SUV 3 months ago and I absolutely love it! Customer service was outstanding as well I believe the guy I talked to was named Felipe, he was very professional, patient and friendly ! Would definitely recommend this place!

Me and my wife were looking for a new car ASAP due to the one we had. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Just when we thought we weren t gonna be able to get anything, they definitely helped us out ALOT. I m glad I went here and took my chances and was very satisfied.

bought a 03 Ford Taurus back in feb 2018 from longhorn sales. It was kind of a last minute rushed decision because I needed a car so badly! I seen the ad online but the car wasn t there when I showed up. By the time they brought it from storage it became dark outside. No problem except that I really couldn t see some minor wear & tear in the inside and a dent by the door. Again, that s fine. Whatever.The reason I m giving it 3 stars is because of the spark plug wires the two shops that I ve taken the car to claimed were wired wrong. They re fixed now. Another repair I had to do was the AC. They didn t tell me the AC wasn t cold, had to find that out myself by the time 2018 summer rolled around. Also had to buy tires within a month after buying car. Then a whole new set before winter 2018 (nov). Now they re going bald again. So the suspension needs to be fixed, another 800$ repair. BUT....The owners were nice except for the fact that the guy was a CCW owner and made me super nervous that He was walking around with it...(in holster of course).. I guess whatever floats your boat I guess you always have to be prepared? ..the things you remember from over a year ago!

Absolutely disgusted! I was sold a vehicle that wasn't even safe to be driven. And then I was told that the warranty I was given (that states in writing the repairs are covered), does not cover said repairs. I left the dealership with my infant daughter, and they had no regard for her life or mine. The WORST type of people. Do NOT recommend to ANYONE.

I know Eli and his wife for about 7 Years now when it was EH MOTORS. Good people I only go through the owner Eli because he knows his stuff about cars the new staff not so much had me on the run around this pass Saturday September 4th other than that great place.

Everytime I go to the dealrship I see this dude name Juan mistreating his children, speacially yelling to them. Poor children.I wonder when Elias is going to fire Juan and the receptionist, they give a bad rep to the place.
