They told me the car would be ready in a week, but they had it for over a month and they didn't even answer my calls. My car is still making the same noise so I don't know what they tried to fix.

Really really good prices but customer service is wack. I like Christian he is fair and is willing to work with people but communication needs major work. You will want to return because of the good prices but you will most definitely be irritated by the service. AND MAKE SURE TO HAVE CASH ON HAND!!! I've been to them a few times now in the past year. I didnt know they didn't accept card one time, didn't have my debit on me. Turned into a whole mess back n forth across town.

I visited HMH Autos on 5-5-16 at 1:30pm and did not have an appointment. I had a pretty big job for them to complete and they were willing to do the job right away at a fair price even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. They worked on my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and installed the parts that I had brought over to them to install. The parts included brake pads, rotors, shocks/struts, mounts, etc... for all four corners. They stayed past closing to make sure that my vehicle was completed. This is a small independent shop, family owned and operated, located on the south side of Milwaukee. Chris, his brother, and the other two employees were top notch!!! I would definitely recommend H.M.H Autos to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price!

I went there for an alignment was told to pay 20 for them to tell me I needed to fix some things. So after everything was fixed I went back and was told my vehicle wouldn t fit in there shop. I don t understand how it fit in there 1 day and the next it don t.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Car was sitting for two days and no one looked at it or even touched it. I drop my car off on Thursday they told me it would be done that day, then he told me the next morning and nothing wasnt never done. Saturday around 3 I went up there n my car was still in the same spot. They proceeded to tell me that they dont know when they would get to my car. I will never go back here again and I would never recommend anyone here. This was my fuest experience and it was horrible!!!

All 3 mechanics are amazing! They are quick, efficient, honest, well knowledgeable, kind and cheap! I've never had an issue with HMH.

Overcharges was gonna bring my other car but got over charged for a simple job should have asked how much before I bet he wouldn't have said 100 to properly connect a fuse box wire and change a light that's my fault but won't be back.
