My name is Ryan; owner of Road to Recovery Towing Service in Milwaukee. I came to Heiser collision on 76th Street on multiple occasions. Every time when I go to Heiser; I always encounter Disrespect, Racism, and unprofessional behavior from the SAME WHITE associates in the Body Shop. As an African-American and business owner; I will go to other people place of business with respect and professionalism. No matter what type of day I have; I won t take my problems out on other people. People need to be aware of their surroundings and who they re spending their money with. This place is bad for business and the public needs to know how they treat black ppl! I some with a manager and the problem keeps Occurring. Nothing has been resolved.

The repair was estimated to be a couple weeks. The shop ended up taking well over 3 months to complete the repair. Even towards the end of finishing up the repair they were still ordering parts that they probably forgot about further stalling repairs. This is problematic as the weeks turned to months I had to pay more and more for rentals.The repair itself wasn't up to my expectations either. The silver trim around the window does not align properly. Poor quality work.If you want your car repair in a timely fashion and quality repair you might be better off trying somewhere else.

Jason and team did everything they could to get my car done quickly and kept me informed along the way. They provided a great loaner and were always pleasant to speak with.

Lifetime Warranty NOT HONORED. A year ago my entire front fender, front driver door and rear driver door was replaced from an accident. Today my front driver door was only going down halfway and getting stuck on something. I called the manager to schedule a time for them to look at it. I was basically told wear items are not covered and it would cost $50 for them to look at it. I'm pretty sure the entire car is a wear item! Talked to Don Meyers. I was told the front door was brand new and they used my old parts and that I was on my own. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this place.

This was an extremely difficult experience they said it would take about 2 1/2. ,weeks it took over 2 months and I had to take the truck back several times for corrections and repairs heiser automotive was aware of the problem the repair took way too long and the quality of paint fit and finish was poor after approx 2 1/2 months the repairs were mostly corrected and acceptable but a real struggle and challenging experience I would not recommend this shop for auto body repair

I was treated with kindness and respect every time I talked to them. My insurance company rated this as a 5 star for the work they do. I would not recommend taking a wheelchair alone there. The door is difficult to use and hallway is a bit narrow and so is the door.

My daughter tried to get an estimate from this company. She waited 30 minutes then they were rude to her and told her they couldn't do estimates today and made her leave. I never heard of a body shop that wouldn't even look at the car.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

Worst customer service ever. Definitely would never go here again. Got there to pick up my truck. No body in the office came out to welcome me at all. Everyone stayed in the office the entire time. I waited almost 15 to 20 minute just so some one can say "oh yea I forgot about you, they can take care of you here." They should invest in a bell or buzzer at the front.

Do not recommend, will never go back to again. Car took 6 weeks to repair $10k of damage. Had to take back for another week due to bad workmanship. Shannon the body shop manager is not easy to work with, will give you the run around.

The employee that waited on me (very nice female). The employee was very friendly, very good customer service, very attentive, answered my questions, did a thorough job in giving me an estimate on my damaged car.

Sorry bout the 1 star it was a typo mistake, ....I was treated really good there and Shannon I think is the body shop manager ,he gave me lots of info on what I came in for and he was very professional and patient.....thank u for assisting me in the rite direction..

DO NOT USE !!! Horriable to deal with the vendor did not see the damage that had fallen on the van and charged an addtoinal $2300 on top of the $11,000 estimate since they could not see it !!!
