Unbelievable, four year hack job!! Over 30 different deadlines that were never met! All I wanted was my electrical to be done. Even that was a fail! Paid a down payment and even got more out of me in good faith. 2 years after the work was started. What an electrical nightmare! There were loose and exposed wires, charging system did not work, headlight and taillight did not work simultaneously, not one wire was waterproofed, battery And fuse box has a hole where water can get inside. Bolts missing or lose. job was never done! Gave me the bike back with no oil inside! After FOUR years of my bike in his messy unorganized shop he demanded 600$ to get my bike back. I paid 300$ just to move his van out the way to get my bike out of his clutches. DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the worst services I have dealt with in many years.Service: Electrical repair

This shop is no longer open, the owner has been nonresponsive for a very long time - and they've had my custom motorcycle for 3 years! I learned that the space has been cleared out, new location unknown. If anyone knows where Robert Neuhauser and Higley Motors are now, please advise. I'm about to report the bike stolen and take legal measures.

They picked up my scooter around noon on Sunday and had it done Tuesday at 4:30. They will be delivering it this Sunday and are willing to give us some lessons on the scooter since we never had one before and inherited it. The owner was great on giving us some pricing ahead of time and how long it would take to fix. He is very personable and l would highly recommend using Higley Motors! I went in and to get my tires swapped out, oil changed, and a had some other odds and ends looked and worked on. On drop off, the service was friendly and knowledgeable. When I went to pick up the bike I was greeted, a run down of how everything went was told as well as anything I should keep my eyes on. I swear the bike was cleaner than when I dropped it off too. This will definitely be my go to shop.

This place is an absolute joke. The owner, Rob, had our motorcycle for a YEAR. We tried to be gracious and give him the benefit of the doubt because of COVID but every time we talked to him he had an excuse for why it wasn't done. By the time we picked it up the bike didn't even run, yet he had the nerve to charge us $1000, on top of the deposit we already paid him. I strongly believe the bike was never touched because we asked for the receipts for the so-called parts he ordered, but of course he couldn't produce any. The taillights were also smashed because apparently his dog got ahold of them?Not only was he incredibly disrespectful, to the point where the police had to be called, but his shop is an absolute wreck with bikes ripped apart and parts everywhere. How this place is still open is beyond comprehension. Don't trust this place with anything you care about. It's truly a shame that there isn't an option for 0 stars.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair

Bad Horrible joke.Had my Yamaha Royal star well over a year let that sink in. I heard all the bull storys about all the lousy employees, YOU HIRED THEM! The best part is im having the same issues that brought me there in the first place. More than a couple grand later and I have to find another shop to fix what they fixed . I've been suspicious about something and I will get the new shop to verify my suspicions. Then well we will see what kind of a mood im in.

Dropped bike off over 3 weeks ago for tires and brakes and a sprocket cover. Zero work has been done thus far. Called several times to check on it, and there was always always an excuse that they had to fire several employees or employees stealing/getting fired, etc. I stopped in just to make sure my bike was still there and in tact. 2 stars for my bike still being there, not parted out or stolen. Will edit this review if I can get my bike back before riding season is over.

Higley team checked valve clearance on my Yamaha V Star 1300. Did a good job for a fair price - they are now my go-to cycle shop.Had my 7-year-old son with me when I picked up the bike - the owner gave him a tour of the shop and showed him some of the custom bikes : )

The owner, Robert, helped me last week after my car broke down near his shop. Thankfully I broke down In the perfect spot because help was across the street. Robert went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly and even did an inspection under the hood to make sure all my fluids were topped off. Before he fixed anything he told me exactly what was wrong and gave me the price before he did anything which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain how the problem happened and what he was going to do to fix it, which he did at a more than fair price. He's wealth of knowledge in his field as well as his dedication to customer satisfaction will be among the many reasons I return to Higley Motors. Highly recommend.

This motorcycle shop is the best. Can't than Bob and his most competent and friendly staff for bailing us out of a most difficult situation. We were ready to enter the Harley Davidson Museum first thing in the morning when my riding buddy noticed a staple sticking out from his rear tire. We had just parked our bikes in front of the museum. Trying to ascertain if the staple went through the tire wall my buddy just removed one half and we could the faint hiss of air. We pushed the staple in place to stem the leak as much as possible and googled motorcycle shops near by. Higley Motors came up on google search and we called Bob who was kind enough to tell us to bring the bike right over. We knew we were in the right place when we walked into Bob's shop and just a short walk from the museum. Bob fully explained my friends options on the radial rear tire and said the new patch technique should work just fine especially since we were on a cross country drive to Yellowstone NP Sturgis ND with lots of riding in between. Not to mention returning to Massachusetts our home state. Bob told us to go to the museum and he'd call us about the progress. We took the great tour at the museum and during the tour Bob called and said he was able to fix the tire using inside patch technique. Upon returning to Higley Motors Bob gave us the royal tour of the shop and we met his wonderful staff. Can't thank Bob enough for saving the day. The tire worked perfectly for the next 5000 miles and still going strong. Would highly recommend Higley Motors for their motorcycle expertise.Howie Mitch.

Called about needing a couple tires mounted in a hurry, when other shops turned me away Higley Motors got it done the same day and even delivered the wheels back to my workplace for me.

Quoted $90 for mounting a tire (tire and rim brought in). That's 3x what you'll pay anywhere else. Their "master mechanic" was not familiar with the model of bike the wheel came from (BMW R1100).Wow. And, good luck.

Get this: Met the owner as I parked in front of his shop and didn't notice I dropped something, and he (Robert) tracked me down and gave it back. Offered me a tour of his shop. American and Japanese repair, basically anything with a motor. Super capable guy. I'd trust him with my work.

Went in to get my spark plug hole retaped. Robert the owner was very knowledgeable and polite and got it done in one day. Definitely will be coming back here again.

A certain place on the Northside of Milwaukee quoted me $500 to clean my carbs, carbs off the bike. This placed saved me $400, did a great job, and did it in a great timely manner! Deffinately going back!!

Robert had my cb600 for over 6 months with constant excuess on why the work had not been done, once tires, chain, battery and lube change was done i noticed the tool kit was removed from my bike and i still haven't revived it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I've had my bike in this shop for just about everything and I am consistently impressed with the quality of work and their commitment to the customer. Horrible quality of work done to my vintage motorcycle that had scratched paint, louse bolts, and missing parts. Robert would not admit to damaging my property or offer a refund Never take anything you care about here
