I hate I had to give any stars. I scheduled appointment for 10am on a Friday days in advance. I showed up at 950am...waited ...waited ..1015 still nobody showed up to establishment..... waited some more.... 1045am still nobody showed up. I ended up leaving and scheduled with alarmtronix instead. If u want quality work and customer service go to alarmtronix!!! I will never try to do business with a company who can't even open up on time. Car tunes & electronics is a joke. Lost a lot of customers as well during my 45 min of waiting.

This business does a good job. I came because of an alarm and Star Romotrol are very professional, very kind, considerate with a guarantee. God bless and prosper in all your work I am grateful for your work

I initially had a remote starter installed at a local electronics place and they did a terrible job and refused to replace it for me or even service it. I found this place car tunes it s a hidden gem . This guy named omar he thoroughly explained to me what I needed and why it wasn t working properly. Instead of ripping me off and charging me for a new remote starter he just fixed it...it literally took 5 minutes and didn t even charge me. Very honest and straightforward. I decided to get my windows tinted and a new double din installed and they did a impeccable job! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get anything done to their car.

This place is amazing me and my fianc� have manual cars and this is the only place we could find that would even do remote starts on our cars. Service was great!

Absolutely terrible service. They left the tints on my window bubbly, the guy that works there gave me every excuse in the book on why he "couldn't" change out speakers in my car when this is clearly a car audio shop! He also lied to me as i called at 11am stating that i wont be there until 4:30pm for window tints. He said 4:30pm would be fine and he can still get me in. I get there at 4pm (30mins earlier than i expected) and the guy tells me "we cannot get you in today". I got loud with the guy and said "but i called you guys earlier today at 11am and you said you could get me in"! The guy had a guilty look on his face, paused, and then said yeah we'll take you in now. Also, there is an outdoor Car Tunes advertisement sign that states "Car Tints only $110 Discounted Price". i asked about that to the employee of Car Tunes and he laughed at me stating that the sign is mainly to get people to come in and the $110 only includes the 4 car windows and not the back windshield...Very sketchy place. I would not recommend this business to anyone who's looking for quality, knowledgeable or professional people.

Called a few days ago to set an appointment. Go in today for my appointment and no one is in the store or answered the phones. Not a good first impression. Called and scheduled my remote start install based on the reviews and sad I had to give my business elsewhere due to the this huge mistake.

I made an appointment for 10:00 for installation of electronic car starter. They are very prompt and efficient does amazing work very reasonable price and I am grateful that they are my neighbors.

First time in this place. Had an issue with a remote start installed elsewhere. Owner took care of it in timely manner. Highly recommend.

This Is Literally The Worst Place To Go To For Your Radio Problem The Person Either Mever There Or The Place Close Wayy Earlier Than The Time Stated On Google Dont Waste Your Tome Here
