Heard of them through word of mouth; and I m very happy to have taken my car there. Felix was very communicative, responsive, and professional. I had my car brought to Kar-X after my accident because many of the body shops I talked to had long wait times before they could even look at my car. Felix promised he would look at my vehicle immediately and he did. He had an estimate of damage within 2 days of receiving my car. Eventually the insurance company totaled my car so Kar-X didn't perform any work on it but Felix was always available, returned all my calls promptly and gave me access to my vehicle for removal of personal items at my convenience and helped me with my many questions.

Nice and a great place. My car was a hit and run a nice friend from the family talk to me about Kar-X auto body & collision and how fast Felix and their team works. It was not even a month and i have my Hyundai Santa Fe back with me nice and pretty how it was before the accident. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR WORK ON MY VEHICLE

I ve had 2 repairs done with Felix and his team and what I most appreciate is the transparency, friendliness, and education that they provide their clients. That is a rarity especially for the MKE auto shop community so I definitely recommend Kar-X for any repairs or car concerns you may have. They ve attended to my car for some of the most difficult repairs imaginable and they made it possible even when other auto shops turned me down. My car has been running GREAT for several months now. Your questions will be answered promptly and the service is superb! Thank you Kar-X team !!

My fist time experience was great! Everything was covered under just like they promised. Customer service was timely, polite, and friendly. I was always updated. If I ever needed the type of services they provide I will most definitely contact them first. Please know that 9 month ago I purchased a used 11 Ford Focus from Felix and his Team atKar-X. From the first time I stopped in for a test drive until now, my experience at Kar-X has been the BEST EVER! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Felix this Spring. I am very happy to highly recommend Car-X for anyone looking to buy a used car. My 17 year old son recently purchased his first car - a 2009 Impala - from Car-X and is very pleased. The entire process was pleasant and straightforward. Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped my son understand the process in great detail. They also were upfront about disclosing the history of the car and agreed to fix minor problems that came up with an outside mechanical inspection. My son has now had the car for a couple weeks and couldn t be happier with it. He saved up his money and paid for it himself. It is certainly an accomplishment for him to not only work hard and save the money but also find a reputable dealer who is honest and sold him a great car. Thank you Joanna and thank you Car-X. I will recommend you to others.

Kar-X provided a great experience from quote to completion. Other body shops either turned down the work or stated it would cost twice the value of the vehicle to repair. Kar-X quoted a fair price, got my vehicle in promptly and completed the work in the time frame they provided. Repair looks great and would recommend to others in need of repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Great car buying experience! The salesperson was very friendly and provided a complete background on the car we purchased. No hidden fees or hard sales tactics, just good, honest car selling.Prices are great, and they backup there cars with 30 day warranty.Thanks for such a great experience for both me and my son, who now is the proud owner of a Kar-X car!I will definitely recommend to others and when I need my next car, I know where I will come first.

Great experience with Kar-X. They quickly confirmed that the vehicle i was interested in was still available and set up a time to test drive it. No pressure. Trustworthy. Very friendly and honest about the car and communicated with me frequently on any questions I had.They took care of all concerns even after the sale.I have had the new car for around a month and a half and everything has been working great.Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a car

Recently purchased a car for my mother about 2 weeks ago and was very pleased by how seamless the transaction went thanks to Joanne. They were very open and honest about the vehicles past history and even provided me with a auto check report. We mentioned the oil being dirty and they offered to change it for us for free. My mother is in love with the car. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a fair priced, clean, and reliable vehicle.

By far the best people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. In fact....I bought my last 2 cars from KAR-X and am happy I did so. They have a great selection of cars that all are definitely fairly priced. Both cars I bought are great. You must check this place out when thinking about purchasing a used car. Nice cars...even nicer people. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is amazing! Had a transmission out and new one put back in very quick with good work. Reasonable and great customer service. No complaints! Will be my mechanic until he retires

I bought a Ford Focus about a month ago, the transaction and sale went extremely well. Joanne and Felix were very helpful and made the process streamlined. During the test drive I though there was a noise that I wanted my mechanic to check out, had it checked out with the problem identified, and Kar-X fixed it at no cost to me. They stand behind their products with excellent customer service. I would buy from them again and recommend that you check it out.

Searched everywhere for a reasonably priced engine and landed on Kar-X auto sales, cheapest priced engine with the lowest miles that I could find anywhere, the owner was very professional and helpful, they even helped ship the engine to my shop in Michigan. Can t ask for better people, or faster service. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for used drivetrains.

Amazing experience buying a car here! After searching and searching at other local used dealerships Kar-X had amazing customer service and super high quality cars. Joanne was warm, kind, and amazing and the car I got was a great price and exceeded my expectations. Highly, highly recommend.

Kar-X is an extremely helpful auto sales business. The customer service provided by Joanne was hands down the best and everything you could ask for. They tell you everything you need to know about your vehicle and do a great job on keeping up with you and your new car after purchase. Amazing prices and would highly recommend stopping by for a test drive.

I had a few people tell me my pistons were going out and I needed a new engine.. i called to set up a engine swap and Felix looked over it first for me. And told me the engine was fine that it needed not to be swapped out. So i gave 5 stars for his thoroughness and honesty i like that alot.
