Line-X of Milwaukee did a fantastic job helping me restore the bed of my 2004 Tacoma! The office staff were professional, prompt and very communicative about scheduling and the coating process.The staff helped me customize a tailgate and over the rails package that fixed existing paint problems and will be very useful for how I use this truck (light to moderate desert off-roading).They were also quite patient with me and helped me to work around scheduling problems when I needed some unexpected body work done to prepare for the job.I am a professional coatings formulator, engineer and inventor and I've reviewed technical literature for most of the bed lining options on the market. It's my opinion that Line-X is far superior to other DIY options out there. Although the cost of professional application can be higher, the polyurea chemistry used in Line-X has a lot of performance advantages and will hold up very well with time, especially if you go for the premium (UV-stabilized) version. It's also VOC-free and therefore friendlier to the environment and the installers. Polyurea is tack-free in minutes, which minimizes turnaround time (my truck was done within six hours of drop off and I stood in the bed that same night, gently). Finally, to the best of my knowledge Line-X is owned by BASF, and as somebody who works with BASF chemistry daily I can attest to the quality of their products.Anyways, science rant over, thanks again to Line-X of Milwaukee for doing a great job on my truck and I'll be back again to have my rockers and fender flares treated next summer!

I was searching for a place to get a liner sprayed in. Called Line X of Milwaukee and after they answered all my questions, I knew who was spraying my liner. My first contact was through an inquiry from their website. I called and spoke a couple of times over the phone with them and always was treated with respect. I called and made my appointment on Monday for Wednesday (today). I was met outside and explained in detail about the process while my truck was looked over. I dropped it off at 830am, completed the paperwork and was out the door headed to work by 845am. I work about 6 miles from the location and they even provided me a ride to my office. They called me to let me know it was ready for pick. Very professional throughout the whole process and will recommend to everyone in need of a liner, call Line X of Milwaukee and you will be taken care of. I snapped a few pictures, just so happened it was raining after I got back from getting my truck. Thank you for a great job Line X....if you are reading this do not hesitate to call them.

Just bought a cap for my 2022 Tundra thru Line-X of Milwaukee, very satisfied with their works. Extremely friendly service, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Line-X cannot be beat, the service is awesome and they do an incredibily fantastic job. Had our new GMC bed sprayed and the wheel wells; We would never consider anyone else. They are the best !

I called TK Mason due to water, snowmelt in my basement. Tony came out today and gave me an assessment. He looked at my landscape exteriors and noticed how the ground slopes down toward my foundation. He told me to raise the slope away from my house and add drainage.Someone else may have b.s. 'd me to get thousands of dollars in uncessessary masonry work. But Tony was very professional and above all, honest.I would recommend this fine gentleman in a second for his honesty and integrity on your masonry, and all related, work.

I used their spray in liner and tonneau cover on my 2014 F150 and recently installed both in my 2021 F150. This should tell you I liked the products and trust them. Never had a problem. I would recommend them and think the installation team did a great job. The truck looks great.

One day I stopped in, did some talking, asking questions then I called and the person who answered was very nice, knowledgeable about the product and said that I would have to drop off my truck between 8:30-9am which I did. Later on I got a phone call saying it was done ahead of what I thought would of been in the afternoon part of the day. They were able to squeeze me in and did a awesome job spraying the bed of my truck, I'm happy with the results.

0 star for the owner trying to gas light in the comment below, allowing me to use the restroom is the least you could do after wasting my entire morning, I m rating you for inability to accommodate your customer, 2 things, get guest Wi-Fi, I had to leave my appointment for rust lining service because I was unable to get cell phone reception to get an Uber home. Sure you offered to log into my email account to access my Uber but I wouldn t give out my info for the same reason you don t allow people on your Wi-Fi network is that so hard to understand? 2, get a power washer, you are located next to a large rock yard and the road was very dusty so my car wash I got literally minutes before my appointment is now useless and you want to charge me for another wash.

I recently bought a new truck and asked the dealer if they did in house spray liners. They said they use truck outfitters in West Bend. After a horrible experience with my last truck there getting a horrible bed liner done multiple times due to their workmanship, I decided that I may would pay out of pocket and go somewhere else. Line-X of Milwaukee saw my review on Google, including my photos, and they went over the top. They offered a military discount, put two workers on the truck instead of one, got me out if there within 3 hours, and had me inspect the work prior to taken ownership. They answered all my questions prior to leaving and made sure I had the proper care instructions for the next 24-72 hours. They emailed me all the warranty paperwork and let me know that I should call them if I have any questions.Hands down great service. I am more than happy I paid out of pocket on this truck and had Line-X do it right the first time.

The spay in liner was great, but quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employee was on the personal calls while I'm waiting in the store to pay. She finally passes the phone to the other employee and she doesn't leave the front desk, yelling on the phone when I'm trying communicate with the other employee. Then when I do finally get the payment complete and ask for a receipt she gives a backhanded comment on how I need to relax. I was in the shop 10 mins for something that should take less than two. The shop workers did a great job on the bed itself, but left the inside of my brand new truck muddy with kick marks on the doors. The product is great, but the customer service is terrible and looking at these other reviews its not the first time people have had these complaints.

Today I called Line-X to get help with understanding the difference between the bed covers they offer. I told the lady that picked up the phone that I didn't have time to go in and see them. She asked where I lived and told her, she said 'its only 20 min away.' I told her I don't have the time to go in. The reason why I called this company again was due to the fact I had purchased my husband liner for his 2023 Ford Maverick there. I told her once again if she could tell me the difference between the onea they offer so I can understand. Will, again she told me to go in. She never asked what vehicle I had nor did she probe for questions on what I was looking for.I wish I could return the liner and have taken my business else where.I was really hoping to continue my business here for my husband's truck. This was going to be my gift for his birthday.

I took my new Honda CRV for their undercarriage coating (rust protection). They did a great job. Very good quality. Price was fair compared to other places and on time as promised. They didn't have to drill holes to treat the doors as other places said. Highly recommend!

Bed liner looks great! I got the premium Line-x for my 5ft bed on my 2019 Ranger. The staff is great, pricing is good, just an overall good experience.

I was impressed by how fast the team was able to order a cover, install and spray a bed liner. I was able to get all this done just in time to drive from Milw to Mississippi hauling items with protection from the elements.

The staff at LINE-X Milwaukee was top notch. They got me in right away and delivered a superior product in quick fashion. They also treated me like a human being and not a number. This was the the second spray in liner I've had done here. Perfect both times.

Fantastic service, it was super busy when I went to get my bed liner sprayed on and the woman at the counter (sorry I forgot your name) was handling it so amazingly. She was taking calls, and making sure other people were seen but still gave me great service. Not to mention the truck bed liner turned out incredible! Definitely coming back again if I need something.

Quick scheduling, efficient and friendly service. Kelsey is very personable and accommodating, fitting me in on a day that for my schedule. This is my second spray-in liner from Line-X (traded in the first truck). Looks great! Appreciate the lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them.

I stopped in March 2020 looking to replace my old plastic liner with Line-X's spray in protector and a bed cover for my Ford F250. The staff was extremely helpful in directing me to products and service that would meet my needs. I walked out with an estimate in hand and pulled the trigger about 7 weeks later. I dropped off my truck in the morning and picked it up that same evening. I was blown away by how good it all looks and the quality job done. All of the screws/washers/bolts/tie down hardware had been removed prior to spraying and then replaced so those parts are still accessible if they ever need to be removed/replaced. The Tonneau cover looks fantastic and its easy to operate.The staff couldn't be any friendlier. The check-in/out process was smooth and they made sure I knew how the cover operated before I left. If you're looking for a quality product, professional service and a hassle free experience at a good price look no further. They stand by their warrantied product, stand by their business, and stand by their customers to ensure you receive the best service and product to meet your needs. In a world where service and quality can sometimes seem like things from the past Line-X certainly stands out.

What a great place to get accessories. I had a low profile cover, bed liner and steps installed today. Fantastic service and friendly people. I went in to shop on Monday and everything was installed by Friday. I think the pricing was awesome and the warranty is the best. I could not ask for anything more from Line-X of Milwaukee. It s a one stop shop and highly recommended.

Did a good job with my bed liner. Checked super hard for overspray didn't find any. The linex warranty badge did fall off a few times leaving glue behind on my liner which I was able to remove. But all in all a good experience.

We quickly secured an appointment within a week's time and had their Premier spray on liner applied to our Colorado. Dropping it off in the morning and picking it up promptly at the end of the day, the liner was applied evenly and without any overspray. It looks great and performs even better. We can't be more pleased. We're planning on returning for one of their bed covers soon. Thanks !

Line-x did an amazing job with my truck. I did the standard spray bed liner and it looks fantastic. Kelsi was really upfront and kept an open line of communication during the whole process, keeping me updated on what they were able to do (some issues on my truck). Super friendly staff, and quality job!
