The service rep (Katie) was personable, so things started off on a positive note. However, things soon soured. The waiting area was quite unkempt with garbage in chairs and on the floor. Once my car was finished, the cashier took my payment without as much as a 'thank you' or 'have a nice day'. I got to my car and found a dirty towel and balled up piece of tissue in the passenger seat. When I went back in to notify the service rep, she was very apologetic and had the detailing manager to meet with me. They rewashed (well, really washed for the first time since I couldn't tell it had been washed at that point) and sanitized my car. After this process was complete, I was handed the wrong keys for my car! I would be remiss if I didn't mention that when I came back in to show them the stuff left in my car, there was a customer who'd had service a couple days ago and was reporting issues with his car that he'd previously been told weren't issues. Overall, a real flustercluck.

Peter helped me out and I can't think of a single complaint. He did everything he could to help make the process easier and get me the best deal possible. I'm satisfied with the service I recieved and most definitely recommend anybody to come here. They have a great selection of cars and trucks and can find you something no matter your circumstances... well as long as you have at least SOME money to put down lol. I'll most definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase.
