These guys are great. Aaron and Elijah have worked on two business vehicles for us at this point now and I have been gladly recommending them as needed. Great communication and very reasonable rates. Eventually we're going to buy these guys a lunch but for now I'll leave a review. Very solid work, very much appreciated. Thank you.

We have been dealing with Knepper Brothers for several years now and have had excellent service. I sincerely feel they are trust worthy, hard-working guys. They tell you if something is not necessary yet and try and save you money where they can. They always treat us like family and I would highly recommend them!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to let people know that Knepper Brothers did great and timely work on my wife's car about a year ago. I would highly recommend Knepper Brothers for all your auto service needs.

Shout out to Knepper's on KK. You've worked on many of my family's vehicles over the last year with 100% satisfaction. You've allowed us to take our cars home and worry about paying you on a later date. I now have my car in for multiple mechanical issues. You gave me a rough guesstimate that was not within my budget. I felt I needed to postpone the repairs and needed to take my car back for a later date. I didn't want to take up your valuable parking space as I know you still need to forge ahead with other costumers cars. I stopped by today to let them know I'll be taking the car.Instead of you letting me take the car, you offered to allow me to keep the car there for a month. You even offered up to a year to leave my car if need be.I know no other small repair shops that does that. I mean, who does that?Thank YouThis is just another praise about Knepper's Auto Repair. After over two months of allowing me to keep my car on their lot, I gave them the go-ahead to repair everything they deemed necessary. Last Friday they called to tell me the repairs were done, come get your car. I still didn't have the full amount but they accepted half the payment with a promise to pay the remainder. They let me take my car home. They are taking a chance of which I won't disappoint them. So should you need repairs, take your car to Knepper's.Update: They've been paid in full.Thank You Knepper's!

Aaron and Elijah are down to earth, honest and genuine people. They do their best and make sure you are taken care of. Their customer service, pricing and competence is unmatched in this industry. As long as I'm in the area they will have my business and they should have yours too.

Five stars are not enough for this quality business! Moving to Milwaukee, I was worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic. But when I took my car to Knepper Brothers, I knew I was in good hands. They have gone above and beyond to earn my trust and respect. Their level of service makes the stress of car repairs melt away. If you want quality service, trustworthy mechanics, and friendly people, take your cars to Knepper Brothers. I can not recommend them enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Our late 60,s muscle car broke down while we were in Milwaukee for our daughter s wedding. I had it towed to Knepper Bro s and left it with them as we had to return home in Chicagoland. They did a great job taking care of the problem. They were friendly, courteous and spent time explaining the situation and what was needed, all at a very reasonable price.I wish we were able to use them on a regular basis. We were very lucky to find a shop like theirs and I highly recommend Knepper Brothers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

For many years my parents always trusted the Knepper Brothers to service and repair their cars over the 40 years we were residents of Bayview. I concur with the confidence my parents had and very recently had my Lexus 400hR looked after.

I went to Knepper Brothers for work done on my exhaust and my expectations for job were exceeded! The shop offers competitive prices a long with a friendly family of mechanics that offer ways to help you save money along with a smile. A five star review does not do my experience justice.

These guys are the real deal. Never used them as we live 50 miles away. My daughters got stranded nearby with my 2004 BMW 325. They pushed it to a nearby station (kneppel). I thought it was the clutch and that we were destined to pay $2000+. They looked at it and said nope ... rear axle disengaged. $400. Could've lied to me and I wouldn't have known. Honest. Straightforward. Really nice to see!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Checked engine light came on in my new used car shortly after purchasing it. I went here and immediately got a great vibe from them. Seemed honest and competent. They replaced the part that was faulty and seemed to cause the bigger issue. Similar issue resurfaced, and they checked again, finding some other potential culprits in why I was losing power. Replaced these parts. They test drove it and issue still wasn t resolved, so they dissembled all components, checking for loose connections, etc. Car is currently running great. But the best part about them is their integrity and interactions with the customers like myself. Because it was a newer and nice car for me, I was getting frustrated with checked engine lights coming on multiple occasions. I told them, I don t care about the cost (within reason) as long as you fix the actual culprit instead of putting bandages on other issues potentially arising from the culprit. So long story short, I guess my car had a very challenging issue. They consulted other garages and were patient with me. When I went to pick it up most recently, they replaced a few more parts, but told me we think we solved the issue but we are not sure. Instead of charging me a bill of over $500 (which was already fair for all the work they provided and for the parts), they told me, we are frustrated with it, you are frustrated with it, we won t charge you. If you are happy and you don t lose power and don t have turbo lag anymore, come back and thank us. And if you want, come back and pay us. If you have trouble again, bring it back and we will look at it again. I personally was never treated this well by many services let alone a car service which is notorious for taking advantage of customers, especially those who are uninformed. Currently my car is running great again, and the staff was both knowledgeable and tremendously honest. I would highly recommend them.

We've been taking our cars to Knepper for years (15+ years) and they do a great job with whatever they had to do. Never had any issues with them. They are very friendly and very reasonable and most importantly very honest!

Two brothers operating this auto repairs business, it's still owned by their dad, this place is a "fixture" in Bayview, Wi. Great service, reasonable prices and good people. You'll be glad you took your vehicle to these people!!

We took our vehicle in for what appeared to be a nail in the tire. We dropped our vehicle off and a few hours later they called to inform us that the nail hadn't punctured the tire and they were able to easily remove it. We went to pick it up expecting to pay for the labor and they said not to worry about it. Great service, honest people.

Moved to MKE about a year ago, and have a weight off my shoulders after finding these guys. I just paid off a car and want to keep it paid off, and they took a look at it for free, told me everything that could be done now, and what to look out for on the horizon. They printed out separate quotes for everything, and numerically prioritized them in terms of what could wait and what should be done sooner. Super nice guys, and most importantly, honest. It was towards the end of the day and my check engine light came on. They were scheduled to be open for 20 more minutes and told me to swing in to read the car for a diagnostic. It was low oil and they topped it off to a safe amount and told me to get an oil change as soon as I could. I was there 10 minutes and they took care of me quickly. Real personable people too. I will go back if I have other car troubles in the future.

I used to take my car to the dealership until I figured out the dealership repairs your car, gives you a little bag of cookies and robs you blind. Kneppers is friendly, skilled and costs half as much to get your motor vehicle working. Kneppers is wonderful repair shop with old fashioned values.Wendy

I meant to write this a couple of weeks ago...I just moved to Milwaukee, after being in the military, and its always tough to find an honest repair shop that does great work when moving to a new city. Anyways, all I can say is Knepper Bros is top notch! Sometimes its tough to find a shop that does trustworthy work on my '71 Jeepster Commando (you could replace everything in order to hedge for breakdowns). Anyways, Knepper Bros was outstanding working on my Jeepster and getting it squared away, as its my daily driver here in MKE. They have been one of the most straight forward and honest shops I've ever worked with...They diagnosed my electrical issue and made the necessary repairs, then when it began to act up again, they worked with me to fix the issue quickly!!! Thanks for the support and I plan to be back with my Jeepster! Nate
