The dealership was booked 2 weeks out so I called Deinlein s to inquire about an oil change. They told me I could drop it off and they d have it done the next day or for same day service it was 3-4 days out. I chose to drop it off on Tuesday and they had it done early Wednesday afternoon. They have professional staff and fair prices. I m returning soon for more work and I recommend you give them a visit as well!

I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle!!! Deinlein's mechanics are top notch!! Fair priced, honest, knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

So far so good. Great work.I've been a customer for apx. 1 year now & I've never had to bring it back for the same thing (other than oil changes & the like). I also had the privilege of getting to know Peter, the former owner, great guy. After getting to know James (the new owner) & his Son, I see why he left him in charge. I like & appreciate their approach to handling business. No hesitation when I refer them. I was referred to Deinleins by a friend who spoke highly about shop. So I chose to have a major auto repair done here. James seemed to be a honest guy but he didn t get the job done correctly. Timing is still over retarded to this day but after spending 3500.00 to be still not right I will not be returning to spend my money again at this shop. He supposedly tried to get it right but after coming back over 5 times to do so it is still wrong. So guess I should been more careful about the way I spent my money. I've been a customer of Deinlein's for close to 10yrs. When the original owner, Peter, was there, I had excellent service.Now that a service tech bought the place, I've had issues with my repairs. Paid over 1k to replace a heater core, only for it to not work at the 12mo mark. So, I'm SOL on the warranty. They wouldnt help out on that and told me I'd need to purchase another one.I went a few weeks later for them to replace my headlight bulb. In order for them to do that, they needed to remove my bumper. The next day, I saw that my bumper was not attached correctly, and saw one of the connecting pieces was broke. I called and talked to James, the new owner, and told him about my concern. He said that if one of his techs broke it, they wouldve mentioned it to him. Told me to bring it in and they would look at it.Well, after they had my car all morning, I pick it up and it 'looked' like they fixed it. But in all reality, all they did was push that piece back in and was done.My bumper is not fixed! Every bump I hit in the road, the bumper pops back out. They broke my bumper clip and wont fix it properly!I've spent thousands of dollars at this establishment with the 2 cars I own. You would think they would try and keep me as a customer, but I guess not.

Very professional services with competitive pricing.I called for a quote for a leaking transmission cooling line and they returned my call a short time later with the price; which was less than two other places. I scheduled an appointment with the understanding that I needed to pick the vehicle up by a certain time. When I arrived early the morning of the appointment, James, the mechanic, wanted to ensure that he could get the parts to make certain my timeline would be met. Everything went smoothly, and four and one half hours later I driving away with the repair completed.Thanks Peter and James for your professionalism, quality work, competitive prices, and attention to customer satisfaction.

Peter and his crew are just awesome! We've been getting our vehicles serviced here for 10+years. Peter is one of the good guys. He takes time to explain the problems with the vehicle and also lets you know when fixing the car just isn't worth it anymore. He never tries to "upsell", but will let you know what to keep an eye out for and prepares you for upcoming maintenance.We've recommended him to several friends and family members and he has taken great care of them all!

They are awesome, super nice and understanding of your situation. They also will work with you(super important if you have costly fixes) , and they tell you which issues are more important than others.These guys also catch everything, I really like them and highly recommend them to someone who doesn t wanna get ripped off and get honest guys doing honest work.Highly recommended! 10/10

Best mechanics ever!!! They are experts in diagnosing what's wrong with your car. Peter is always honest and will tell you what's wrong with your car, even if he doesn't make a profit. Peter and James always go above and beyond to be available when I have an emergency with my car. They even keep track of warranties on parts they have replaced and have saved me money so many times. I can't say enough about these guys!

These guys really know their stuff and take care of your vehicle like it's their own. Pete treats everyone like they are friends, anyone who walks through the door is welcomed like they are part of the family. They are great at figuring exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and fixing it properly so you don't have to worry about it again. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else if I had a choice.

Peter, I don't text from my wireless phone but, this e-mail allows me to give my review of the work performed on my 2007 Buick Lacrosse. The 2 new tires were installed while I waited at a very reasonable price. Now I can brave the winter's snow with good traction for my safety. Guys did a good job. Other shops wouldn't touch it - a bolt for the tensioner broke off in the block.

I have never had a fairer mechanic in all my years. He will do right by you and he doesn't gouge you on pricing. Would not take my car anywhere else
