A real, truthful n honest car repair shop! If you really need your vehicle fixed where it needs to be fixed, this is THE place! Every other car repair shop in Milwaukee never does what you requested to be done. Not 1 !!! They fix other things leaving problems still there. Very deceitful n unhonest, especially with older people. Really good to have found a honest n helpful shop to work with!!!

Extremely please with the kind service, speed and professionalism of this business. The night prior, one of my older vehicle's exhaust fell from the car (2002 VW Passat). I called them the following morning soon after opening and asked if they could get me in to assess the repairs. Not only did they get my car in immediately, but they were quick and efficient. I just KNEW the damages would be over $1500 because of the German engineering, but it was a fraction of the price. I will DEFINITELY be back for future service.Service: Exhaust

I went to have a duel flowmaster system installed on my new Toyota Tundra...my request was not so loud that I wake up neighbors every morning..and not so quite that I can't really tell the difference...the result ABSOLUTE AMAZING PERFECTION...not to mention the courtesy, professionalism and the speed in which the work was completed. Kerns is an excellent auto repair shop...I HIGHLY confidently would gladly recommend this place.

Ben and Dee made sure we were taken care of in a professional manner. I used they're services to repair a work vehicle and was so impressed i had them service my personal vehicle. I know they saved us a couple hundred dollars and did excellent work. Appreciate you guys.

$1100 later my car was worst when I picked it up. To make matters worst they didn't put everything back on my car. The day I picked it up I drove to work to find my skid protection cover was hanging. That night on my way home from work as luck would be I ran over a racoon. $5000 worth of damage that would not have been as bad if my skid protection cover was properly put back on. Dealer says terrible exhaust work and need to be redone!! Don't trust Art Billiups

I called to get a quote for service i needed. I was told they don't give quotes over the phone. They guy told me to bring it by let them take a look at it. The next morning i left work to take the car for an estimate. When i got there i was told i needed to have a appointment. I explained the situation that i had called the day before some one told to bring it by and not once did the say i needed an appointment. I missed a day's pay for nothing. Needless to say I'll never set foot in this location.

This is the shop to get you car together at.. Many shops that I have been to the men either where creepy or try and take advantage of me. None of that here pure professionalism excellent customer service and fair prices and I got my car back in a timely manner plus I m satisfied with the end results will definitely be back stop in and see them they are worth itService: Steering & suspension repair

Terrible customer service. Turned me down on titling registration even when they're contracted to offer it through the state. Would not reccomend.
