I recently purchased a BMW X3 from this dealer. Mack is an awesome salesman and made this purchase smooth and easy. I went to this dealer because I originally bought a Mazda from them in 2018 and it has given me literally zero problems at all. In fact it is now being handed down to a younger sibling because I know the car is very reliable. I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle!I just want to add that this dealer went above and beyond to give me the vehicle in the best condition possible! Right before I drove the vehicle off the lot we noticed an issue and Mack took it upon himself, without me asking, to diagnose the issue and fix it! I have never ever had this experience at any other dealer and I have to say this is amazing. I will forsure continue to come back and shop here.

Great price on the used vehicle I purchased, Mack and the owner met me at a location convenient for ME to complete the transaction. They were great communicators, took care of me, and stood behind the car I purchased. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because there was something wrong with the car that I didn't notice until after purchase, however; Mack and Abdul took care of it, shipped the parts to my local dealer and paid for them, and kicked in some labor too! I'm happy.

Mack and Abdul went above and beyond to help us get the van we need. Price was far lower than comparables at other dealers. The van we bought we took to our mechanic and they said it looks and drives great. Very happy with our purchase from these guys.

Mick (sp?) was a great guy to work with and very honest. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions and give me peace of mind before driving an hour and a half to look at his car. He let us look the car over and gave us the space to talk it over amongst ourselves without any harassment whatsoever. The car was exactly as he had described. He was able to work with our budget and bring the price down to something that worked for us. I highly recommend. If he doesn't have what you are looking for I am confident he would be willing to find you something. My daughter is thrilled with her car for college. Thanks Diamond!!!

Also has a hand car wash in the rear of the building. The guys do a pretty good job and get you in and out quickly.

We had a terrific experience buying a car from this family business! I recommend Diamond Auto highly. They have a small, but well-curated lot of cars and truly cater to their customers. Long after our purchase was made, we kept talking with Abdul and his family because we enjoyed the conversation.

I had my truck towed there for a diagnostic test. It took them a week and 3 days. When I went back to get my truck they stole my car alarm and my new battery. They said the alarm is not working because the battery is dead. So we looked under the hood and my new battery was gone. Then I had the dealer see whats wrong with my factory alarm and it was gone. Then tried to charge me a fee for having my truck so long when they were the one's saying they couldn't get to it yet. They told me my truck can be fixed for $1000. I needed a second opinion so I took it to the Chevy dealer and it only cost me $250. Don't buy here or get repairs. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE.

Bought a 2012 Ford Focus from here, it was squealing and I was assured it was just that the belt was just wet and that the sound would go away. I ended up having to get a new belt right after I got the car. The windows were dirty and no car fax was provided from the dealer. It ended up having a broken fuel hose that I had to contact the dealer and have them pay for it. The car must not have been inspected before going to the lot which is kinda ridiculous. It needs the tires rotated which shouldn t need to be done right after you buy a car. The lug nuts also need to be replaced. I got the car with a tire pressure light on but was told that it would go away once it warmed up, the tire ended up needing a new valve stem. Could be a good dealer if they just took their time to look over to cars before they go to the lot.

The staff there helped me find the car I was looking for that fit in my budget. With me being a single mother they made sure that everything worked on it. Best service I've had anywhere.

These guys are crooks. They sell you a POS and then ignore you 20 minutes after the sell. Luckily I made it home with the vehicle they sold me even though it clearly had transmission issues. SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

BUYER BEWARE...if you are considering buying a car from this car lot, make sure you take it to a mechanic you trust...I had to have repairs done to a vehicle I purchased from them just to make it safe...they misrepresent their vehicles.
