I had my truck for a long time and never had big problems with it. we were going out of town and my go to person was out of town and so I called Firestone on capital which they got me in and I regret it so... bad. sooo... unprofessional and they robbed me. they told me a list of things that they claimed needed to be done. but because we were going out of town I went ahead. we paid over $3500 for my truck that day. they did nothing and the guy messed up my engine as well. they didn't even do the oil Change I came in for. so we drove all the way to MN with no oil. and had to add some our self. We went to a place in MN and they told us there that it was no oil so they added some so when we got back here I've taken it back a few times cause they still didn't get it right. a waste of money and my time. I will be taking them to court for my money back. I sure will. I have proof they messed up my truck. Now I'm looking for something new cause they messed up my engine. this is just crazy. if you want good service don't go here. Didn't do the breaks or rotors smh. And I'm putting a report in with the BBB... I ain't going.

This locations Recommend to repair takes advantage of the customers not knowing vehicles and vehicles parts.For ExampleA Control arm is comprised of either stamped steel, cast iron, or cast aluminum. Steel and iron control arms deliver strength, sturdiness, and the ability to resist damage. Therefore if it s not broken, bent, or deteriorated it is not needing replacement.The Control Arm holds the ball joint and bushing, these are the parts of it that would be the most likely of what is needed to be replaced.Would a customer likely know to ask that?This then leads to question the honesty of parts being replaced and/or repaired.In the case of a Control Arma customers original Control Arm can be just fine to be used and it is the ball joint and/or bushing that is needed and should honestly only be the Recommended repair and invoiced for?Therefore, are customers paying for what is Recommended as if that Recommendation has been actually what has been done for them, though in reality what has only needed to be done is what was REALLY repaired or replaced?comprised of either stamped steel, cast iron, or cast aluminum as their primary material. Steel and iron control arms deliver strength, sturdiness, and the ability to resist damage. COVID WAS A MESSAGE NOT JUST A MOMENT. Let s take the best of care of people.

I was scheduled for an 8a appointment. I called to notify Jay, the manager, that I would be five minutes late because of the snow. Jay then asked me to come in at 10 because the technician had yet to arrive. I agreed and checked in with Mervin at 10 am only to be told at 10:25 that the technician wasn't there, and he didn't know when he would arrive but that Jay would get him. The technician arrived at 10:45 and made small talk with another employee for over 5 minutes instead of immediately working. Mervin assured me that my car would be the first in for an oil change. By this time, it was 11 am, and my car still needed to be worked on. My car was completed at 12:11, over 4 hours from my original appointment. Horrible experience! There is a good chance that I will not return for services.

These guys saved us on Saturday, the day before Easter Sunday. My husband was fixing a flat tire on our Subaru Forrester & broke 3 wheel studs. We use our vehicle for work 7 days a week, so this was urgent. They had us drop it off at 10am, with a full schedule, down 3 mechanics on a holiday weekend. These AMAZING guys stayed late to fix our truck. This isn't the first time they have taken care of us. A BIG HUGE thank you to all the staff at Firestone Midtown!!!

This place doesn't deserve any stars; it should be closed down! I took my vehicle in for what I thought would be a routine brake service. I was informed that the rear rotors, calipers, and brake pads needed to be replaced. The cost was $1600, which was high, but I figured I would pay it and get the job done. After it was completed, I parked it for a while in the garage. When I did start driving it again, I began hearing a popping noise. It would occur whenever I would press down on my brakes, and it was coming from the back end. I was worried that it might have something to do with my axle, so I took it to the dealer and paid 190 dollars for a diagnostic check. Upon checking my vehicle, the mechanic told me that my rear brake pads and rotors had to be replaced because someone had placed used brake pads on them. Firestone refused to give me a refund. Had the nerve to say they would fix the issue for free. I wouldn't trust them to do an oil change! I believe that they are crooks; they are preying on people. I am going to seek legal consultation.

The reason I rated it so low is because I brought my car in for a COMPLETE Car Diagnostic and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I make it in front of my house about 20 minutes later and my engine light comes on and stays on and never went back off and my temperature gauge was all the way passed the highest mark. So I took it back to Firestone and told them about my car AGAIN, and their mechanic looked at my car again and said First, it sounds like my fan, then I lifted my hood and the mechanic said, I don't need a thermostat but I do need a water pump replacement. He told me that just by looking under my hood AFTER I came back. So for that reason I gave a low rating and also for that reason I WOULDN'T recommend a family member or friend.

Very nice location. I got a flat tire and had to go in without an appointment. I was able to get my tire fixed within the estimated time. Efficient and helpful service!

DONT RECOMMENDDONT RECOMMENDDONT RECOMMENDDO NOT go and waste your money here. Went for an oil and tire change, it took them over 3 HOURS just to do it. OVER 3 HOURS. The technician didn t even know what he was doing and was taking his sweet time with the oil change. The wait was too long to bare. No one had empathy for our time. The workers do not care about getting their job done and HR needs to immediately rethink about who they hire. The technician is clearly not qualified if they are not confident in doing a simple oil change. Took them 2 hours to finish the tire change and 1 hour+ for an oil change. THEY DIDNT HAVE OTHER CARS. We told them to just wrap it up because we had things to do, just for us to realize they gave us tires with TOO MUCH AIR. THEY WERE GOING TO LET ME LEAVE WITH MY TIRES GETTING BLOWN UP. They also LOST my valve cap too. When I went back inside to address this, they said that the technician left right away already. This location obviously has no sense of time or efficiency. Definitely reporting this location to corporate so this doesn t happen to more people. Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here! Your car will not be in good hands here.It is obvious that no one is taking charge to make this location better even after a handful of bad reviews.DONT RECOMMENDDONT RECOMMENDDONT RECOMMEND

Changing tire took them forever, appointment at 10am, dropped off my vehicle at 930am, was told it would be done b4 noon. Went back at 1:30pm but still have to wait until 3:30pm to get it done. This will be first time and last for me. Not a good place to go Changing your car tires.

Ever since they changed managers, this place has gotten awful. They got someone new working the front desk and don't have a clue how to do his job. They keep your car for hours and won't call you to tell you they are not going to work on it. This used to be my go-to shop to fix my car. Now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different location and hope for better service.

The mechanics move very slow! Save the trip and go somewhere else. And when you make an appointment, that doesn t matter. You will still wait a long time. They need to practice staying on schedule. Can t believe I actually spent so much here. So ridiculous!

They have a bunch of incompetent people answering phones. They have no clue about what they are doing. Avoid this place. It used to be good when it was properly managed and now it's a waste of time. Sad.

Experience 1: Booked an appointment via the online website. Receive confirmation the appointment was scheduled. I took the vehicle in and sat for an hour to see if someone was running late. However, no employees showed up for work that day. SIMPLY Not Dependable.Experience 2: It takes too long to get your car serviced at this location; they need to be more staffed (probably due to low wages), and services are overpriced. It took 3 days to look at my car and another 5-business days to fit it into their schedule. I had a guy come to my house and do the repairs in 3.5 hours and charge me 1/3 of what Firestone wanted to charge.

I sent my sixteen-year-old up to get a nail removed from the tire. Charged him $29. still lost air how to make an appointment to come back to get it repaired was told that the tire could not be repaired and that driving on these tires as worn out as they are is against the law and could not leave in good conscience. Wanted $268 per tire for of course! Typical trick expected more. Got the tire fixed for free at Costco except for the auto sensor which I understand you need to pay for. They did offer to refund the $28. Full day lost. Only positive thing I can say is good to see my sixteen-year-old learned a lesson at a young age.

They took care of me and I was able to use my warranty on my tires. I was able to get a new tire for the price of the warranty for one tire. The best experience ever when you re in a pinch.

Very satisfied with the work I received reasonable price. Although I don't know about cars they were able to understand what I was hearing in my car and fixed it. Car rides better than it did when I got it feels like a brand new car. I'm very happy with the service and glad I'm able to have the same people fixing my car. I have a Gla250 and a mustang and I would not take either car to anyone else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Jay and the staff at this Firestone location were very helpful with getting my tire replacement completed in an accommodating time. After having a less than satisfactory experience at another Firestone location after arriving here and explaining the situation Jay made sure that I was taken care of appropriately. I'm grateful for their professionalism and willingness to make sure that had been completely satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend this Firestone on 4060 N. 60th street in Milwaukee, WI for any of your tire repair and mechanical service needs.Service: Tires

I dropped off my car for my oil change/alignment appointment at 10:00 after calling to schedule an appointment to wait nearby and being told it would take about an hour. I called for an update at 11:15 and was told they were working on it. I went back around 12 and it turns out they hadn t even started and it would take probably another two hours. I was told I could leave and come back later in the day, but they still couldn t guarantee my car would be seen right away. After wasting hours of my day I left and went to a while you wait oil change somewhere else.

Absolute garbage. Told us we would hear something on Friday. Didn't hear back until around 5 and was told we'd be called when it was finished. Heard back later and was told it'd be done by 11am on Saturday.Saturday didn't hear anything until we called back at 2pm. Was told it isn't done and we'd get a call when it was done. No estimates as to when that would be. Got a call afyer 6:00pm that it was done. Had 0 time to get there before they closed and was given no kind of estimate so we'd be nearby.Drove over Sunday morning to pick it up based on their hours on Google. They're closed on Sunday. Looked at their posted hours on the door for Monday. Drove there Monday morning. They're closed. They have different hours posted on a door on the other side of the building. So their location has 3 different sets of hours posted on their doors. Had to wait around for over an hour for them to actually open, and was l3ate for work. Will never use again.

Bad weather, un plowed lot, ended up hitting a curb and busting my rear tire. They gave me a great deal with a 40mile warranty. Also they got a lock nut off, I purchased the car without. Service was in and out as requested!

Firestone probably provides great service once you get into the store, but scheduling using their online tool is counter intuitive. I know because I tried with 3 different stores only to have wasted time. On the up side, the staff person I spoke with at each store was very personable.

I called to make an appointment to get new tires and was asked if I could drop off my vehicle the next morning. I said I could at 6:45 am and was informed someone would be there at that time. I arrived at 6:45 am and no one was there. I tried calling with no answer. A technician arrived about 7:05 am and sat in his car. I approached him and said I had been informed someone would be there at 6:45 am and that I had been waiting. He called someone (a manager possibly?) and asked if he was on his way, the person said he was. The technician left the parking lot in his vehicle and I continued to wait. At 7:20 am they still were not open (despite their sign saying they open at 7:00 am) so I left.
