I went to go look at a 2009 Mazda 6 I SV 130,553 miles for $5,999 and the picture looked great no rust clean. I got there and the car was rust free but had a cracked windshield and was marked at $6,995. I went in and asked for the car and said that I need to pay cash or cashier check and they offer no finance what so ever. Cracked windshield. Gettho shop, grimy show floor/offices. Only take cash no financing. Cars are all packed in the lot like cattle. Nobody speaks English. Yeah, I'll pass on the Mazda lol.I don't think I'm gonna ever try milwaukee for a car again after that experience. 0 customer perfessionalism. Dude at counter wouldn't greet us until I talked to him.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM CAR PLANET LOCATED ON 4020 N GREEN BAY AVE. They sold me a car that could ve killed me and my son. The man named Ruben sold me a 2000 Subaru that had needed a replacement exhaust and the tires popped a few days after purchasing the vehicle the car broke down within a month and he lied about the condition of the vehicle before I purchased it I repeat do not purchase a vehicle from car planet.you have been warned. God bless And do not trust them. If it was possible I wouldn t even give them a one star rating but Google forced me.

BAD DEALER! Do not go to them. They don t help, they don t answer the phone, text or e-mail, and they honestly don t care. Their dealer s license needs to be revoked in Wisconsin and out of business. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO DO BUSINESS!

We bought a pick up truck from them. Drove good for an older used vehicle. Within a month the tyranny went on it. When checking under the truck, all of the bolts were broken off for the tyranny pan, and it was siliconed on. We tried calling multiple times. Went thru all the paper work, and found a paper we never seen, was not our signature! So they made sure, there was nothing we could do about it. Don't go there

It was such a disappointment.... there's a large variety of vehicles on the lot, and the prices seemed reasonable when we were looking online...Intending to buy 2 vehicles we found online, we went to Car Planet to test drive before buying...When we walked in, we approached a man at the desk whom I'm not certain if he speaks English or not ... . But he called for assistance and the man that helped us was friendly enough...We inquired about the vehicles, which were both Subarus, and he told us that the only thing wrong with the white Subaru is that it needs an O2 sensor and they are going to be fixing that. He didn't say anything was wrong with the other vehicle.However, when we walked back to go test drive that vehicle, we read the sales paper on the car.... and saw that it had 5 things!!! checked as "not legal " ... the first of which was the brakes!! That vehicle was listed for $3,000!! ... we quickly moved on from that car and started to look at other cars on the lot ... and almost every car had multiple items checked as "not legal" ... and these were cars that were listed for 5,000, and even $7,000!!! All With multiple items checked as "not legal" ...We ran off the lot!!!Now I understand why they have so many vehicles on their lot...The part I'm confused about is, how is it Legal for them to even sell cars that have multiple items checked as "not legal" ... and I'm appalled that they would try and sell people cars for thousands of dollars that you shouldn't even spend $500 on ...Buyer beware, just stay away ...

I didn t have a good experience with car planet. I seen a truck on their website for $5,999. I went in and drove the truck and the engine light was on. They told me it was a lose wire I said ok and put 3k down. The next day I looked on their website and the truck was posted at $6,999. Along with the 3k I put down I had to pay an extra $90 just for them to swipe my card and take the money off my card. When I picked the truck I filled the tank up from E. The next day on my way to work the engine light came on. I put my code reader on it and 14 codes came up. Took it back to them and they said it was just the battery. Got the truck back and the light came on again. I looked up the codes and called a mechanic with the codes that came up he said he wouldn t touch it. After a lot of arguing and fussing they finally took the truck back and I went to another dealership for a vehicle. I got some of my money back. Didn t get my $90 for using my card or the money I put in to fill the gas tank. Proceed with caution if you go their. The mechanics there don t seem to know a lot about the vehicles there

I brought 2005 Honda Pilot from them April 2020. Went and looked at the car on lot ND this one caught my eye. It was clean on the outside Took inside it was clean with three rows just what I needed. Talked with the staff then I took for a test drive me add my mechanic he even checked it out wit me. So the test drive was a smooth ride. I got back to lot my mechanic and I looked under the hood again check things out and he noticed a leak from the radiator notified staff they said we'll take care of that problem and they did. Left and waited to get call when it was ready took about 2 days to call. Went back did another test drive this time on the freeway. Everything was good until about 6 months later the transmission failed me. Man I was mad cause I really believe when they fixed the radiator problem that did something to my Transmission. I couldn't contact them cause they didn't warranties. My lost they gain but they want get second gain from me.

My Son found a really nice older Audi he wanted at Car Planet. I told him older Audi, and BMW s are high maintenance and cost a lot to maintain. Being a kid, he didn t wNt to hear it. We took a look at the car and it was really nice. I m not sure who helped us but I think it was the owner. He was straight up honest and told my Son the same thing about the cost to own a car like this. I can t thank him enough for his honesty.
