A very professional and thorough body shop. I brought my Honda in with a large dent in the front quarter panel. When they were done it looked like new! Also, the staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone.

Chris, Becky and the crew at Prestige took amazing care of me when I needed body work done on my Maserati Ghibli due to a case of hydroplaning at 70 MPH into a ditch.While getting my car fixed was not something I was looking forward to, the team made my experience a very solid one!Their attention to detail and insanely quality body work was greatly appreciated. My car looks AHMAAAAZZZZING!!!! :-D2 thumbs up, 5 stars, 4 diamonds!Thanks, Prestige!

Excellent experience again! David Gassner has gone above and beyond for us with two different cars and two different repairs. With this last accident being a pretty substantial repair. His attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail with both the car and keeping us up to date with status of the car. The work came out perfect! It looks amazing, thank you to everyone who worked on it at PAW!

Wish I would have inspected my 2009 Audi A6 Avant more thoroughly when I picked it up from having the hood, driver front fender and driver side mirror repaired from a tree. Did not notice the DA sanding marks all over the hood still, or the remaining indents in the hood where the repair was performed. There is overspray on the fender liner and on some of the black plastic trim in the enginebay. The hood even has drips in the paint. This is amateur level work. I don't care if most people don't notice those things because Audi did not do that at the factory and I do not pay for insurance to pay shops to paint pieces of my car not intended to be painted. I was told I could come back and have the car polished when I raised concerns. Polish doesn't take the overspray off and I should not have to come back to have the job finished. The job should be finished when I am called to pick up my car. I don't care if most people don't notice sanding marks. I don't care if it's possible to get away with low quality work with most customers, it's not a fair practice and it is unethical. People pay for insurance so their cars can be returned o the state they were in before an accident. People don't pay for insurance to have their cars mostly repaired kind of. Inusrance costs way too much for that low quality customer service. I should not have to inspect my car for damage or poor worksmanship when I pick up my car. I am not a bodyshop employee. I pay the bodyshop to inspect the work they do. I believe the quality of work has deteriorated since Gerber acquired the company. Back when it was Prestige, I had great work and customer service on my yellow 1970 MGB. Not sure why Gerber would buy up a shop because the shop does good work and then gut the employees who performed that work. I drove 1.5 hours from where I live now because I was impressed by the previous work Prestige did, but this last job under Gerber was disappointing. I was told I could "just" bring the car back in any day of the week to have the car polished quick or maybe drop it off if more work needs to be done. Why was the job not finished before I was called to pick up my car? Who has a 9-5 job where they can just up and leave work in the middle of the day to spend an unknown amount of time having work finished that was supposed to have been done weeks earlier? I know good workers are hard to come by right now, but this was very, very novice work on a car Audi shipped less than 1500 of over to the US. The car was $54,000 new and now the hood looks like it belongs on a rental Nissan Quest.

This started out as a good experience the estimate was reasonable however when they found out that the insurance company had paid me and that it would not be a direct payment from the insurance company they gave me the runaround and refused to repair my vehicle unless i stopped payment on the insurance check so they could be paid directly What a hassle! I ended up taking it to another repair facility and they had no problem with repairing my vehicle in a timely and professional manner.

Becky was friendly and welcoming when I first came in and always seemed to recognize me on the phone the couple of times I checked in. Jim was my main contact and he absolutely went above and beyond. He kept me apprised of my repair, dealt with the insurance company on my behalf for the estimate and delivered my car a couple of days sooner than promised. It looked and smelled brand new! You never hope to need a body shop but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend their services to any of my family or friends. I have been a customer of Prestige Auto Works for over 20 years and never have I had a bad experience having my car repaired. Their body work is impeccable and the customer service goes above and beyond expectation.I am extremely fussy about my car and trust them explicitly from the moment I drop it off until the moment I pick it up.I do not write reviews but Prestige Auto Works deserves one. They are the best. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Prestige Auto Works live up to their name and reputation. A car accident can be a real hassle. Thankfully, Jim made my experience smooth as silk. From drop off to pick up - their customer service was outstanding. Not only did my vehicle look and feel like nothing ever happened, I am confident that their workmanship will last a lifetime. Outstanding job by the Prestige team all around from quote to scheduling through repairs and then pickup. This is my second time using Prestige and both times great results. High quality and attention to detail are their trademarks. They made it seamless working with the insurance company. When I picked up my SUV today, it felt like I was in a brand new car. Simply amazing experience. Waiting area is pleasant, facility is clean and the ladies at the front desk are professional. Chris went above and beyond and made the process with the ins. company seamless. Vehicle looked brand new, all lines were matched up perfectly between each panel and the work was done in the expected time which is always awesome. I am in the auto industry and will be recommending Prestige to every person I encounter that needs work done. Thanks again!

Let me start off by saying I haven t actually gotten work done here before but was in the process. So I had my un-drivable car delivered to their shop (it was hit overnight by a stolen vehicle). Two full weeks go by and they hadn t reached out once to give an update on what s going on. Any time I called them, nobody seemed to remember my car was even there. I was told the the documents needed for damage assessment was sent to my insurance company and they were just waiting for approval. I called the insurance company, and they claimed the documents were never sent to them. I don t know who s lying. Needless to say, it was a big headache given they don t provide loaner vehicles here.I decided to have my car towed somewhere else that was recommended. Much better and faster experience so far and I ll be getting a courtesy vehicle. The new shop reached out to me the next after it was towed there (they were closed upon vehicle delivery). Also, a local adjuster called about my vehicle being at the new shop and he d be going to look at it.I firmly believe that Gerber was just letting my car sit in their lot and had no plan on actually fixing it in a timely manner. And they were a shop partnered with my insurance. The new shop isn t partnered and is doing a better job.

I give them a full rating on:Service qualityCustomer Service quality+bonus points for going above and beyond expectations.I would recommend PAW to anyone and everyone.I have already recommended them to all my co-workers and family. I even still proudly have their keychain on my keys because I am that satisfied with their work.I got my 2013 Toyota Corolla S repaired by them (recommended by Justin from Lexus North Shore after my car accident) My car was torn up bad but they got it back to me looking beautiful.Chris took care of my repair and went above and beyond with customer service. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Made sure I found a good deal on a rental car for my time without my car. Offered to have someone drive me somewhere if I needed it. He even mentioned that instead of getting junkyard/used/refurbished parts, they pay the difference to get NEW parts.They go above and beyond with their service! Not only did they get my car's body looking fantastic but they also left the inside of my car better than when I gave it to them. They got my car back to me BEFORE the promise date (which is awesome because it sucks being without your car.) He even worked something out so I could pick up my car after hours and not be stuck without it all weekend.Keep up the great work Chris! and thank you again!

Chris and his team are excellent! They were able to start on my repairs quickly. They also dealt with the rental car company for pick up and drop off; I didn't have to schedule anything! The original estimate for my repairs was sent to the insurance company via several cell phone pictures taken by me. PAW took care of doing an accurate in-person estimate and dealt with the insurance company directly. I didn't have to do a thing! I got a call from PAW during the week of repairs and I thought it was to tell me things were much worse or the repair would be delayed but it was just to check in and let me know everything was moving along as scheduled. Car was done on time and was clean as can be!

I stopped in at this shop 4-5 years ago to get an estimate on a minor scuff job. I don t remember who it was, but he buffed out the scuff on the spot as it turned out to be pretty minor and he didn t charge me. I thought it was pretty amazing and very ethical. He didn t accept any money. Fast forward, now I needed some actual work done to my car. Mike was very professional, courteous and honest. Turns out my final bill was $20 cheaper than the quoted price. Again, I can t reiterate the importance of ethics and honesty in the auto industry. On top of that, they did a superb job cleaning my car inside and out for no extra charge. Beyond satisfied with the price and service!

I took in my daughters car after she drove over a garden utensil that broke her bumper cover and running light assembly. Prestige worked up an estimate to replace the parts but also was able to pop things back together for no fee what so ever. I'm truly impressed. The minor cosmetic damage is something she can live with and I doubt anyone would even notice. The estimator was very reassuring that there were no structural issues and didn't try to force the repairs on us. We've used them before but this just cements my opinion they are a top notch and honest operation.

Im lucky enough to have a gorgeous high end luxury ride. Just like with my home, I try to take excellent care of my car. But when idiots can't drive/park at a supermarket and they did swipe your vehicle while you're in the store, it angers you after thinking about all your time you put into taking care of your property. I was nervous about most collision shops working on my prized possession. Worried that they won't get the paint right. Nervous about the craftsmanship and work quality of the technicians, since they are not from my car's manufacturer. Needless to say I was very skeptical. Once I decided on Prestige, all of that thinking and skepticism when out the door! They are VERY professional, everyone inside the office has an outstanding personality, and they keep you in the loop as far as the status of your vehicle. I never once had to call them to check up on anything. The quality of their work is out of this world. My car has a difficult factory paint finish to match. When I got the car back, they even sprayed my hood, which was not damaged, and I couldn't even tell that did that until the rep told me. All of the parts were mounted and installed perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend PAWS to ANYONE and EVERYONE who needs collision repairs, or even freshen up areas that need to be painted again. Prestige....Absolutely amazing!!

Fantastic service. Took in my 2019 Civic after a minor sideswipe that damaged the driver rear quarter panel & door. Less than 2 weeks they had it back looking brand new, detailed, flawless. Excellent work. Thanks to Mike & team for everything on this repair!

I had to get a door repainted on my truck and once again returned to Prestige to have the work done. Not only was the work done perfectly (as usual) I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire interior has been portered. I was going to spend my entire off day to do an annual spring cleaning but Chris and the gang at Prestige freed up my day to take a nice motorcycle ride!Oh, and the cookie was excellent as well!

We needed some body work done on our CR-V. We worked with Mike who was very friendly and detailed about what needed be done. They kept me updated on the status of my repairs and even finished them early. Our car looks brand new.Bonus: They detailed the interior of my vehicle as well. It looks brand new.

This business is outstanding in service and workmanship.We didn t even have to contact Entrrprise for a rental, because they have people and loaners from Enterprise on site.When we picked up our fixed vehicle it was cleaned both inside and out right out of a showroom floor. We are very impressed with Prestige auto works.Excellent workmanship

I have been taking vehicles to Prestige for over 23 years. I've had nothing but great service from them. They are always willing to make the small adjustments to make my repaired vehicle just like it was when new. Years down the line, my vehicle shows no ill effects from the accident.

I was so miserably inconvenienced by my car being damaged, so I wasn't thrilled at all that I had to take time to get repairs done. But as soon as I arrived at Prestige, the accommodations began. Jim, my service specialist, made sure every detail received the best in what Prestige has to offer. He was frontline with the insurance and car rental companies. I didn't have bother with any of that stress. The quality of the repairs was phenomenal! Prestige Autoworks (PAW) is by far the very best shop in town for any auto body work you need done. Can't belive I'm actually looking forward to my next post-fender/bender visit!

I brought my car in after an accident that damaged my bumper. They did a FABULOUS job on my car. Great communication, friendly staff, and my car shines like brand new. The waiting room had plenty of refreshments. They also finished the job in half the estimated time.

My car looks amazing and I didn t expect them to detail my car because other auto places I ve been to just specifically worked on the wrecked part... I love this place and want to thank David G. I took in my 2019 CRV Honda to Prestige Auto Works for a body repair following a rear end collision. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, Keith Raskin. He repaired the vehicle to show room condition.Keith called me daily to let me know updates on the progress of the repair, completed the repair earlier than promised, washed and waxed the outside of the vehicle, vacuumed and cleaned the interior, and removed scratches unrelated to the accident for free. He also included a bottle of touch up paint.It is very evident that Keith's mission and passion is centered around providing the best customer service in the business.In the last ten years, I cannot remember receiving such exemplary service. I have only one regret. That I had not been introduced to Keith and his superb business many years earlier. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Works for any collision, body or paint repair.Scott Phillips
