Jerry has always been very informative, responsive, honest and fair with the repair of our vehicles. His repairs are timely, he explains clearly what our options are and what they will cost, and he will even let us know when a repair wasn t immediately necessary. He even performed a repair, at no cost to us, when a defective part failed a short time after a previous repair. He could have easily charged us again. I would ve had no clue that a defective part was at fault. Instead, he was honest, and got our vehicle working properly in no time. Time and time again we have taken our cars to Jerry s for repair and have left satisfied. Tremendous service.

I have been a long time customer of Jerry's for over 25 years, and I wouldn't take any one of my cars any where else other than to him. People always ask do I know someone to take their car that's good and cheap!,and I always say "you have to pick one"! Jerry's VERY GOOD! but he ain't the cheapest, but if you don't want to have your car at the shop more than your house! This is the place! I pay to have my car running not for the lowest price! He stands behind his work! and if something goes wrong,he will rectify the problem as soon as possible and you don't get" this went bad but you need this other part now!" Trying to cover his costs. He's a very honest person and I trust him 100% I've never felt like he was trying to get over on me and my family, because I see the nonsense other people go through to get their cars fixed, and I don't have those problems!

Jerry's Certified Service is amazing. We have had our company van in a different shop and wanted a second opinion because it just wasn't making sense what they were telling us. As expected, it was 1/3 of the cost!!. Then we had our personal vehicle in to yet a different shop, and they told us we had all these things wrong, and we said but that's not even what we brought it in for and those parts don't even look worn. Took it to Jerry's. He showed us how they lied to us and those parts, there was nothing wrong with. We now take all our personal vehicles as well as the rest of our company vehicles there. We could not ask for better service. I highly recommend you take your vehicle there, even if for just a second opinion. He is honest and goes way above and beyond for his customers. We will not go to another dealership or shop again!UPDATE: A follow up on that vehicle that the other shop/dealership said needed parts replaced immediately. It has been 4 years and still doesn't need those parts repaired or replaced.

Jerry's Certified Service is always available when I need a tow. He fixes it right the first time for a fair price. When I get my car back I am sure he did the work I was charged for. I have been a satisfied customer for years.

I have been using Jerry's certified service for decades. He always gives me a fair price and QUALITY WORK THAT ALWAYS FIXES THE PROBLEM!! I have had all the vehicles at my job transferred to Jerry's for fleet maintenance due to his reliability and our inability to have multiple other shops provide quality work!!! It's refreshing to find someone who knows what he's doing on almost any maker model car I've ever brought to him, finds the problem the first time, and fixes it right! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY PERSONALLY OR PROFESSIONALLY!!!!!

Jerry has always been there for anyone who needs help with their vehicles. He has helped me multiple time without hesitation. He is trustworthy and beyond knowledgeable. Everyone wants an excellent seasoned mechanic that he can trust. Jerry is just that mechanic. He can fix anything, and he absolutely loves his work, it is very obvious. He keeps you very well-informed and explains things very well.

The owner of this establishment Sold a used car to my aunt for way over cost. It was filthy gross inside! After only driving it maybe fifty miles, it wouldn t even start. He towed it and then charged her another $500. The car never had proper maintenance: such as oil change; transmission fluid flushed, power steering fluid changed ect . I just took her car in to my personal mechanic to have the transmission drained and was informed that she needs another $500. Worth of work done, as she needs a passenger side stabilizer link replaced because it is broken. As well as both tie rods. Not to mention that this owner was supposedly a personal friend. Not someone I d want as a friend or mechanic. More like a back stabbing, money hungry, preying on the elderly , jerk!

I've brought about 3 different cars to Jerry and I can truly say he is a Great man and Mechanic. He's very fair with prices and gets the job done in a timely manner. Prices too high. My REVIEW is RELIABLE. I called Jerry's Certified Service and asked how much would you charge to take one stipped lug nut off so I would be able to take my rear passenger tire off, and was told it would be $140 an hour. When it took 2 minutes to take it off once I got a stripped nut remover. So yes.... your prices are way too HIGH.

Try to do an oil change myself after getting it done at a shop. The shop I went to previously tightened my oil filter cap too tight and could not get it off myself. Took it into Jerry and he had it done immediately. Great service especially for the price in these days and ages in Milwaukee county. would highly recommend

I'm very happy I found Jerry's. We take our company vehicles here for service and my family and I take our personal vehicles all to Jerry's because he does a great job and is very honest. Jerry was able to fit me in on the spot, give me a fair price on the work done, as well as tell me what the issue wasn't. In a world where it seems we're consistently having to navigate being taken advantage of, it's dope to find pockets where that isn't the case. And Jerry's certified service is one of those places!
