So impressed! Our wheelchair bus had brakes go out while at our only one-hour- long Froedert Hospital appointment, leaving us stranded in Milwaukee, which is an hour and a half from home with our disabled daughter who is on a ventilator. I was panicked! This business was so gracious as to stop what they were doing, to get to work on our vehicle. They were genuine, sincere and so understanding. Great at explaining and very attentive and reassured us they would take care of us and they did! They could have soaked us for a lot knowing we had no other choice, but they didn t! This is the place to go that will treat you well and save you money and help you when you need it. I ve told sooo many people and will continue to go there for service!

I found this hidden gem by mistake and it turned out to be the best mistake ever! From my first call they were so nice and had so much patience as I asked my many questions. Patrick, I can't thank you enough! He didn't try to over sell, he answered my questions until I felt comfortable, and he spoke to me and explain everything so that I could understand all the risk and safety about why I needed my repairs. Patrick you are awesome! I found a new place for me and my car. Again, thank you so much!

I have been getting my car serviced here for about 7 years and they always make sure they take great care of me and I appreciate them!! I know that my car is in going to be fixed correctly and they are always honest with what you need done to your car. Great job Good Hope Service and all of you guys rock!!!

Good Hope Service is a breath of fresh air after some of the places I've been. I've had other mechanics/auto shops talk down to me because I'm a woman or try to upsell the bejesus out of me. Not at Good Hope! Friendly, explained everything, gave me an estimate for a repair to consider in the future but didn't try to pressure me into doing it right now. I'll definitely be coming back here!

I needed extensive repair done on my car. I was able to get an appointment soon and they were able to fix what I needed within the day. They have great customer service! They were responsive, informative, and quick. Pat answered all my questions. He was patient and very accommodating through my indecisiveness. GOOD HOPE SERVICE is absolutely the BEST place to have your car tuned and maintained. I've been a customer for over 4 years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. John and his professional service/maintenance team are excellent !! Working with them is a delight....best in their field, as well as honest, kind and considerate. If they tell me something needs to be done with my car, I definitely trust them. No guessing games about whether this work really needs to be done.

This is how auto service should be. They are fast, professional, the work is great, and at no point has anyone tried to convince me I need extra services or repairs beyond what was reasonable. The employees are all really pleasant, and do a great job.They always seem to have an appointment to fit what I need, and can usually get me in within a few days for small services.I trust this shop with all the van repairs for my work fleet, and I take my personal car either here or to a dealership. They have saved the day more than once with last-minute availability and super-fast repairs.

They went way above and beyond in service and customer satisfaction. My 2017 Accord had multiple warning lights and a flashing error code. These indicated that the transmission needed to be replaced. Although the car has only 31k miles the warranty had expired since the car was over 5 years old. Good Hope Service went beyond just looking at the electronic codes the car was sending to get into the transmission and find the real issue. Instead of having to replace the whole transmission it was able to be fixed. This saved me thousands of dollars. The best part though was that they listened to my story of how when I bought the car in Dec. 2017 I really wanted a big red bow on it like in the car commercials. The dealership did not give me a big red bow which was a great disappointment to me. When Good Hope Service brought my car around for me to pick it up there was a big red bow. This made me so happy. As my granddaughter who was with me said "Grandma finally got her red bow!" I am still basking in my red bow glow. You have a very happy customer for life! Just had an emissions test, but while waiting, spoke to another long term client. He was very happy with the service and people there. I had no problems, people were very polite. Emissions test went fast & smooth.

Helped me find an affordable plan to get my Jeep fixed and running smoothly. Not only that but they also got the job done in only a few days even though they needed to order parts. These guys are great, friendly and provide excellent customer service and work. Another great experience. Made great recommendation on new tires. Great customer service. Nice to have a repair shop you can trust. Had even taken another vehicle in for brake work, but they reviewed and said they were good for another 5k-10k miles. I highly recommend Good Hope Service.

Pat was very nice and informative. I'm a female who don't know much about cars and Pat walked me through everything. I ask for one service and after I told him what was wrong if gave me the right service instead of just taking my money. Great Quality for a Nice Quantity which is all I ask for. They definitely don't have 5 stars for nothing. No complaints. & to top it off, they have and treat people with Integrity & Respect! You have yourself a loyal customer now! Thank you again.

Always helpful and manage to easily take care of all my car needs. My check engine light came on yesterday. They checked it right away, with no notice. Jon is terrific. Staff is awesome. My sister has come here 30+ years, me, the 5 I ve lived here.

Everything was great about this place! My car was shutting off while idle on the road (due to no oil coke to find) and I was fearing it was going to be a big fix or that someone would try and take advantage. They said I needed oil and got me up and running with no other pitches of fixing anything major. They helped me out a ton, and I ll definitely be back in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They DO NOT offer emissions testing anymore...they need to update their info as that is very frustrating to the consumer.However the guy on the phone was very nice!

They performed a brake fluid flush. These guys are knowledgeable and courteous. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. I found them to be honest and charged a fair fee for their services. So glad I took the chance rather than going to the dealership and get fleeced.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Honest and great service. Free brake inspections, every other shop I called charged anywhere from $40.00 to $65.00 just to look at my brakes. They would then put the money toward my brakes getting fixed there. So, what if I don't get them fixed there, I'm just out that money!!! That's a smooth rip-off!!!!!

Zack analyzed the needs for my car and what he thought were the issues and told me someone would call me with the options. Later in the day, Zack called me with what he found when inspecting my engine and not only recommended that air filters were needed when checking under the hood He took the time to send pictures of a new filter and what my filters looked like. The owner then called me with the options for my breaks telling me I could fix part of the break issue now and wait until later to do the additional work that was not immediately needed. He clearly explained the ramifications and benefits of waiting and estimated how long it might be before the additional work would be required.Both gents were kind, knowledgeable and very polite. The work was completed within the time frame promised.I highly recommend Good Hope Services for your car needs.

There has been 2 different instances when I couldn't get into a repair shop for whatever reason. But GHS were able to take my vehicle to service on that same day. On both occasions, despite being booked, they made time for me and provided quality service.

Highly recommend these guys. I just picked up my truck, had new tires installed and an alignment completed. Everyone in this place is polite as can be (Paddy to name one). Answered all my questions and had the work completed in timely order. The cost was very fair as well.Keep up the good work!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Excellent service! Got my vehicle in and out promptly and was very honest about the repair. I was expecting a very expensive fix for my coolant leak. I assumed it was either the water pump or heater core. Turns out it was simply a broken coolant line and they fixed it quickly and cheaper than I imagined. They could ve taken this opportunity to lie and gouge me by saying it was something more expensive but didn t. 100% recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable about auto care. They fixed an issue i had on my car that I thought was major due to the noise but it was just simple loose nut need tightening caused by Velazquez auto care on 58th Capitol which I don t recommend.

I ordered new tires through Good Hope Service. They gave me a few tire options based on my car type, tires I wanted (I went with all season) and price. Appointment require just for an emission test. Really! Apparently they were able to spare 10min and fit me into their "busy" schedule. Bought my sticker through them and when I look at my receipt, it shows a "card fee". I paid in cash but whatever.
