If you are looking for honest, high quality, friendly, and timely service for your car this is the place to go. I am new to the Milwaukee area and I had two unfortunate incidents with my car and they were the first place I chose to get my car worked on/fixed. Great Customer Service and great work. They were able to give me a cheaper quote and get my car scheduled right away. Fixed my car the same day it went it for service. My brakes needed to be replaced ASAP and I was nervous to take my car in to a mechanic I didn t know, but didn t have a choice. They were SO nice and helpful, got me in same day, explained what needed to be done and replaced my rear brakes within hours. I honestly never post reviews, but Jesus was such a lifesaver I had to say something. I drove up to Milwaukee from Kansas City for a wedding, and over the weekend my car started rapidly overheating. Mind you, this was labor day weekend, and I realized there was a problem Saturday morning.When I called, they said to bring the car in to take a look at. Not only did Jesus pop the hood almost as soon as I parked, he also explained how to correctly add coolant. He immediately got to work, and delivered the bad news fast: the radiator had a leak, and would need to be replaced before I could drive it back to KC. He then went out of his way to order my part delivered and fixed it before they closed that day for the holiday weekend.I'm incredibly grateful to Jesus for getting me in and fixing my car in such an emergency. That could have been a crisis that stopped me from getting home in time to return to work. At a time when everyone is burnt out from covid, the amount of kindness shown here is incredible. These are folks who care, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a car mechanic.

I don't normally write reviews but we felt we needed to because of the great service our son received. He was in Milwaukee for the weekend and the brake line broke on our Tahoe. We found Integrity online. Saw the good reviews and the reviews were right on. What a great place to work with! We thought they were priced fairly & would highly recommend going to Integrity Auto Repair!

I've brought 2 cars to Integrity, and Javier has been excellent, as has every other person I've dealt with, very professional and matter-of-fact. Beautiful work as well, had a rear bumper replaced, and it's like a brand new car. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak more highly of Integrity Auto! My car was stolen and I needed to make repairs when I got it back. I took it to Integrity and they went above and beyond to make it look like new. The body work was excellent; the intense dents and chipped paint and scratches were completely gone. They reattached my bumper and I couldnt even tell it had been displaced. They even had the car detailed before giving it back to me. The attention to detail on their work is truly fantastic. Also, the owner of the shop is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. The battery on the car died (unrelated to the work they had previously undertaken) and he came to jump the car in my own garage, and then said that if I wanted to get another battery, his team would take care of ordering and installing it, without me having to tow it back to the mechanic shop. The customer service is next level, he and his team remembered who I was whenever I went in to check on the progress, they worked with my insurance agency so well, and overall, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Originally quoted $325 to replace the power steering pump on my 2002 transam. Part was $175. Turned out the leak was the high pressure hose, not the pump and the part was less than $50. So, how did the repair wind up being $500? Feel totally ripped off and will not be returning.

I had a completely dead battery in an underground parking garage in the 3rd Ward. Deep trouble. Tim took my call, showed up in less than 30 minutes, and replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. Incredible Response. The guy is a pro!!!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I got a flat on the hoen bridge and needed to get towed somewhere. My usual spot was full so i called integrity. Javier answered and told me to bring it in. I had the flat in the trunk and my blown up spare still on the car. Javier took my tire, filled it, and checked for leaks- he didnt see anything and said it could be a really slow leak. He asked if I wanted him to put my tire back on and I suggested that he just let me use his jack and let me do it myself. He was okay with that. After I was finished and returning the jack I asked how much I owed him. He casually said not to worry about it. Needless to say i gave him the petty amount of dollars in my pocket and will be back soon to leave a proper tip.

Great work for a great price!I dropped off my car for some body work, a few days later I was driving a brand new car.They even fixed a few scratches on the front of my car I couldn't afford to have taken care of. Best experience ever.

Had an emergency due to my muffler almost falling off and called them last minute. I got there around 520 and they closed at 6. They stated they could fix my muffler right away and could work late as well so I could get my car back that night. Car is back to normal and sounds perfect. Thank you guys so much for your help.

The name of the business is true as the man. We brought our vehicle in due to a burny smell. He looked it all over and said it was a very minor thing and we would be fine until we got home. We tipped him although he didn't charge. Thank you!

Javier and Imed are a class act. They took my car in immediately, talked me through the problem and allowed me to watch them service my vehicle. Both were extremely friendly and welcoming, I'll be back for sure!

Brought my car in to get my headlights fixed and they went above and beyond to fix/clean some additional things I needed maintenance on, and at an extremely fair price. Go to Jesus and Javier! You won't be disappointed.

Brought in our car to get a stuck key out of the door. They broke a different part of the door getting the key out, then blamed it on us. They then refused to fix the part they broke. Also extremely over priced.
