I took my vehicle in for an estimate on 3/28, was told the soonest they could work on my vehicle was 4/12. I was told it was a one to two week repair. Brought in vehicle on the 12th. When I checked in on the 20th, I was told they hadnt even started to work on my vehicle until the 17th. They were backed up and very busy....So with this delay, now it will be two to three weeks. Checked back on the 27th, and was told would be ready no later than 5/2. Called on 5/4, and told still working on final item, and hopefully by 5/6. It was eventually delivered back to my on the 5th.Just very poor customer service in not being honest about the time for repairs, and delivery dates. This could all have been avoided by being honest about the dates upfront, and actually starting to work on my car on my appt date.Service: Body & Trim
