Incredible service! We were traveling from out of state when we ran into car troubles. Chandler in the service department was so patient with us. Quickly had our vehicle looked at, diagnosed the problem, and quickly came up with a plan. They have an incredible shuttle driver who brought us to our hotel and then one of the shop guys graciously picked us up the following day to get our vehicle. Couldn t be more grateful for this crew, their service, and for making sure we were back on the road safely. THANK YOU, gentlemen! Job very well done.

A few weeks ago I stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation. The representative recommended that I also replace the brake pads since they have only 3mm left. Feeling suspicious I went to another repair shop today and they confirmed that I have 80% brake left and all brakes are in good condition. Never will I return to this car dealership who lies to customers to earn commission/profit.

I came in for service on my 2107 Yukon. Isiah in service walked me through the process and made me very comfortable with the service and parts being used. Received my vehicle in timely manner and rides like new. Excellent customer service by Isiah and the service team that did the repairs. This is a major reason I will be back for any service needs. Griffin Chevy has a great ambassador with Isiah and I will tell all GM owners to come to Griffin and ask for Isiah.Dr. Todd Beadle

Big shout to Ted Harris for the outstanding service we received yesterday while purchasing my new vehicle. Very nice, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I sent my husband to have my car serviced while I worked. He returned home in less than an hour so service was completed quickly. The only downside is that they were unable to provide a car wash because the machine was down. That was a bit disappointing but hopefully it s fixed soon.

I had Ted as a sales associate and he was so amazing! This was my first time going the traditional route of buying a car at an actual dealership and Ted made the whole experience so pleasant. He was upfront with the ins and outs of the behind the scenes stuff that consumers aren't always privy to, and he answered any questions I had sometimes even before I had even asked them lol. Very thorough and friendly as well. Can't picture myself going to a different dealership for my next car. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing service and timely jobs complete whenever I stop in for maintenance on my MC SS, doesn't matter what's up with the car they always take care of me super well. And getting service is always easy and the people are cool and cheery always. Highly recommend going out of your way to take care of your GM maintenance here. Worthwhile and they haven't had any issues for either of my older cars I've brought.

Superb. Steve Brandofina has always made the vehicle purchase process enjoyable, straightforward and trustworthy. We get right to the vehicle and the dealer. Steve remembers my vehicle preferences. Very pleasant also to deal with Chris in finance.

I have consistently received the best possible service and top-notch repair and maintenance work at Griffin Chevrolet 11100 W Metro Mall, Milwaukee. The service advisors are wonderful. More than once, Damien and Chandler have gone out of their way to accommodate me and to give me good information that I can rely on. I'm very grateful to them.

I made an appointment online, and chose to use my GM rewards points. I could not use the online special that I wanted for an oil change and tire rotation for the price of oil change. I arrive early, and explained that I couldn't use the coupon online, and the service writer told me they don't accept appointments. I said I have an email and a text message from the website stating they do...I then asked what the time frame was. The last three times I was stuck there for two hours. He couldn't tell me how long it would take. Luckily I only had to wait 50 minutes this time. The cashier tells me I owe money. I said in my appointment I wanted to use my GM points. She also stated they don't take appointments. So needless to say I had to pay for it. Lucky I brought money. My husband won't take my vehicle here again due to the non existed "express" lube chage time, and you only have hours when I work. So now we are skipping the whole GM experience.

Did a tire rotation when I got back my truck? The TMP s light was on the they said. That is because there were 2 bad sensors and they could not reset. Never even bothered telling me about it. Untilso I got home had to come back.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. I was seen in a very timely manner and staff listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I was called within the hour as to what the assessment of what was wrong with my vehicle as well as the cost of repairs. My vehicle was ready by the end of the day which was sooner than expected. I was able to make arrangements to pick up my truck the next morning and make payment in a very timely manner. Everyone was very professional.

Ralph Price is a lying, ignorant, con man. Totally unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful. It's amazing they even hired him in the first place. Stay FAR away from here! He WILL con you any way he can.

I received a reasonable trade-in value for my 2014 Chevy Cruze on the first attempt. Several employees, including Peter, Chris, and Tim, did a tremendous job with helping me secure an affordable lease payment for my 2024 Chevy Equinox. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had replied to am survey about my this dissatisfaction on my services experiences and I received an email stating it came from the cleaning which was in true. Good afternoon,Let just start off by saying you are assuming my dissatisfaction has to deal with the fee. No where in my survey did I bring up the fee.. my dissatisfaction came from I had to bring the loner car up to the shop and wait around for it to get fix which caused my son to be late to a game. The fact I had to wait for 3 people to inspect the car before he said ok I have to charge you the fee which I said ok with the fee let s just hurry up it does not matter. Then the fact he had to close and redo another agreement another agreement so things could be charged together. And the person who was helping the tech walked off and he had to keep calling for help. Then the fact which I had left my house key on the key chain and I had to wait for them to bring my keys. Or the fact when I walked in your techs eating and hanging out not like it was a job. And number three that I get an email thinking my dissatisfaction came from a fee and assuming that was my issue!

I love working with their service team especially Chandler. They have me in and out quickly and when they know it will take a while they provide me with a ride home. They always provide me updates on my vehicle without me having to call them first which is a breath of fresh air.

I came in for a simple tire repair and was very impressed with the professionalism and personal care given to me and my vehicleI would highly recommend this location for all vehicle needsWorking with the Body Shop Dept, specifically TJ, I was thoroughly impressed with not only his professionalism but also thoroughness and taking care of my matter. Made me feel very confident with regards to a minor repair needed to my vehicle and the insurance company contact. I would go to no other Chevrolet dealer in the Milwaukee area! Thanks so much !

We had an amazing experience buying our 2009 Corvette from Griffin Chevrolet! From the moment of contact to us getting the keys it was great. Gerald, David, and Chris were all super easy to deal with and very straightforward. With how some other dealers are in todays market, especially for vehicles like this, it was such a breath of fresh air. I look forward to dealing with them again. I bought a 2017 Chrvy Equinox in Nov./22 from this dealer and by March I needed some engine work. Most work was covered under warranty but I still came out of 400 dollars to cover parts that weren't under warranty. Then on Sept. 4th, 2023 the engine blows and the dealer won't help with getting it fixed. Even denied that I bought the vehicle from them. Would never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend going to them unless buying new.
