Representative that I spoke to was polite and receptive to the issues I wanted looked at, and even notified me of an upcoming sale to save money on some of said services. I was given quotes for multiple options with and without sale price. They apologized for not being able to take my vehicle that same day due to the online appointments being automated by a different company that doesn t take their current workload into consideration, but secured a time for me the next day. I highly recommend this place, they ll definitely take care of you if you go in person.

Where do I even begin! I scheduled an appointment online for the $9.99 car care package deal that was offered in the app and I also notated that one of my headlights was out and that I was concerned about a P0128 code reading and an intermittent brake light in the dash. No one called or emailed to confirm or reschedule, so the next day I tried again. This time I did get a call back and scheduled the appointment to come in on a Tuesday morning, as I was told there were currently no appointments scheduled until the afternoon. I get there for my appointment and it took 15 minutes for anyone to help me and I was told the work would take 1.5 to 3 hours to complete. After 3.5 hours went by, I called to check on the status of my car and the technician acted annoyed that I would even call to inquire about my vehicle. 2 more hours go by and they finally call me and tell me they are done with inspection, only told me about the most expensive work that needed to be done and did not address any of the other issues I was concerned about. I had to ask about my headlight and told them just replace it so I can pick up my vehicle. Finally got my car back 8 hours later only for them to tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get my brakes inspected and address any other issuesm I was charged over $200 for the so called "work" that they did do. I advise you look elsewhere for car repairs. You'll be doing yourself and them a favor because they clearly can't handle anymore service requests! $200 later and I still don't fully know what's wrong with my vehicle and I am furious. I asked them about the $9.99 offer and was told that's not the one they did. Well isn't that what i asked for? AND what the hell did you do that was worth $200?! Didn't check my brakes, I have a broken windshield wiper that was never even mentioned, and I had to tell you to address my headlight On a sided note, one of the techs was very nice so you get a star for that.

Don't bring your vehicle here unless you have a 2nd one to drive. You'll be very lucky to get your car back same day, no matter what service is done on it. I brought my vehicle in at 7am on the dot, they told me i should be able to pick it up end of day. Got a call at 1:30 stating they will find out if car will need to be worked on next day, and that they "will call soon and let me know." Fast forward to 6pm I dialed both numbers provided several times and got no answer, 1 hour before closing. Sad shop, I needed the car and it would have been nice to at least know if I needed to find a ride for an urgent visit for next morning. Will NOT be coming back, would have rather taken it out of town to a better place if I knew that 12 hours was not enough time.

I walked in on Wed to make an appointment for an alignment and tire rotation for that sat at 2pm. I arrived for my 2pm appt and was told I could not be seen that day. I was not happy because nobody cared enough to call me to let me know before I traveled all the way to that location. I was treated like I was inconveniencing them. They reschedule me for the next day, Sunday at 10am. I got there and sat. i watched people come and go. I enquired about the status of my car and no-one bothered to check and let me know. They left me standing at the counter for 15 min waiting to hear from someone. I finally sat down and my car was not worked on until 1pm which was 4 hours later. 2pm, they tell me the alignment is done and then asked me if I still wanted the tire rotation. Yes I did!!!! That is one of the reasons I had an appointment. Needless to say i was done at almost 3pm. A full 5 hours later and to add insult to injury, you did the tire rotation after the alignment now my car is pulling left. I will never go back. customer service sucks

Wait time was more than twice what I was told. No effort was made to let me know things were going slower or longer than expected. I only got information by bugging the staff. I waited 30 minutes once the van was off the hoist because they said they were waiting for paper work.I'd say it wasn't real bad service but a little more effort to communicate would have been greatly appreciated.

Buyer beware I came here to get 3 light bulbs replaced which is typically $4 each at the store. I was charged $150 and the response was that the other $138 was for labor! All they did was replace three light bulbs and put some scotch tape over the cracked area. They didn t even replace the whole fixture, What a rip off. Im young and I really feel like I got taken advantage of, this was a very hurtful experience. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Needed to have my suspension looked at picked my Jeep up I hear a new noise. Before I pulled off I tell the guy it wasn t like this before (he disagreed of course) Went back up there and they told me that it wasn t something they done. Fast forward a week later I m driving my jeep and I hear a popping noise while I m on the freeway. I pull over and three of my studs have broken off . To make a long story short don t go here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had worked done on 11/1 and they suggested I need brand new tires and a wheel alignment. Did the work and a week later was about to get on the expressway and my tire flew off my vehicle and damaged my entire car. I am still driving a rental and awaiting them to repair or total out my car and reimburse my rental and tow fees. They have not called me or kept in contact with me concerning the repairs on my vehicle. I was told to reach out and file a claim through their insurance and that is what I did and they sent an inspector out and found Firestone negligent. I would not refer anyone there . Customer service is terrible as well as their work ethic.

I visited the store in the middle of a snowstorm. My car became stuck both when I arrived and when I was leaving. Ethan and his associates helped to get me unstuck both times. The acted totally above the call of duty. Great job!

Got a wheel alignment only to be told that only the toe is alignable on my vehicle. Real certified mechanics know that everything is adjustable lets see camber you loosen bolts and either push in or pull out on the rotor to adjust caster loosen control arm and either push in and pull out depending on what part of control arm needs adjusting continuously reseting bthe machine for correct alignment results people pay all that money for an alignment but the shops doesn't want to go that extra mile and do the work that's supposed to be done on an actual alignment and rear toe you adjust the lateral arms which will also adjust the camber slightly not only that lost of my before numbers are the same nothing Aligned paid for a life time alignment funny part is I know I need control a bushing for rear and balljoint busing for rear and nothing was even recommended but had the nerve to recommend me hood latch because a mechanic couldn't even get it open

Change tire on car without getting consent from me, or my insurance company. The claim was not approved but they did the work before hand, and tried to stick me with the bill. Their solution of fixing the problem was putting the old flat tire back on it and leaving it as is. I do not recommend this company to no one.

Brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic back in May of 2020 due to the engine light coming on. Was told that I needed a new fuel pump. I picked up my car a day later and they explained everything was fixed. Fast forward in January of this year, check engine light came back on. This time I went to the Chevy dealership and they told me I needed a new fuel pump. Getting a new fuel pump shouldn t be needed a few months later so I showed the technician my paperwork from Firestone while also explaining to him what work they already performed only 8 months prior. They let me know that whoever worked on my vehicle at Firestone did not replace the fuel sensor let alone did not replace the fuel line which both is needed when replacing a fuel pump. Now, I never write reviews especially negative ones but this is highly unprofessional and because of Firestone s negligence I wasted time and money because they failed to perform and do the job right. To make matters worse, their so called warranty expired 2 months prior to this check engine light issue re-surfacing. I will never ever come back to Firestone nor provide a referral to anyone else. This is unacceptable and horrible that you guys do this to people and continuously do this to people. Yes I have called corporate and my next stop will be to the actual location depending on what corporate says and how they handle this.

Keaton ''KL'' went above and beyond for customer service satisfaction. I came in without an appointment as I was traveling and was over an hour from home because I had a tire leaking air steadily and I have Firestone's national road hazard warranty my tires rather than it being a screw or nail in the tread we found it was a piece of construction reinforcement wire that punctured the sidewall necessitating replacement. The inventory in the computer was incorrect and it took several hours to get a tire from another store. KL was awesome the entire time he was apologetic for the length of delay as this should have had me in and out in under an hour. Anyway he went to get a bite to eat and asked if I would like anything I accepted his offer and went to give him the money to cover my order and he wouldn't take any money. He bought dinner for me out of his pocket. As a customer I really appreciated that as I was famished. I sincerely wish that every store had someone like this that truly cares about the customer's experience. Thank you

Went to get a wheel alignment done I was told they can t do it because of sum parts loose that was fixed 2years ago which is strange because I ve been driving from Sussex to Milwaukee on a daily so long story short the so call part they said was so call loose fell off as if they unscrewed it I didn t receive no receipts I didn t even get a offer to have it fix there as if it s nothing they can do just sent me on my wayService: Wheel alignment

I will never come back here again. I came to have them check my battery and they told me it s fine it just needs a bit of charging then why wouldn t they just charge it for me or offer to do so for an additional cost? Nope nothing. And then my battery died 2 days later. Very useless. Would never recommend this place!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I came in with 45 min till close because I needed a new tire otherwise I wouldn't make the hour and a half trip home. They had 4 vehicles before me and only one guy in the shop so it wasn't looking promising. After the gentleman at the corner heard my situation he absolutely made sure it would get done so I would be able to get home safe. He could have turned me away but he went above and beyond to make sure it would get done so I could get home safe.

I ve been coking to this same Firestone for about ten years. They have always taken care of me. The only reason they got 4.5 stars from me is that sometimes they take a little longer than anticipated. But, they have always been dead honest with me, done great work, and given me options. If you call or stop by, Claudio is a great guy and he will take good care of you.

Worst experience ever! I called early in the morning to get one tire changed. Was told to bring the car and they would be able to get me done early. Early turned into noon. Noon turned into 3:00. I called again at 3 and was told I haven t been serviced yet. I waited until 6:00 and called again. Was told that they wouldn t be able to do it until tomorrow. Literally waited 9 hours for 1 tire and they still weren t done! When I came to pick up my car after not being serviced received a slightly rude comment about how it usually takes that long! I just took my keys and left. DO NOT GO HERE! Ridiculous waiting time and people who just don t care about customer service!

I called around for work on a front end alignment. No one had same day appointments. I called Firestone on 84th & Brown Deer Rd and they had same day appointments. My sister and I get there and there's a guy there to wait on us who is awesome!!! Very charming guy. (Didn't catch his name) My sister and I waited no longer than an hour from arriving to leaving!! I definitely will recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I was extremely disappointed. My appointment for a day and time were set up last week. They were told what size tires I needed. When I got there, they had the wrong size tires. I had to wait 4 hours for the right size to arrive. This appointment was set up a month ago and canceled because we had given them the wrong size tires. When we rescheduled the employee we talked to didn't change the tire size in the computer

Do not go here.Brought my car in for an alignment(I have the lifetime alignment deal) , steering wheel was slightly off center. Apt set for Fri at 9am. They didn't get back to me until Mon at noon and said I had $800 of work before they could do the alignment. I said I would take the car to a place I regularly visit. Right away I noticed the car was not the same - I left it Fri with them driving smoothly and Monday it was loud and the wheel was shaking. I called and asked what they did and they said nothing was done. 5 miles later my car was disabled on the road broken down, nearly causing and accident. I am waiting to hear back from my regular place as to what he thinks they really did... Terrifying you can't trust this Firestone to park your car without damaging itAside from this situation, it's also disappointing I SCHEDULED an apt Fri morning and they did not get the car until Monday morning. They said they are understaffed and they don't get to all appointments with their ONE tech. This is a horrible way to manage a business.I am lucky I didn't get hurt when my car broke down. It's disappointing my lifetime alignment ended up with me not trusting the company I got it with.
