Wonderful service. They got me into the shop the same day, had my car fixed by the morning. Mike and Ken were friendly and respectful and made sure to update me every step of the way. They also supplied me with a loaner car and a very detailed explanation of my car inspection.

Couldn't be more pleased with our first experience with my Mazda at Greitens. They were recommended by a neighbor. Really gave the car a twice over for its 60K service, which included everything it needed & nothing it didn't for a reasonable price that was less than the estimate & certainly much less than the dealer charges for the same major service. Very professional! Quality NAPA parts, loaners, and generous warranty with ASE-certified techs. Love the Smartflow photos and progress reports received during the repair. We finally found a centrally-located, easy-to-get-to off the freeway auto repair shop we can trust that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and doesn't upsell. We'll be back. Thanks, Mike and crew!

TLDR; This place went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal auto repair place.I called the day before and setup an appointment. When I dropped off the car, they offered a complimentary ride back to my apartment. When they finished with the inspection, they sent a link with a detailed list of the inspection, with pictures, of what is good, what needs immediate attention, and what needs future attention. After this link was, sent they call with a follow up on your car to ask what you would like to do and pricing. They never pushed a product or the items that need immediate attention.The next day, after the repair, I received a little thank you text with a picture of the Greitens auto service.Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Greiten s embodies what small businesses do best. By living and working in the community, they have a vested interest in building and maintaining a good reputation. Their communication skills are excellent and they provide proactive solutions to any repair. They stand by their work. And most obvious - look at their lot, it s usually full. Folks bring in their vehicles because the work is good!

Very pleased with my service of having headlamps replaced. Also did vehicle inspection, which I did not expect. Went above and beyond ! I have some issues that need immediate attention, and as soon as I receive the quote I will have them service my Yukon !

Greitens auto came by recommended reviews. I was treated personally from the first day I stepped into the shop. Professional staff was amazing. Quick turn around for my needed repairs and services. My vehicle runs better than the day I bought it used. Will definitely recommend and give my return service when needed. Thanks to all mechanics which had part in my experience.

I trusted Greitens at first, but not anymore. Because I m female and don t know much about cars, I m careful to quadruple check auto quotes and diagnoses with multiple people and other businesses to prevent being taken advantage of. There s been numerous times where Greitens prices were significantly more expensive than every other place I called. I understand that Greitens wants to pay their employees well and I m very open to paying more, but feel disrespected to get quotes that high. And there is very little room for negotiation. Sorry, but I work really hard for my money as well. Additionally, they ve diagnosed things as urgent and needing replacement that other places said weren t urgent and time passed and the other place was right. Additionally had my tires rotated and the tires weren t re-inflated properly. I ve repeated multiple things I was told by the desk guy to my uncle who said he s never been told that in his life by a mechanic. Otherwise the few repairs that have been done seem to be high quality. It s obviously great they offer free loaner cars. But after really double checking them and their suggestions, I just can t trust them anymore. Wish I could. Show me respect and I d not only be loyal, but send all my friends and coworkers there.

Greitens was great from the start. Mike, who answered when I called, was professional and straight forward letting me know that he could get my car in the shop after the weekend. I dropped it off on a Friday and they moved it into the garage before the weekend. They called me first thing on Monday with what my radiator issue was and the price. They performed the work quickly and got my Jeep back to me that day. Another thing that was surprising and awesome was that they performed an overall inspection of my vehicle, taking photos, attached them to documentation, and texted me a link to look over the recommendations. I've never received anything like that from a dealership, generally it was just basic papers with some diagrams. Always set you straight-fair prices always own up to warranties!!!Just had another service, their checkups are so thorough so you always know exactly what's going on with your car, with photos. Great combination of PERSONAL service along with MODERN computer records of your car.NOVEMBER 2023 On my "Newer" old car, had some higher value maintenance, new tires, battery, oil leak etc. Came in $200 under budget, everything looks great, hopefully set for another 5 years! I FEEL SAFE GOING WITH GREITENS as I am a senior and require DEPENDABILITY Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always go to Greitens. They are a thorough and honest shop. The diagnostic report with photos makes it easy to understand what is being serviced and why. Mike provides outstanding customer service and talks me through all the recommended repairs so I know exactly what I'm getting and how much it will cost.They've serviced my car for years - tires, brakes, leaks, struts - you name it. I'm always so happy (and confident) with how my car runs after I leave the shop.

Kevin and his right hand Mike have been taking care of my cars for years. When you find someone you trust with your best interests in mind - STICK WITH THEM! That's Greitens. PLUS, they were open AND fast during this awful freezing weather... and (4/17/19) update... when you're at Greitens, you're family. Amazing people! (Last time I came in for an oil change 11/23 Mike & the team found a nail in my tires and repaired it. PLUS the suggestion of new wiper blades... a very happy change!!

I had an oil leak and my wheel bearings were changed out. Greitens was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to work with both of us! Not just my boyfriend as I have been disrespected with other businesses Despite my knowledge of cars. They provided details to me about my car and things that may attention in the future. Very detailed and my car is working better than before. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work.

Took some shopping around before I found an honest shop like Greitens, and now I'm loyal. Customer service is excellent. They have declined me [minor] services I've requested because they weren't necessary to do, which was very honest of them. The photos of inspections emailed/texted to the customer each visit is a GREAT protocol, and has changed my standard of auto shops. The folks are not condescending at all to women, they treat customers with respect, and I feel coached every step of the way.

Great service! Kept me up to speed on the progress. I think the longest wait was getting the parts from the dealer. But completed the job pretty quickly after the parts were received. Identified the issue quickly.

I've been to Greitens a few times over the last couple of years--brakes, oil change, a weird rattling sound when I drive--and every time their service is excellent. They treat their customers respectfully, answer questions transparently, and don't try to upsell services that you may not need. Mike and the other folks there are wonderful, and I am glad to know that when my car has an issue, I have a trusted crew I can go to for service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

I consistently take my vehicle here for oil changes and tire rotations as well as more in depth maintenance. They are great with the time it takes for the work as well as the running an inspection for other work your vehicle might need. I relocated to Milwaukee Oct '15. Having worked in the cutthroat auto industry in CA for 10 years, I did my research to find the best non-dealer service shops in town. Kevin & Terri Burke's Greitens topped my very short list. After my first visit, I didn't even bother trying other shops. I've had a '00 Accord, an '04 Sienna, and a '09 Lexus RX350 serviced. Some of the more significant repair orders (ROs) have entailed AC compressor / relay, CV boot, brakes & rotors, strut / shock suspension, alternator, starter, thermostat, O2 sensors, transmission flush, fuel system cleaning, coolant flush, serpentine belt, power steering belt, water pump, timing belt, and battery. They have loaner vehicles should you need one. You'll receive a comprehensive inspection report via email after your visit. At the desk you'll find Mike as cordial and customer service orientated as they come. After checking with my Volvo dealership and a handful of other import repair shops in the local MKE area- being told I d have to wait 2-6weeks for an evaluation of my AC . I contacted this shop and they said, bring it in tomorrow WOW! Was a happy to hear thisUpon dropping the vehicle off, I experienced very friendly CS and felt confidant and comfortable leaving my vehicle. The best part was when I received the call after just 4hrs, and given the price(which blew my socks off), I was then given GREAT news upon arriving that they gave me wrong quote by mistake, were transparent and HONEST about it, while ultimately leaving my bill HALF of what I d thought would be the damages lol when I say HAPPY CAMPER!! Thanks guys for being HONEST! ( & for the treat bag ) I will be back (hopefully later than sooner lol)OH- and also the digital fill report including photos delivered via text message was Great Service: A/C installation & repair

I had recently moved to the neighborhood and in no time I was in need of routine maintenance. I found Greitens just blocks from my house. They are the friendliest mechanics I ever met. The prices are comparable to others .i have an older vehicle which i love so I've taken my truck there a few times to keep it gong. Mike and Kevin know my schedule and often have the work done in time so i can carry on with my day.. They know me by name and they even give a "THANK YOU" goodie bag when the work is done. Awesome service! I can't say enough. I originally brought my vehicle in for a full brake job - there was a mysterious issue that popped up along the way. The folks at Greitens were extremely attentive (Mike at the front desk is GREAT) with keeping me updated and even lent me a car to use while mine was being worked on.
