The auto repair industry needs more people like Joe. He is friendly, honest, and respectful of customers' time and vehicles. I've been here twice now, two years apart and have had absolutely fantastic experiences each time. He does not take liberties in pricing out smaller jobs, like many shops who seem to not consider charging anything less than a half hour of labor. If it's something small he can fix quickly, he'll get it done for a very reasonable price. This is how businesses should be run.Thank you Joe, you have been a huge help in my automotive projects.

First, let me start off by saying I can not say enough amazing things about this place! I bought a used car a couple of weeks ago and the radio didn t have CarPlay, which is important to me. The backup camera also wasn t working well.I called for an estimate and Nicole really listened to me and what I was looking for in improving my vehicle. The parts were ordered and a few days later everything came in.I brought my car in in the morning and by the end of the day I had an awesome stereo, a backup camera that actually worked and is so clear, and even tinted windows! It s like a new car now.Nicole is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. She definitely understands what customer service is all about. I also worked with Joe who was super nice too.I highly recommend this place for any aftermarket mods you re looking to do. Seriously 10/10 totally recommend!

Save yourself the headache they are VERY unprofessional!!!! The first day I went there Nicole s dog was all around the shop and it was chaotic. I tried to make an appointment and she said they didn t take appointments and it s first come first serve they open at 9 AM. I came the following day and spoke with a gentleman name Fisher and he said that they do make appointments for certain things and made me a 9 o clock appointment for a window tinting for two windows. Meanwhile, another woman was there and very upset because they changed her bulb on her G-wagon and didn t attach her bumper back correctly and it fell off and she ran over it! She said that Nicole was going to be responsible for fixing and giving her a rental car. I returned for my 9 appointment for another gentleman to tell me he doesn t know what s going on and he doesn t do tinting and he can t get a hold of Nicole and he doesn t know Fisher s number and is not sure if they re coming in at this point it s 920. Another gentleman walked in inquiring about his vehicle to see if they were done and he couldn t help him either!!! Save yourself the headache and waisted time!!!

I had a completely new sound system installed (with the help of the staff on deciding which equipment to get) and all of my windows tinted. I can say with certainty that the people at this shop are absolutely wonderful and great to work with. Joe and Nicole have been exceptionally patient, understanding, and helpful. They are also extremely knowledgeable and willing to use their expertise to give you the best experience possible. I couldn't be happier and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs window tinting or car audio work done!

Had the factory head unit replaced on my 2018 RAV4 LE with a Sony. Pleasant experience overall. Fast, friendly service. Took the time to give me an overview on the features and how to operate. I would highly recommend this business for your car audio needs. Thanks for restoring my faith that there are still good installers in the city.

Took my work van here to upgrade the whole stereo system. Joe and everyone else is easy to work with and they did a great job. Those cargo vans come with terrible stereos and speakers and considering how much I drive it I should have done this a long time ago. I'll be going back for anything else I need.

Had a small issue with the side view mirror control knob not functioning on my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS. I initially thought it was a wiring issue, within a few hours of me dropping my car off Joe had the issue properly diagnosed and charged me a very fair price for his labor and expertise. Everyone in Milwaukee knows this is the place to go for car Audio. Nothing but good things to say about Expert Electronics.

Stopped in right when they opened and Joe was very accommodating. I was in and out in an hour. They matched the window tint to my back windows perfectly. It also has a lifetime warranty. GREAT SERVICE!! We had a few hiccups but the staff asks Nicole were JUST THE BEST!! My 1st time here but I'll DEFINITELY be returning! They made me whole and my music sounds better than EVER!! Supper friendly employees and just made the whole process ENJOYABLE and worth it!

These guys are good and really friendly really informative and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be back for my sub woofer install. I highly recommend these guys super clean install in regards to my backup camera

You will literally be putting your life in the hands of a company more concerned about making a buck by hacking things together than the quality of their service or safety of their customers. What should have been a simple Apple Car Play install has turned into a nightmare for us with Expert Electronics leaving us with a bill upwards of $5,000. They had our vehicle more than 20 hrs over two tips plus a third to see an auto mechanic friend of theirs to diagnose why our airbag light was on after their install. They then advised us to take it to an authorized Toyota dealership to diagnose the issue (not a competitor as they will say). The dealer's feedback: this was a total hack job with bare and cut wires, and most important a severed airbag wire.After understanding the gravity of damage done to our vehicle and zero accountability from Jason (rudest business owner we've ever encountered) we stopped payment on our credit card. Returning our vehicle to factory standard will well exceed the cost of the equipment (which they will say we didn't 'pay for.' Their 'free fix' - they thought we should bring the vehicle back for a fourth trip so they could solder the airbag wire to avoid the $5,000 fix. As our insurance company, attorneys and Toyota dealer advised - there is no way a car manufacturer out there would stand behind a soldered airbag wire.Based on the lack of ownership and willingness to work through this in a professional manager by both Jason and Joe we absolutely did not trust bringing our vehicle back to them. Do not trust this company - if given the change to 'make things right' good chance you don't know what the trade off you might be making. They will respond making it seem like we are unreasonable customers who didn't pay for the equipment. Is returning our vehicle back to factory standard to ensure the safety of our family unreasonable?We have reported this to the better business bureau. Think twice before using Expert Electronics.

Probably the BEST customer service experience I have ever had. Joe installed a remote start system with a Linkr Module on my 2015 WRX STI. My car got shipped to me across the states and I experienced some problems with it. He went out of his way to help me and sent some wires at no charge. I requested that my AC+Radio also start when I remote start the car and he sent over a relay to make it work. The problem was I didn't know how to install it. Me being lazy almost A YEAR passed and I contacted him about trying to install it. He asked me where I was located and contacted a shop near me that does work on the aftermarket remote start system. He said take it there and it will be installed and he'd pay for it! Seriously wow. I have never had customer service like that! What a legend! HIGHLY recommend!

Joe did great work doing a custom install of a Kenwood Navigation & Multimedia display into my 2006 Subaru Outback 2.5XT. This car has a factory stereo that is hard wired through the climate control system so it was a particularly complicated job. It also has turbo boost gauges from the factory that I wanted to keep. Joe moved the gauges to where the ash tray was and modified the spot where the gauges were to fit the new display. Now it looks like it belongs there and works beautifully.I will say their pen and paper organizational system and lack of apt. scheduling is a little frustrating sometimes. But these guys do great work and somehow they keep it all straight.

These guys are true professionals. A while back, I had new speakers installed in my car. One day, the front driver side speaker just stopped working. Despite having the work done almost a year ago, Joe and the team got me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. They also refused to take any payment for it. Like I said, these guys are excellent, they take pride in their work and will make sure you have a positive experience. 10/10, would recommend this place to family and friends.

If your looking to get the best quality installation for the right price, the darkest tint for your ride, banner for your windows or even have a car audio, alarm or even remote starter question...This outs the competition in Milwaukee BY FAR!!!Joe Paulson is probably the most knowledgeable in Milwaukee for sure... And if he doesn't have the answer then I'll guarantee he has some way to find it out... The quality of install and service he dedicates to each vehicle is worth the money hands down... If something is not what you planned it to be, he knows what its like to be human and will work with you on making things right...

This place is the epitome of what a good local shop should be. The staff is knowledgeable, the advice is honest & free, and when the owner himself didn't have an item I needed in his inventory, he sent me to his competition to get it!When a business prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit, I'm sold, I'm hooked, and they've made me a lifetime customer.I do not dole out positive reviews very often, but this place deserves one. Give them your business and I suspect you'll be quite happy you did.

Had a remote start and logo projector puddle lights installed and could not be happier. Joe and crew are fast and super knowledgeable and only use proven equipment. You can be assured you always get an honest estimate at a fair price. They also keep you up to date on your vehicle s status. Definitely recommend them.

Brought a third party radio in for hybrid so that I could have a bigger screen and Apple car play when two other shops said they couldn t do it. For those who know nothing about cars Nicole and Joe take the time to explain everything to you. The business itself is great, but the customer service is what brings it way over the top. So satisfied with how everything turned out. Highly recommend to anybody. Thank you, Expert Electronics team!!!

I got fog lights installed here when no one else could do it affordably and no dealerships would do it. They look great and match the rest of my car! Nicole, who works up front, is awesome and works very hard. I forget who installed them but they explained my options, did a great job and were very careful.

Had a pioneer touch screen installed and and it was some extra featers that was charged to my services that wasn't authorized, the lady that did the work was very unorganized with me and my finance vehicle's work also and didn't know what she was doing I wouldn't recommend her to do any work on anybody's vehicle in the future. POOR SERVICE!!!! But we do have a warranty so we'll be in touch.Service: Sun control window tinting

Listen guys if you need tints or sounds this is where you need to be! These guys know their stuff and they will not waste your time or money. Nicole was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I came to get my tail lights tinted and now I m planning to get full speakers and subs just from watching how they were working on other clients cars. Don t hesitate to do business this is your one stop shop!!!

I had them install a new radio in my car and they did an excellent job. They were professional and extremely quick with the installation. My fiance was also quoted a very reasonable price for his windows to be tinted. Overall great service and great prices.

Did not fix my rear view mirror properly. Was able to get partial money back. Manager had decent attitude but not staff. Update: my rear view mirror was fixed with adhesive I ordered off Amazon for $8.00 in addition to spray adhesive for $12. By me. Wasted my money and time on you so actually you go from two to one stars. And I did come here and got my sounds system installed in my other car and that was decent so that s where the ONE star is coming from. Zero stars for my rear view mirror. Y all made a free $30 summin dollars. Ain t do Nunnin. I did not only speak with the manager. I spoke with the Mexican guy and young white girl. Both were very sarcastic. Only the manager was decent. Don t get on here tryna tell me when I m the customer. Stop talking to me. U got a bad review. It is what it is. Move forward.

First time going here to get my windows tinted today and I must say I am very satisfied! The guy that assisted me (I believe his name is Joe) was super friendly and professional. It wasn t my first time getting tinted windows, but he still took the time to explain everything. I dropped the car off and came back in a timely manner to pick it up once it was ready. It also comes with a life time warranty! Thanks guys!
