We purchased a brand new Lexus Tx from this dealership. We worked with Ben and the new manager Mike. They definitely exceeded our expectations and took very good care of us. We really felt they went above and beyond to make us happy. We Also met with tech Ben and he went over all of the tech features of the vehicle. What an amazing experience! We had the pleasure of working with Justin Dehling. From the beginning it was a comfortable experience. He took the time to video tour me the vehicle as I live a few hours away. This was important and was a great gesture on his end. His communication was on point and he was even available after hours as we discussed many details. He did not hesitate once to provide excellent customer service! There was no rush or pressure to shop as well. Also what impressed me the most was the flexibility the team provided. This is because due to my busy work schedule I arrived near closing time on two occasions. Once for the test drive and once for closing the deal. They did not hesitate to make it work! Staying over on a work day, wow! Lastly the most memorable experience was when they surprised my daughter with a big beautiful bouquet of red roses along with a ginormous red bow!!! Talk about above and beyond! I will definitely spread the word and look forward to working with them again! We trust them and so should you! Excellent job Justin and team!!!

Firstly I don t know why my page is popping up under my child s father but this is Jamika and I had the privilege and honor of working with THEE Justin at Lexus of Milwaukee. He was such a joy to work with. So personable, friendly, and down to earth! He even became best of buds with my son Jaxson. My husband and I went to take a look at a Lexus GX at this Lexus of Milwaukee, WI location. We test drove it and thoroughly reviewed the vehicle in and out before deciding to proceed with the payment transaction and signing any paperwork. However, right when my husband and I were about to drive off with the vehicle from Lexus of Milwaukee, WI parking lot after making the purchase transaction, we noticed a small but cracked windshield on the driver's side. With keen eyes like my husband I have, we didn't notice it before purchasing it, because it was originally covered up by the car warranty and information paper. It was taped over! Before driving off, we informed our sales person, Maria, who is also the wife of the General Manager there at Lexus, about this small defect. She agreed that it wasn't noticeable because the paper was taped over it and that it will be on their/Lexus' responsibility to patch it for us without any additional cost. She also mentioned that the patch will not be visible to the naked eye, and that in her words, it will be a "very faint" visibility of the crack. We took her words, drove off in our newly purchased SUV and a couple of days later came back to get it patched. The repair guy said somebody else had done a horrible job of patching it so he tried his best to make sure it is patched properly, however because of the poor work done on it previously (which is, I'm assuming, done by this Lexus - because the previous owner had serviced the car there per Car Max history of the vehicle).... it still looks the same, no different from what it was before. I messaged Maria and voiced how unhappy I was with how noticeable it still looks and just overall how it was never disclosed to us, given that this defect had to be documented and seen because why else would they cover it up?! And w/o an apology or taking accountability for her (Maria) and Lexus part in "covering" up this defect and not "disclosing" this defect to us at the very beginning, she said she/Lexus has no further obligation to do anything else further with the vehicle. Her comment/message took me by surprise as I wasn't anticipating looking for anything further to be done if nothing else can be done. I understand some things are just beyond our control. But, this kind of attitude and poor communication represents a poor look on Lexus. A brand that is supposed to meet quality customer satisfaction just like their vehicle is made. Obviously Lexus of Milwaukee needs to reevaluate their customer service, especially their communication skills, and just overall do their job diligently to match the quality of Lexus - that includes thoroughly looking at their vehicle for defects before selling it and openly disclose/communicate the visible known defects. With this experience and our experience with the Finance lady/dept team (this is a whole different story - let's just say READ every single line of the contract, and what you are signing over! These Lexus vehicles aren't cheap, you are putting a lot of money towards it!) I will not refer any of my friends, family, or anybody to this specific location ever! So in summary, avoid purchasing a Lexus from this location and avoid Maria.

I leased my third vehicle from Milwaukee Lexus and my second from Ben Kranitz who is outstanding. We talked about a car on Saturday afternoon and I drove several. I went back Monday to try to make a decision. Ben applied no pressure and thoroughly answered my questions and concerns. I made a decision Tuesday morning and had the car by that afternoon. Great support from Ben, the tech genius. Pete and Verbie in finance were very helpful. 5 stars to all involved in my purchase. I am thrilled with my new F Sport.

After dealing with some subpar dealerships and halfhearted attempts to earn my business, I had a great experience at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee. Brad Kranitz made the process simple and easy and treated me and my son amazing while there. Top notch customer service all around that I feel is rare in today s day and age. Jeff was able to get me an interest rate almost half of what my bank was offering. Tech Brad made sure the technology in the car was setup and ready for me prior to leaving and also sat with me an ran through it to ensure I understood how to use it accurately. Would highly recommend this dealership if considering a new vehicle.
