To begin, every week was a different excuse as to why my husbands car would have to sit additional time. His car sat for almost 2 months. Due to my insurance policy not covering all of the BMW parts only covering so much, we had to pay an amount out of pocket upfront for parts. That s was paid the next day, still a story EVERY week about this delay that delay. Finally, the day we were able to get the car, we are informed that their were parts that weren t covered and we would have to pay an additional $1700 on top of our $2000 deductible plus the $2000 we paid in the beginning to even get started. Last week I spoke with Randi and was told that while in production a hinge to the hood broke, ok. Never told us we were responsible for something that was broken and done under their care. If they broke it or if it came broken as Randi told my husband then why not return it. Anyway, we go to pick up the car because again it s been almost 2 months and paying for rentals that whole time was not fun. So when my husband goes in to pay, Randi ignores him, doesn t acknowledge he was there had someone else check him out, meanwhile she s been the advisor the whole time. All this to say RUN. Do not take your precious car here. You will get screwed.

We worked with Anthony to help repair our BMW that was in a minor collision. Anthony went above and beyond what we were expecting, walking us through the whole process and made sure we had only new parts, given this is a certified BMW collision center. At the same time we asked him to give us an estimate to remove some curb rash on the wheels and also detail the car, and we received a great price and our car came out looking newer and better than what it looked like before the crash. Hands down the best staff, and all our insurance details and payment were taken care of by them. Highly recommend if your pride and joy needs some minor or major work done.

I had a great experience with Dan as my service advisor. I was worried when my prized BMW got into a small accident. My insurance suggested other shops, but I know the Collision center of Milwaukee North was BMW certified. Dan worked with my insurance, made sure that everything was properly replaced, and they even detailed and checked for service recalls, which was above and beyond what I was expecting. Dan informed me every step of the way, and my car came out looking newer and refreshed. When I mentioned a small dent I wanted to be repaired, Dan suggested different options and told me his honest option on what would look best for a reasonable price. I would recommend them again and again!

I haven't yet had the pleasure of getting repairs done but their customer service thus far in the process has been phenomenal. So kind and caring in dealing with a customer post accident, they laid out what they foresee the future steps to be and handled things with professionalism and a great attention to details. There was no shortage of expert technicians/mechanics inspecting my car and looking over every detail.

From start to finish, the folks at Collision Center of Milwaukee North were great! Their communication throughout the whole process was terrific! Very friendly and professional, and they worked hand in hand with my insurance. The attention to detail and top notch quality work was evident when I picked up my car. It was like getting a new car! I highly recommend them for any body work needs.

I bought a new BMW X5 at BMW North around last Christmas (with 5 years extended warranty package). Three months later my wife got T-bone in the third ward. I found Collision center while standing at the accident site and thought since they are with BMW, it would be smooth and quick turn over. I drop off the vehicle on April 2, 2019, and expecting at most 3 weeks turn over. I didn't hear anything from the after two weeks. I called and was told there was a part delay and it won't be ready until 5/19 and it would be done by the end of June. In the mean time, the repair cost has been revise up three times from the initial $15,000 to $33,000. It took many calls and a lot of mumbling for them to give me a loaner while we wait. We were told the loaner car would be another SUV. Instead I got a basic Toyota Camry. I have been driving keyless SUV for ten years plus. With the Toyota Camry, I lock myself out of the car twice. I called Rachel a few times and was transfer to Ahmad (BMW GM), which ask me if I bought the car at his dealership, which I did, and told me he doesn't have loaner available now, but will call back in a week later. Never heard from him again.On July 3, I got a call and was told it will be done by the end of the month, which is four months since I drop it off. Four month which I have pay $1,200/month and wasting time in my 5 years warranty for an idle vehicle. I have not receive any cost revision and crossing my finger that it is till at $33,000.

I have used this shop for repairs on 2 of my cars. They did exceptional work on both vehicles. Brittany Griffin made sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. She even got me set up with rental. I will use this place again and recommend them to anyone needing work done on any car.

I had bought my dream car (not from this BMW location) and noticed a sizable rock chip in the front that was driving me nuts. I took it somewhere to be touched up and they stripped my clear coat!! I was very upset to say the least. I called Ahmad (The GM) and he took me right over to talk to Rachel the manager. The customer service was outstanding! We scheduled a time to do my car and Rob did the work OH MY GOSH!! It looks so goid you literally can't tell anything was there. The paint match and blending is PERFECT!! Thank you guys so much for your outstanding work!!

I have always have the best service. I can count on my car to be repaired to the highest of standards and my car is returned cleaner than when I dropped it off! The staff always takes care of me and makes helps with my rental too.

I'm impressed. I had my VW Passat Wagon in to replace a rusting tailgate under warranty (with only 3 months to go on it, btw). A week later, the tailgate looks great, and as a bonus, they were able to keep the tint on the rear window, as well as detail it both inside and out. Rachel Draeger was great in taking care of me and my car. The appointment was easy to set up, calls were returned within the hour, and getting a loaner vehicle was a breeze.This was a clinic on how you earn future business. I'm not sure I'll purchase my next vehicle through a dealer, but if I do, Concours will be my first stop.

0 star. Honestly, I should have taken my car somewhere else when one of your reps (name withheld) advised me to do so. The poorest customer service ever. I will never ever take my car to Collision Center of Milwaukee North. Never ever.No need to apologize or reply. Not needed.

Hello guys, I just got off the phone with Britney from BMW Milwaukee North collision center and she has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. IF you guys have a BMW I would most definitely recommend going to Milwaukee North collision center!

Terrible experience, they my Volkswagen out looking worse than it arrived. Took zero responsibility and communicated none of this. They let my young Daughter take this mess away.

Well I have gone there many times to get parts replaced and this is a first I get the car back with missing bolts loose bolts and rusty unpainted ones when I had painted ones there they take it back get it back a second time and realize that there was some defects in the fenders that I don t understand why were repainted since I took the car in for the fenders to be replaced under its warranty and I was not informed about anything other then the hood was prepping it for ceramic coating today like I said defects in the fenders the front and a bit of the side feels like sand paper since it seems like clear coat from when they were spraying something else got on and another missing bolt that I noticed this is just crazy to think if I ever come back I hope to never see something like this again
