I have been a car guy for as long as I can remember. I don't believe in purchasing new cars due to heavy depreciation cost and truly understand the value of a quality used car. I ran across Hansen Brothers back in about 1999 or 2000 when they were located over on Appleton Ave. in the dealership's original location. I purchased a vehicle from them back then and have been a customer every since. I love this dealership for several reasons, but most importantly because they are trustworthy individuals from the sales department to service, and more importantly they sell quality cars. I purchased my first vehicle back in 1999 and my most recent vehicle less than a month ago. Alex Hansen as always was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, and he went out of his way to make sure I received a fair price and left the dealership completely satisfied, Not only do I use them to purchase cars, I don't let anyone else work on my cars. Hansen Brothers Auto also has a very skilled and knowledgeable service department that stands behind the cars they sell consumers. If you are looking to purchase a quality used car at a fair price from a dealership that not only knows their product, but also stands behind what they sell, look NO FURTHER than Hansen Brothers Auto Sales. Best car repairs and used car sales in the area hands down. You can definitely trust these guys with your car buying and service needs.Jeff will help you get your car running perfectly. If he can't, Tim will find out a new one.

We bought an 05 BMW X3 2 years ago from Hansen Brothers and they were nothing but helpful and honest with our purchase. Alex did an awesome job getting use a great rate on our financing. Our growing family needed something bigger so we came back and the Hansen group FOUND us a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country EXACTLY the way I wanted it with every feature I asked for! Not only did they find it quickly, but they gave us an outstanding price on it and got better financing terms than our credit union could match! We will be back for our business vehicle and our daughter's first car as well!!

Fantastic Experience with Hansen Brothers! Bought my wife an X3, which was like brand new for well below the market price! Runs like a champ and still had a year left of factory warranty on it! DJ and Tim were both great to work with!I recently took my old beater truck in after having such a good experience with their sales department...Jeff super helped me out, not only saving me money on the work compared to three other quotes I got, but also saving me on work that two other dealers said was needed that he explained was in no way needed.The quality of business that takes place here is hard to come by these days! Thanks to everyone at Hansen Brothers!!!

Getting five stars from mean's you have to be "The Best" & that is exactly what the Hansen Brothers strive to be. It was difficult for me to let go of a vehicle I had for quite some many years but Tim helped me through the purchasing of a "new/used" vehicle transition with ease. When I say with ease I mean it! I had my credit check done & I was in and out with my "new/used" car in under an hour. Test driven and checked out. The team is made up of family members mostly & that's how they made me feel as if I was a part of their family. They strive for excellence in customer service and the vehicles for purchasing clearly are top notch and if they don't have it in their inventory, give them some time & they most likely will find it. All I can say is that working with Tim and his team made me feel quite at ease and safe. Purchasing a "new/used" vehicle at many other places may be good but here at Hansen Brothers you are treated with the upmost respect & dignity while going through the purchasing process. I will recommend this team to ANYONE who needs a vehicle and wants all the bang for your buck possible! Great work everyone and again Tim I cannot tell you how appreciative I am that you helped me when I needed it most.

I have been a customer of Hansen Brothers for 12 years I have bought several cars from them. I love the excellent customer service. Tim and Jeff Hansen are the best people to have in your corner when it comes to buying cars. Teddy, Alex & DJ exemplify great customer service. Hansen brothers treats all of their customers like family. I will continue to recommend my friends and family to them.

The sales team sold me the RIGHT car not just ANY car! Alex was very knowledgeable, customer-focused, and made my choice easy. I could not believe how quickly he got me into the car I wanted-with the best interest rate possible! Highly recommend!

These guys do great work. I've had them put new tires and a new battery in my truck. I couldn't ask for better service. Teddy Hansen makes his customers feel important and he's very honest about what part (example: Tires or battery) is best for your vehicle. I always call Teddy when I need assistance with my truck.

Vehicle ownership your way.I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2014 audi S4 from Derick, I was searching the whole country for this specific vehicle and with over 80 options I chose the hansen Brothers dealership, he was very upfront and HONEST, I felt no overbearing pressure for a sale. I took the car for a test drive and after a month more searching I made the purchase, after waiting so long I was quite restless and wanted to move quicker than what what is usually seen as possible but Derick really came through and amazed me with fantastic service at an incredible deal. After purchasing the vehicle I took it to an audi authorized dealer and had a full system check on it,the technician told me it was an incredible find in perfect condition I will without a doubt refer anybody to this dealer.

I bought a 2010 VW Tiguan Wolfsberg edition from them 2.5 years ago. From the get go, the moon roof was constantly leaking and they had no idea how to fix it (they had me come in after work 5 times and never fixed the problem). So whenever it rains, the car smells like a swamp. They told me it s only had one owner that they knew, and they did all service on it. After looking at the car fax I saw it had been in two accidents and was registered to someone in Illinois before the person they knew. Then the timing chain broke (which was under warranty), and I had to tow it 2 months after having it paying $600 to get it from Door County to Milwaukee via triple A. This is where they get 2 stars instead of 1, when the timing chain broke it took a cylinder head with it, and they offered to help pay for half of that. Then the starter died and I had to tow it back to them again, while I was driving my coworkers to lunch, it was extremely embarrassing. From then on I ve towed it two more times, spent hours trying to fix its ailments myself, and it starts leaking oil. I then learn that the turbo in the car is leaking oil and it would be 3,000 to fix, after the 10,000 I put into it over 2.5 years. I m not saying I don t recommend Hansen brothers, but I will be honest with my disappointment. I bought a car from them under the good faith it was fine to drive with no accidents. I just traded it in and the appraiser informed me that it s been repainted in three different areas and clearly been T-Boned. Do not buy a car from here unless they buy a copy of the car fax and show you. *side note* a police officer told me that they gave me this car without the proper tools it comes with, like a jack, to replace a tire and in selling of used cars that is illegal. I have much more to say about this experience, but I m happy to say I ve finally gotten rid of this burden of a car. Please do not contact me about this review.

Mr. Hansen and his sons are the best. Alex went above and beyond to help me get the best financing deal on my 2017 Kia Optima. Hansen Brothers have an array of very nice vehicles. If you're looking to get the best bang for your buck, go check them out.

I bought a 2009 Hyundai genesis in august of 2017 and Alex was the salesman..he said the car would be a great car for me, i asked him is there anything wrong with it, he said no. 2 weeks later the car was squeaking, i went and got a diagnostic test done and it came back that i needed front and back breaks and rotors, and front control arms and my wiper motor just went out a week ago, while i was trying to pull up my driver side head rest and it just broke apart, they said they are not going to fix my car, i am stuck with this car and i am very upset, This dealership is wrong and out of order, for lying about this car, ,, they do have good customer service and Alex was an awesome salesman but they tricked me into getting this car , knowing things were wrong with it........ MAYBE I'M JUST THE BAD APPLE,,

Derick is the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with. I had to hound him to do his job, and get the financing papers over to Franklin Finance. Then when he finally did, he just sent generic, non-specific forms, and had to wait 3-4 more days before he delivered them in person. (He was waiting to pick up a check he said, that's why we had to wait.) Then when the purchase contract had already been drawn up, and we were scheduled to pick up the car that night, a mere two hours away, he calls me to tell me they sold the car! "but if I wanted to come look at a Prius and a Yaris that he had available!" Like are you kidding me?? I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM NOR SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE ELSE!

Wonderful experience working with DJ Johnson at Hansen. He was able to match me with my desired vehicle in a knowledgeable and expeditious manner. The signing process was painless as well! I definitely will be referring others.

Found a vehicle on Facebook marketplace. Contacted Hansen brothers to see if it was still available. They said it was and to come take a look. We drove 40 minutes across town to have them tell us it was totalled then repaired and siding door doesn't work. Would have been nice for them to include that in the description. Or tell us before we drove there.

They are aways able to take care of my vehicle and my mom's vehicle for a reasonable price. They're not pushy. Very down to earth salesmen. They know their stuff. I would definitely recommend.

I would give them a minus if you had it here. I called a week ahead to purchase a mercedes and asked them to hold it they agreed and I would be in on that friday with cash to pay for the vehicle. I arrived on time and they informed they sold it the day before. Keep in mind they had my phone and didn't bother to call me. The sales Guy DJ said we have other vehicles for sale. I said I don't won't a different type of vehicle. Now its called NO SALE I will take my money and go somewhere else where they keep their word. My dad sold cars all is life and he would never have done this. This is how you don't get repeat customers.

Least helpful experience I've had attempting to purchase a vehicle. I called asking basic questions about the frame and they'd rather turn down a sale than take a picture of the frame. Absolutely no effort was put in to sell the vehicle I was interested in.

I absolutely love this place! The best service in town and quality top of the line vehicles to choose from. I was so impressed with this business. I was treated with respect and all the staff was friendly and courteous. They were honest, helpful, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I drove from Neenah to look at a vehicle only to find out that they are very good at taking obscure photos. The vehicle was in horrible asthetic shape and the brakes pulled to the left very badly toward oncoming traffic. Can't believe they would allow the vehicle on the road, let alone ask the price they were for it.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ONCE AGAIN! NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT YOU WENT OVER THE TOP AGAIN. THIS TIME I REFERRED A FRIEND AND YOU SAVED HIM THOUSANDS. HE WENT TO HIS BMW REPAIR SHOP AND THEY QUOTED HIM OVER $4000 TO REPAIR HIS CAR. YOU FIXED A CONNECTION ON A WIRE AND HE IS BACK ON THE ROAD FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST. THANKS AGAIN JEFF AND TIM.10-05-2012 Bought my wife a 2009 mercedes E350 4matic. I never drove the car just took Tim's word for it. I bought the car without driving it brought it home and My Wife absolutely loved it! Thanks again Jeff and Tim

Wow is all I can say. I called Derrick Johnson on September 6th and basically told him that I was a recent college grad and that I was in need of a new car, as my 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 was not doing the job it once did for me.On Friday, September 9th (today) I walked out with the keys to the car of my dreams in hand.Throughout the week, Derrick and I went back and forth on some options that made sense for me.In that process, Derrick NEVER tried to jip me for more money, sell me something I didnt need, hide things from me etc.I would recommend these guys to anybody in need of a good car.
