Great workmanship and customer service!During my repair I was unexpectedly hospitalized and they offered to pick up and return my rental, held onto my car while I was figuring out where I was staying after I left the hospital, and then delivered my car to where I was staying in West Allis without question. My case manager, Amanda, was terrific to work with, proactively reaching out to me multiple times with updates as to its status and hit their initial time estimate to the day.Abraham did a GREAT job fixing my car, making it look as good as it did when I first bought it. Considering it's the first brand new car I've owned and the accident happened just a month after getting it, their work definitely exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend and will return again if needed without hesitation.

James and Yasmin were easy to communicate with, clear on expectations and delivery. Made this process SO MUCH NICER and 100x better than that fraud safe auto glass (27th street), NEVER take your car there, they encourage you not to get insurance involved so you can t contest their repairs . Honest about what additional work needed to be done, was easy to work with, also pointed out failures and liabilities Safe Auto Glass failed to do along with my useless claims adjuster that was no help for three months on fixing a broken window. Delivered repair faster than anticipated and cleaned up.

From start to finish, everyone at Crash Champions was so helpful and communicative about the process. Our van looks amazing! We even got it back earlier than expected! The worst part about the experience for me was having to do a survey for some corporate three piece suit that had nothing to do with the service provided after completion. Then the spam text about doing a survey directed me here to leave a review. In all honesty the place I went to was great, but the harassing texts to do a survey to satisfy some overpaid prick in an ivory tower that probably isn't even located in Wisconsin just might get on your nerves enough to leave a review like this.

Quality work. Vehicle was ready when promised and they kept me updated on the progress without my having to call them. Honest about how long the job would take. I definitely recommend Crash Champions.

Great customer service. Excellent work done on my 2014 GMC Sierra. Very fast and informative through the whole process. Worked with me to save me money after my insurance company failed me. Fair customer service, just hate my truck was diagnosed a total loss when before it was hit it was a good running truck. I sure the damages and cost to repair my truck was a bite much, also a foreign. Which is why they decided to say loss.

I would highly encourage brining your vehicle here for repair. The staff was very accommodating with my service needs and allowing me to continue using the vehicle until the repair date versus leaving it there for who knows how long and dealing with a rental. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, but it looks as if they even cleaned my car out for me!Service: Body & Trim

Don t bring your car here !!! Unless you want dents and scratches that your vehicle didn t originally have ! Upon inspection of the repair of my vehicle i spotted a few dent and scratches that my car didn t have prior to me dropping the car off. I have photos from the day I dropped my car off and proceeded to show them to the lady who was showing me the repair . She wouldn t even look at the photos and completely denied any wrongdoing on their part. Took her about 45mins to come show me some phony check list of dents my car supposedly had prior to the repair. To add to that ,Horrible customer service ! I was given attitude for asking about status updates . I Was originally told my car would take 3-5 days which ended up being 14 days . I wouldn t have had a issue had they told me it would be 2 weeks but instead they gave me the run around telling me the part would be in tomorrow everyday for 2 weeks straight. In the end I would not have minded them dragging had they not damaged my cars hood in the process of them repairing my bumper. To top everything off they managed to rip the entire left side of my seat cover off somehow ! If you plan on bringing your car here please take plenty of photographs of the interior and exterior of your vehicle and good luck ! I pray you have a better experience than mineService: Body & Trim

First I will start off by saying Crash Champions has a great friendly group of people working there. Second loved how they kept me up with day by day messages letting me know how it was coming along. Third then their is the work they did it was awesome went above what they had to fix and to nail the painted pinstripes was phenomenal. I will recommend them any day to anyone. Awesome job from Crash Champions! My car looks like new again! I did not know I had a cracked rear light where I got hit and Crash Champions informed my insurance and it got replaced. Would recommend.

My insurance provider recommended Crash Champions for my car - glad they did! Great communication from start to finish, very friendly and informative staff, and the results were better than expected. The Milwaukee location should be a model for all their other locations. They were professional, patient and explained every step through the repair process. I visited the Meqone location and experienced clear racism by the receptionist. When I walked in she didnt even acknowledge me until after I shared that I was sent there by Progressive and that I had a 2pm appt to drop off my car for repair. She then said you shouldn't be here and so I walked out and called Progressive and told them about what I had just experienced.They, then referred me to the Milwaukee location.

I took my car to crash champions because it was recommended by my insurance company. I hit a deer and needed the car front end repaired & painted. I have never experienced such kindness and quality of service. Amanda walked me through all parts of the process and was always keeping me updated. From the receptionist to each technician, this place is full of hard-working, lovely people. I am so overwhelmed with satisfaction. If you need somewhere to go to get a car fixed, trust me this crash champions will floor you with its communication, efficiency, and kindness. 10/10

Just wanted to say how wonderful the people are at this location. My 21 Equinox was towed there for repairs , even though my insurance totaled the vehicle, the people there were very wonderful to me to remove my belongings and very sympathetic ti my loss. Though my car did not get repaired they still were professional about everything. Thank you. Highly recommend you in any future dealings

I had not heard of Crash Champions until Progressive sent me there for a window replacement and door repair from an attempted theft. The team was great to work with from start to finish and kept me in the loop. I especially appreciated Will s ability to explain what needed to be done and his friendliness throughout the process. They were able to get my vehicle back to me faster than anticipated. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

First time needing to use a body shop and I could not be happier with my experience. Friendly, trustworthy, and helpful staff all around. The work they did on my Subaru was outstanding. From the start everything was super painless, easy & quick. I scheduled my appointment and when I got there they had my paperwork ready and took a look at the damage right away. Amanda took my car and also told me it'd be ready the next week and so it was. I went to pick up my car and it looked like new. Like nothing ever happened to it. They also have warranties on the repair which makes me feel secure. I would recommend this to anyone looking to repair a damage. Great service overall

Before I leave their parking lot, I just want to say they were AMAZING from beginning to end. Thank you so much to Cindy and Daniel for assisting me at the front desk with their great customer service to the repair team. Thank you to progressive with the help of Tony and Alex. My vehicle was fixed in less than a week!Someone hit and run my front bumper which also damaged my fender and under carriage of my front tires while I was at work. To the repair team, THANK YOU for doing a flawless job on my vehicle. I greatly appreciate you all.Highly recommend you get your services and repairs done here at Quality Auto Body. You will not regret it at all. Just keep in mind it may take a bit longer depending on what type of damage or services are needed. My car was broken into while visiting Milwaukee in July, for anyone who Owns a KIA or a Hyundai & is not from the area BEWARE! They (know as the KIA Boys) are breaking into these cars regularly to steal them & cause the owners a lot of headaches trying to get it back/repaired. My Insurance towed it to Crash Champions and everyone I worked/spoke with at the shop was so very helpful and accommodating. They did all they could to help me especially since I was from out of town and I had to drive back to pick it up when it was ready. They were easier to work with than my insurance. Thank you to everyone who helped me at this location and a special shoutout to Rosemary who was my main point of contact, she was so very nice & helpful! 10/10 !Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Paul was the sales person I've been working with that helped me in the process of getting my damages repaired on my vehicle. Even gave me follow up calls. Checked if I was okay with the fixes he quoted me for before moving forward. He and his team did such a great job!!He gave me estimated timeframe the parts would come in and after a week, car repaired and painted over!Receptionist was really friendly and sweet too! It seems to me everyone here was really easy to talk to and are friendly. Thank you so much for the top notch service.

Great Customer Service. Amazing workmanship. Matched my paint PERFECT!! They do wear masks, have social distancing, set up your car rental and it gets delivered right there when you drop off your vehicle.. Nice waiting room will short wait time. I couldn't recommend them enough if you want Quality work go to QUALITY AUTO BODY! 5 ***** All day every day!

I hit a deer and needed some work done and ended up at Quality Auto Body. From the very first phone call, they were nothing but professional. Frank is awesome and great to work with. He kept me up to date on the progress of the car and let me know of everything they were doing. Definitely a place I would recommend if you are in the unfortunate position of needing auto body work. The quality of their work is superb and their customer service is second to none.
