Terrible experience! You try to support small black businesses but professionalism is at an all time low. I purchased a used mower and didn t even use it for 2 weeks and the handle broke. I contacted him explaining to him the situation and took the unit in for him to assess. He wanted the receipt which was no problem at all just to waste both his and my time to tell me there wasn t a warranty. Lbvs At this point it s not even about the money how do you expect anyone to use a lawn mower without a handle to push it? Even if he would have been willing to give a small discount toward another unit that would have been fine but of course these small business owners don t want to be accountable and do the right thing not even for their own people. Why even waste my time asking for a receipt if you re not going to try to help get a solution to the problem. I ll take my money to Home Depot. Best Wishes

Beware! I have this guy a go even after he promised to have a unit ready for me to pick up. He gave me a ticket and still sold the unit to another customer. He asked me to check back with him the next coming week I did trying to be understanding that business could have very well been backed up just to return and again no unit. He couldn t find the ticket and stated he must of sold it to someone else yet again. I still have him a chance purchased a used unit but of course that didn t even last a month. Don t waste your time. Headed to Menards and Home Depot. You can t support these local shops anymore! A complete waste of time, gas and money!

I brought my snowblower for tune up. I was told about a week n after 2 weeks i called n was told they still wait for a belt. At lease i should got an update call. I decided to pick it up n do it myself. I was charge $125 n i think that little bit high. They damaged belt cover where the screws hold it together. It will be my first n last.

I like using my local businesses, and this gentleman has been around longer than me and I know why. Wealth of knowledge and excellent honest work. Annual visit for my equipment maintenance.

IRIVIN is rude please dont' lose your ticket i had to go up there and find my lawn mower myself. Terrible experience I highly recommend you do business elsewhere??

Bought a walk behind from him. He was very cooperative and helped out with some other equipment I needed a hand with. Very happy with the machine and service. Although it is far out of my way, I will be returning for sure in the future!

Nice guy! Fixed my lawnmower for a nice price! I will be taking my snowblower next...Nicest Guy to do business with I wouldn't dare take anything small engine to anyone else!!!!!

Mr. King is a complete RIP off artist..A completely dishonest person...He claimed I needed a tune up on my lawnmower, then claimed I needed additional parts..So I paid for it, got my lawnmower back and it lasted about one day...His response was..hey this is what you get when you buy lawnmowers made with Chinese engines...So, you charge me, take my money, claim you fixed the problem , mower breaks down and you say no refund..go buy another mower???

Bought a used Cub Cadet2005-07 riding mower love the machine extremely fair on the price and knowledgeable definitely coming back for any small engine needs

Literally some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Overpriced, with the chances of the merchandise not even working. Then it s the customers fault. Never again.

Went all over town to try to find the part I was looking for. Kings is the only place that had what I was looking for. He was very friendly and fair on the price
