I used to go to Fred's about ten years ago.... My how the mighty have fallen..... I brought my charger in for a muffler / resonator delete and to have a set of flowmaster fx and tips installed..... They quoted $300 cash over the phone which seemed a little high (but everything is expensive now so I didn't haggle). I picked it up in the rain and noticed the exhaust tips weren't flush with the car as I had specified on the phone. I called to complain and "Fred" told me to come back another day and he would fix it.When I returned, the shop was closed... I thought maybe they were on lunch...Then I explained the problem to one of the yard guys, who looked under and said... The tips weren't flush because THE MUFFLERS WERE LEFT ON!Not only did I tell three people it was a muffler resonator delete.... I also offered a picture to the guy that installed it and he laughed and said... I got it, I don't need a picture...... Obviously he did.On top of that the yard guy that spoke to Fred said he needed to charge me "more money"Bottom line is if you need muffler work.. Came to the shop on Tuesday morning to replace front pads. Been called around 2 pm to pick up a carCame back at 230 and wait another 2 hours to pick up a car because work wasn't doneAfter car been picked up I heard se noise as before I called back and old rude guy replied back what I want if I only pay for padsNever again ill go to Fred's auto

Went to Fred's on Saturday at 2PM, needing a new starter. I had gotten a quote from Firestone and it was nearly $150 more than what Fred charged me. They had finished working on my car before 5PM, and I saved a lot of money! Very nice people--they even offered to give me a ride home. Will definitely be going back!

BUYER BEWARE -My long year of misery with Fred's began on November 2015 when my car's transmission was going out. Fred's was closest, so I went there. They told me the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it and so we agreed to junk it. Having very little money at the time I was told the car would get $70- $100 and to leave my car stereo in for extra $. Days passed. I called. Weeks passed. I stopped in. Months passed. It was always "we're planning on this (day)" or "we'll get to it." One day, I got a parking ticket in the mail...from the "junked" car! I went in. They agreed to pay, but said they should be charging me for having my car sit in the lot...that was to be junked! No $ for car or stereo. Another ticket in the mail. They paid. Was able to speak to Fred and he offered discount on services for my new car...but time and time again I called, delayed dates promised. I gave up. WORST service I have EVER received from ANY business. Fred himself was very friendly and understanding but some of the workers are extremely careless and are a danger to the business. Save your time and money and go elsewhere - I go to Fisco Auto now. Cheap, quality work, friendly people. Hope this advice helps someone else before they go down the same road I did.

Went in for a simple tire plug. The mechanic was very rough with my car, I wasn't confident he knew what he was doing, halfway through the job he couldn't find any tire plugs so for a moment they couldn't repair the tire. The storefront is awkwardly messy. They only accept cash and no card. My tire still has a hole in it after the "repair". Overall very friendly people but the professionalism is lacking extensively.

This shop is absolutely amazing and great in prices. Fred is an amazing man who cares about his customers. Me and my family bring our cars here because we know it will get repaired quickly, correctly, and at a fair price.

Fred's are very knowledgable, honest, and hard working people. Marcos in particular did a quick and good job on my Mustang and I would 100% approve of anyone w/car issues to go to this shop.

I walked in for an estimate to have my side mirror replaced. Alex fixed it in 5 minutes flat and charged me a reasonable rate! I will be returning for auto body work! I highly recommend Fred's Auto Body!

One of the worst repair shops I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use, they would lie about their progress and what time it would be done everytime I would call it would "be done that night" it never was. They use subpar parts, work ethic is terrible, one time that I called the guy who they said was "working on it" had just left they didn't know why or where he went. If you have anything wrong with your car stay away, fred's only makes it worse.

My mom wanted to say how good Jr did with fixing her brakeline last year. She was down visiting and came in with her father. She was so pleased she felt right at home their she was hoping to keep in contact Fred told her to stop in for a visit when she is in town. She is up north with me Anna as soon as she gets down there she will stop.PS moms name is Danielle grandow

they really are some awesome people fix my car in a jiffy literally took the guy 15 seconds to fix an issue that I thought would take an hour thank you so much for taking care of me so well I will definitely give you guys more business

Absolutely the worst, they constantly lie about when your car will be done. They will tell you it will be done tonight while they don't work on it for weeks, if you have anything wrong with your car avoid this terrible excuse for a buisness.

Dishonest business! My insurance tow sent my vehicle to Fred's by default. Fred's started the repair without my consent and then demanded payment for that and storage before they would release my vehicle to me. Please do not just send your vehicle to wherever your insurance company recommends, especially not this place.

Don't like how business is ran... I can never go the same day for a repair.. If I need my car fixed I'll have to call today and come tomorrow no matter how early it is and hopefully my car gets done ..

Poor customer service the two mechanics were arguing right in front of me they told me to have my car there at 9:00 am they didn't get to my car until 12:30pm and the quoted price when I called was way different when I got there they tried to go up.I will never get my car fixed there.RIPOFFS

I will Never again go to this unprofessional shop nasty mechanics that are very rude but yet want my hard earn money the mechanic was so rude I walked away from him thank God I found an new mechanic I will never in life recommend this place never

NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THEM THEY WILL TELL U ONE PRICE AND THEN HAVE YO CAR. AND TRY TO GO UP ON IT THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY DO STUFF ON THEIR ON TIME EVEN IF IT WAS DISCUSSED ABOUT
