Extremely easy process. I was able to call and get my appointment for the appraisal the next day, and dropped my truck off for repair the following week. The repairs turned out amazing! I really appreciate the amount of time/care that was put into this process. When I picked the truck up it had a fresh new appearance and I m sure someone cleaned the inside as well ( my mats were so clean) so thanks for that surprise I really appreciate it! This is the best experience anyone could have when dealing with auto repair after an accident. The quality of their work is fabulous and the people you work with are outstanding. Yaser and Mary treat you with care and respect. You car looks brand new when they are done! I highly recommend them for your auto body repair needs.

The ladies at Carstar give excellent customer service! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and went above their job to help me! I had my vehicle repaired and was very pleased when I got it back. Excellent bodywork, super good paint and repairs! There were no runs, not any orange peel, and they even detailed my car! I'd recommend Miller Autobody Carstar to anyone that needs Autobody repairs! The communication was excellent as well! Thanks to all the staff !

All I can say is this shop was wonderful!! Will definitely use them in the near future if need be. The staff was welcoming, kind, and super sweet! Especially Meggen and Mary, who went above and beyond to explain and answer any questions I had, whether it be through text or phone call. The whole process was such a breeze. And when I got my 2023 Rav4 back I was amazed, looked brand new. The shop did an excellent job!!!

I have no complaints here. They were very professional and made sure the insurance company was aware of all damages to make sure nothing was missed. They completely restored my car to how it was prior to the damages. The process was long, but you can't rush perfection. Highly recommend taking your car here for bodywork.

They made a complicated insurance claim easy. Mary, the customer service rep was wonderful and went above and beyond the call. My car was repaired on time and correctly. While I hope I never have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I just want you all to know that this team has great customer service skills. If you have questions just call they give you answers. Be patient and understand that parts are harder to come by which they shouldn t. But it s a thing. This team worked with me very well I m thankful for the owner telling me that stay on my insurance company to make sure you re not install aftermarket parts but receiving OEM parts. Job took wayyyy longer than expected but I knew this team was doing the best they could. I would recommend you to them. I would give them a 4. But imma give them a 5 because they truly come through with little to no time to waste.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I would use these guys again in a minute. They helped me get through red tape when my car was being held at a lot and I was out of town. Their persistence paid off. I feel like they try to go the extra mile which is a good thing when you re a client.

Pretty good experience.Miscommunication with myself and the owner over a few things, but he did try to fix what wasn't his fault, so I understand once my wife explained it better loll. Overall though I'll definitely go back and refer more people..Mary was great also.

In June 2023, I came here to get my car fixed after it got backed into. They fixed the door but I was not happy with the paint job. They corrected twice and still not satisfied. The paint job had bubbles, and indents all over. After stating my discontent the second time, I was told that is simply how it is. That even brand new cars come like this. The paint job will never be clean. In the end they just sanded out the indents (probably dirt particles stuck to the paint) and gave it back to me- with streaks of the sanding on the door. I went to another shop and had it corrected. No indents or bubbles.Other issues- when I got my car back there was finger marks and dirt in my car upholstery. Also there was an awful smell in my car that took months to get out. All of this leads me to believe their shop and staff is not clean nor do they care for customer service.

Very communicative throughout the process. No cost to me for the repair due to insurance claim. They also put on my license plate and replaced my wiper blades for a fee.

You come to this repair shop by an accident have no idea what to expect about your car you enter the office take an interest in your repair tell you to Relax they will take care of you which they do they truly live by that motto and when your car come back finished the excitement felt seeing it repaired you can se the professional work done and giving it back with a feeling as if it was thier own you look up give a sigh of relief and surly see five stars when looking at your repair thank you

Mary was great with communicating with methe Insurance process and the steps the insurance company would take in determining what would happen with repairing my car.Unfortunately my car was beyond repair andshe informed me what steps to take with the insurance company in regards to my claim.

Honest, friendly people and excellent service! I brought a vehicle in for body work after after my front end Collision. They returned the car looking better than it did before my accident. They also did some custom work for me and custom paint job that looks fantastic. People do not believe that my car is a 2004.
