this dealership has been our family s go to when shopping for a car and they are always extremely helpful and professional . today we purchased the 3rd vehicle from this dealer and would definitely recommend it to anyone else in the market for great vehicles at great prices !

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Johnny was so knowledgeable and was so efficient. Mary was so quick to handle all the financial aspects of the transaction. Would definitely recommend Frontier to everyone.

Had a pre approval for 10,000 and a $1,000 down payment, walked in with $1,400 dollars in cash on me. I wanted to buy a Dodge Caravan 6900 and was told the tires passed safety inspection. I checked them and they were 2/32 sec bald so when I tried to buy it, and I was no longer pre-approved and was told that they needed $2,000 down to cover tax and title.

I bought a car from Frontier a few years ago and it was a complete scam from the beginning. They took advantage of me being desperate with an absolute outrageous interest rate and an unsafe car. There were tires from 1999, 2011, and 2003 on the car when I bought it which kept exploding on the highway, a bent strut, and the front rotors looked like records. Then the ecu went out and it took them 28 days to get it back to me with no rental or assistance within the first month of owning the car. Along with all the other inconveniences and dangers that came after. I still had to pay all the full payments and insurance even though 3 out of the 6 months I owned the car I wasn t even able to drive it. I ll go on my old phone to get the receipts and other pictures as well. Also, they waited 5 months after it was totaled to tell me I still owed them 200 dollars! After all that, I wouldn t recommend anyone buying a car from here. Very shady and poorly managed dealership.Update: Gina is pretty great, Frontier is lucky to have her.

Johnny , Mary and Gina ! Have to give them all a shout out ! We gave them a rubix cube and they solved it ! Answered all our questions , dotted all i's and crossed all the t's, Honesty was huge and prices fair ! We love our Equinox! We will continue to do business with them for a second future car !

Very kind people with great service! Gina is the best , Frontier is very lucky to have her. Rey sold us our very first car and he made sure we got the best deal possible , and although we had some issues at first with our first car , Gina and Rey did there best to do what was best for me and my family.

The BEST car buying experience ever!From the moment that we entered the lot, to the moment we left, our experience was nothing short of amazing!Johnny Vokes greeted us, but not once did he pressure us like most salesmen, which is something I appreciate more than most. To me, there's nothing worse than a pushy salesman that tries to talk you into something you don't want or need just to make a buck.When I asked to test drive the vehicle, he took my license and came back with the keys, hyping up the warranty, which my husband and I were both excited about.I am a girl who knows what I want, and when it comes to huge purchases, I do my due diligence. We told Johhny we had a few other cars to look at, but really liked this one, so there was a really good chance we'd be back.We went to one car lot, talked it over while we were there, and decided to just go back to Frontier, end our search, and hopefully drive out of there with a new to us vehicle.Johnny met us in the lot upon our return, and we let him know that we wanted to move forward. He was there every step of the way, as was the owner. They both talked to us on a personal level, which was great, and made the whole experience that much better.My son was with us during this process, and he was impressed as well, stating that he would be going to Frontier when he's ready to buy another vehicle.The way you treat people in life goes a long way, and that family atmosphere and treatment is likely part of the reason that Frontier has been in business for 50 years. I highly recommend them, and have already told numerous friends and family members about what a great experience we had at their dealership.

Ther service was amazing! Went there to finance my first vehicle, and they made the process so easy. Their prices and rates were very fair, and all of the staff were very kind and genuine. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their first car.

Frontier recently helped my husband and I get our family car of our dreams with efficiency, professionalism, and so much kindness! I want to thank the office ladies, Lisa and Gina, as well as Mary herself for suggesting the chevy trax we ended up taking home. The guys there too helped us look at other cars and even stayed a little past closing to help us! Mary made sure our chevy was in perfect condition to take home and safe for our 6 month old daughter. We couldn t thank her or the staff there enough, we will continue to recommend our family and friends to Frontier!

I cannot express my most sincere gratitude to everyone at Frontier. They helped me find a perfect car for me last year. They respected my budget, helped me find funding and insurance, and even drove me home when I needed it!When my car was stolen last month, these guys were on the repairs as soon as it was recovered. They supplied me with speedy towing service information, and then went the extra mile to make sure that my car looked like the day I drove it off the lot.These people communicate with their customers and provide wonderful, personable service. When I'm ready to get my next car, I will come to them first!

Best place ever. I needed a car ASAP, my credit wasn't the best and I never used for nothing big. But these people made sure I left that lot driving. They are very helpful and the will take care of your pocket. I highly recommend it to anyone. ASK FOR JOHNNY. Best seller.

This small car lot is a great place to get a car They willing to help you! people with bad credit. You need a car they willing to work with you! and all your responsibility is to keep up with the payment. I ve have got five cars from them a 2 pick up truck, 3suv for myself the wife and kids and we never have any issue with the cars it been really reliable and a good car no major issue. Thank you. We highly recommend this place to families and friends

I had a super nice experience at this dealership! Very friendly staff, very helpful and really felt like they related to my needs when looking for a car. The cars I looked at were in nice shape and the one I left with hasn't treat me wrong, but I'm sure if I did have any issues the folks at Frontier would be able to help. Really nice dealership and made me very comfortable since I've never had to look for a car before. I really appreciate you all, thank you!!

Back in February my dream car was totaled, after 3 months of getting rentals I finally came here and it was the best decision. All the time I spent getting turned down at dealerships I could ve come here 2 months ago. Mary helped me tremendously and I couldn t be more grateful! Rey, and Gina were awesome as well in the times when she wasn t available! I m so happy with what I m riding in for the next 3 years at a rate and monthly payment affordable for me. If you re trying to rebuild your credit, and keep hearing no or getting sky high rates, COME HERE! I guarantee they will get you in something you ll love! Thank you so much Mary! God bless you!

Helped my aunt purchase a car over the weekend and we had a very pleasant buying experience at Frontier Motor Cars. There was no pressure to make a purchase. John is a fantastic salesman who made us feel welcome.. The finance/owner Mary was also fantastic and I am very satisfied with both her business and personal treatment. Both were wonderful to work with!

Everybody at Frontier is so kind and helpful. They really take the hassle out of buying a car and have a great selection of quality cars no matter what your price range is. I ve gotten 2 cars from here and plan on coming back for any future purchase!

Great place! Johnny was awsome to work with in picking my vehicle! Mary was amazing in making sure my payments stayed with in my budget she was a blessing!Update- make sure to check everything on your vehicle! I bought mine in the winter and the paperwork said a/c worked well come summer it did not work! Also sold me a all wheel drive vehicle with 4 different tires. I did not know that this is a issue for all wheel drive vehicles until I went to replace a tire to be told by Mr.p's, Firestone, and good year that I needed to replace all 4 tires because they need to match or it would create problems for my vehicle. Make sure to take your vehicle to have it looked over before purchasing!

I bought my vehicle from Frontier about 2 years ago. Mary worked with me when my credit wasn't the greatest. She found me financing and even advised me to go to my credit union after about 6 months of regular payments to try to refinance for a better rate. She really helped me get what I wanted when I needed it. I finally went for that refinancing and am so happy she advised it.My vehicle runs great, looks great and is exactly what I wanted. Everyone I worked with at Frontier were friendly and had my best interests in mind. Thank you all so much!

Thank you guys for helping me. My credit wasn't the best but they helped me 9 months with my car no issues now n my credit going up thank next couple months buying my house thanks to them starting my credit. That lifetime warranty they gave me was a deal maker because everyone was trying to sell it for $2500 n it was free with them. Come see this guys if u need a vehicle.

Frontier is a great place to buy a car they have their own financing department they work with you no matter what your credit score is so if you re searching for a car frontier is the place to go they have a great service department and if you need repairs they will give you a deal 5 stars for me

i want to share my complete and utter displeasure with my experience with this car dealership. I had visited the car lot multiple times. the first experience was pleasant and we returned a second time with the intention of test driving a Ford explorer. when we returned, the original salesperson we dealt with was not available. we asked to test drive the Ford explorer and to my surprise, we were informed that the keys for that vehicle could not be found. The salesman told us that the employees take the vehicles home at night. we were informed that the particular vehicle we wanted to test drive had been being driven by another employee for two days. that employee was contacted and said that he has returned the car and keys. it is concerning to say the least that the employees of this dealership are trusted to take these cars off the lot, yet not held responsible to bring them back for potential clients. I'd would also be interested to find out how additional milage from the salespersons are handled in the sales of that car.we ended up not getting to test drive our desired car. the salesman left us unattended for 20 minutes to go run my credit. it was a Saturday and banks we're already closed, which I could have informed him as I work at a bank. lack of communication lead to a waste of time. we waited a few days for information on my credit. I had to reach out twice to get any sort of insight into next steps. Two times I called, I was informed that I would definitely hear back that day. this never happened without my prompting and reaching out. they had asked for receipts of what had been presented on my credit. I provided this information via email, and again, had to call and follow up as no communication was provided to me. After three more call attempts on my part, Gina answered the phone. she said she would need to talk to a manager and call back. she reached back out to inform I had been denied and then offered a RIDICULOUS down payment. this whole experience was frustrating, time consuming, and less than desirable due to the team operations and lack of communication.

Mike the service manager is a God sent. He sure knows his business. Trouble with tire he was able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed no time. Great shop.

We went to Frontier to buy a car and were met immediately by John - he was friendly and very helpful! Then the girls in the office duplicated his friendly helpful manner!! They all made a stressful time easy and comfortable! Highly recommend Frontier motors- thank you all!!!

So I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago from frontier 2006 chrysler 300C hemi all wheel drive I love the car my salesman Rey was great to work with. Mary was too very friendly welcoming people so thank you on that aspect the only thing negative I could say is the service department i brought my car in 2 weeks ago to have the valve seals replaced and i did get a lil bit of a runaround i wouldnt say it was a bad experience just kind of a hassle trying to figure out what was going on with my car or when i was getting it back i did get it back this morning though

Very reasonable wonderful people. They worked with us on affording a minivan as we had just purchased a lemon. There interest rate was again reasonable and it was not a bait and switch with the APR like the dealership had. What you find online is what you'll find in their lot.
