Bought "new" truck tires 12/21. Found out the tires are from 2014/2015 this week. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. My machanic told me my tires are "old" . I should not be in the market for "new" tires in less than 2 yrs! Do better Forest Tire Center! I drove across the country solo on what I thought were tires with good integrity. You should try it!

Charged $88.60 to mount and balance two tires. One of the rims they decided to use a wire brush wheel to remove the old wheel weights which took the paint off to bare aluminum in a very obvious location. When it was brought up with the owner he says the wheel was not perfect to begin with and wouldn't cover any of the damages. You be the judge based on photos.

I dont even want to give 1 starThe people working at the reception are lazyThey dont want to workThey just say this has to be changed that has to be changed without even lookingI would not recommend anyone to go herePoor serviceThe lady working there told my sensor is broke it has to be changedI insisted her to check before she could give me a suggestionShe said noSo i went to some other place my tire sensor was not broke it was just a minor problem

Waited almost 3 hours to get tires installed on my rims, when finished with the installation they came back with one of my hub caps broken. They turned my truck off without putting it in park, causing it not to turn on and guy claimed it was the battery. Staff at desk seem unmotivated and angry. Wouldn t recommend going, not very customer oriented

They could have sold me a new tire for a slow leak. However, they discovered a rim leak and were able to grind it down and put the tire back on. Problem fixed for $34.76!

Prices are very fair. The job was done 100% right and was super quick. Vicky was also super nice 10 out of 10 would recommend definitely gonna be coming back whenever I have tire needs.

DO NOT get rims installed by this place. the have inexperienced staff in the back. they put a big gouge in my sons brand new rim. and the lady did nothing but argue to remedy the problem. saying we have nothing that would do that on our machine. it went in with no gouge and came out with one. garbage

Going to preface this review and say I try to shop locally before I source from online retailers. With that said, I came in here looking for a basic steel wheel and was told "$200 minimum", and that they're also back ordered because "supply issues." Haven't heard that one before /s. It's a shame because I can get a basic 15x7 steel wheel from jegs for (way less) with the center caps. I'm going to out on a limb and speculate that most of the income for this business goes into tire sales/repair, with a fraction going into wheel sales/repair.Contrary to other reviews, the customer service is fine. The only thing I'll say is, the person I spoke with is straight to the point no bs, which I appreciate.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They installed the tires I had delivered and warned me that the tires on the car might not be repairable. They identified the type of wheel lock I had and attempted to remove it. They stored my car until it was towed.

I went two days in a row for a tire I basically couldn't find anywhere else in stock in Milwaukee. The prices were cheap, they had the tire I needed, and I got them both fixed quickly. No problems at all. If I need anything regarding tires I would definitely make the trip here. Customer service was awesome as well!

I went in to see if they had 19" wheels that would fit on my 2013 Jauguar XJ-L which currently has 20" wheels. He asked why I was downsizing. I told him it was to improve ride quality (20" wheels can be a hard ride on Milwaukee streets). He told me that it wouldn't make a difference. I looked at him for a moment to see if he was serious... He was. I just walked out. How does he even work at a tire shop. The only part of the car that makes contact with the road is the tire. A little more sidewall can make a BIG difference. You might lose some handling but it will be a softer ride for sure. SMH

They had the best price and I didn't have to wait for a special order for my tires. They took maybe an hour to put on. They were very nice and helpful. I've gone to them several times and am never disappointed.

I Had a very nice experience , they were busy but the next available representative was happy to take care of me . She was very attentive and thorough even calling the company to get specs on bolt patterns .She even went as far to carry rims out to my car and and place them on a pedestal so I could see how they would look in the sun and in front of my existing wheel . She was able to help me find a wheel and gave me a written estimate with no obligation . I would recommend this business if they're busy chill and look at some of the wheels and tires , they'll take care of you when they can .

This is the best Tire Center in the area. Great professional service. Honest and accurate pricing. I will be back to purchase tires from them.

The wait was horrible. The place was dirty, bathrooms disgusting. To top it all off, some genius put one of my four tires on wrong! How do you manage that? There are direction indicators on the damn tires. I noticed this on a Saturday and, of course, they are closed on the weekends. Well I'm suppose to go on a long road trip today, Sunday, so now I have to pay another shop to fix their mistake! The customer service was also terrible. I felt extemely uncomfortable there, I didn't feel welcomed. I must confess that I've gone here numerous times throughout my time while owning a car and I've always had bad experiences, yet for some reason, $100, I still went back. Nope, never again. I will just pay the 100 more and go to the dealer for tires next time. They are much friendlier, cleaner and there are snacks while you wait.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was a drive-up customer and i was driving home with a new set of tires in 40minutes. The prices seemed reasonable, and the costs per tire included mounting, balancing, disposal of old tires and nitrogen fill. Glad i stopped there.

First let me say that if I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!!I went to this shop to get my front two tires balanced. I had a mild vibration when going above 45 MPH and it stabilized at around 65 MPH. I have 19" Lexani Rims on a 2000 Mercedes C230K. I have to have Spaces on the hubs otherwise the tires would hit the Control arms. The Spacers fit snugly around mu hub.After waiting a long time (1 hour and 20 minutes) to get my car back, I got on the highway and noticed a strong vibration at 45 and it got worse as I sped up. I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back and they offered a refund, or to recheck it. They re checked the tires and found they were 1/4 ounce out of balance. They handed me my keys and I got back on the road to make sure everything was fine. It wasn't! This time it was worse! On a scale of 1-10 this was an 8. I went back and They said the tires are in balance and blamed it on my spacers. They said that the wheels need to make contact with the hubs. What sucks is, I wish I would have just not gotten the tires balanced in the first place because my mild vibration was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. When I asked to talk to the owner I was told that I was talking to her. My Contention was that my car was worse than before I came. The other lady behind the counter said that they're "throwing our hands up" and there's nothing else they can do. I felt like my time was stolen, and worse, like they didn't even care... Some customer service this place has.I would highly recommend NOT getting any service done here; just because of their customer service alone.

BEWARE! Took My boyfriend's Mercedes SUV there to get the tires put on, had to go back a week later to get them rebalanced, when they gave me the keys, I turned the car on and there was a Malfunction light on. When they put the tires back on they broke the electronic connector to the rear shock and refused to get it fixed or reimburse us. They said it was bad luck that it happened under their care.

I bought two new tires, they balanced and installed them in 1/2 hour on a Saturday. The prices were a little on the high side for a standard warranty tire, but, the people were honest and hard working..

Always great service. They are nice. Prices are fair. No high pressure sales people. They never try to up-sell or add on products and services. They just get my vehicle in, do what I came for, and get me back on road as quickly as possible.

One of those places where they figure you need our service, so no need to be friendly or courteous. Couldn't put my original hub cap back on, so now I'm riding around with an odd looking tire, they did warn right before I paid..so that was nice, I pretty much knew that meant we are not putting it on. Make sure not to leave anything of value in your car, because I cant prove it, but I have a coin purse that I kept MY DL in(that's just where I kept it..ok...in my trunk in a clear work bag....same place where the guy put my old wheel). It came up missing after that visit.....and I'm telling you no one has been in my car for months, just used the Id for work before I went there..so yeah. I'm guessing whoever took it thought $ was in there. Nope a DL, work id and my lotto ticket, I'll always wonder if it was the winning ticket???? So yeah $111 and millions in lottery hopes aside..would not recommend.

I asked to have my back tires to get looked at and instead of them telling me the nail wasn't under warranty they pulled it out then told me it's not under warranty now I have no option but to pay them $41 for a plug and not to mention I told them the tire that was giving me the most problems and they pull the nail out the other one which again was fine.

They are awesome at most everything, selection of tires and wheels are awesome! No one else really carries Nitto tires and if they do they overcharge. The only bad is they told me my lug bolts were worn and didn't have much thread. Problem is that they are truly the only ones that change or touch my wheels. I exchange from summer to winter and I only go to them.

Horrible.... got my tires done here a month or so ago. Waited an hour (no biggy). Lose lugs. VERY loose. Called was told it was impossible and that it must be my tire after looking at it myself i fixed it. Called them again yesterday to try and get a tire fix (they are right down the street) didn t want to drive on the bad tire called and ask how busy I know they get busy and in the past was told to call. So I did.... the lady who I answered the phone seemed upset I called and when asked how far back are you she said we are hours behind sooo and was very rude. I will no longer be going here

My first experience at forest tire was great. I didn't even have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. All of the staff was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Great selection, I was surprised with how much inventory was on hand. Would repeat my visit. Thanks Forest Tire!
