Had an appointment for 3/28/2024 so I dropped my car off to be inspected and fixed. As I'm telling g the mechanic what the issue is he's not paying attention to me I could tell but he pretends he is but isn't writing anything down. He tells me I could expect my car back by the following week. I get a call the following Monday telling me that my Turbo was fine. But that was not the issue with the car nor the issue I reported and so I explained the issue again to the mechanic over the phone. After they finally found the issue I'm told that it will be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday cones and goes so I give them more time I call that Friday which would have been a week later and they tell they have everything ready the next Monday. Here is Monday I call to get an update first I get put on hold after I tell him I was told it would be ready today and this was the second date given then he comes back to the phone telling me he's the only person there that he needs to call me back and here it is only 1 hour and 25 minutes till they close and still no call back. Wouldn't shop here again. Or recommend it to anyone.

My daughter bought a car, nothing but issues in less than two months it's in for the same issue 3 times. She watched a YouTube video and told them it's the fuel pump. The 1st two times they did nothing because it sat a few days and started up. they finally fixed it. She is still under warranty but she has to get it towed there and guy said no charge only for her to get there and they want 60 bucks. Manager is gone for the day and she refused to leave until they got a supervisor. Not great service at all

I am very upset that my car has been in the shop almost every month since October, however, I do appreciate Ryan s support. I don t know about cars and why I keep needing repairs that are hinder of dollars in a short amount of time, but when I get my bill he has been great about working with cnac to help me get a payment plan. Thank you so much .

These people will sure scam you right out of your hard earned money as if your not already paying enough for your car and insurance I ve had nothing but problems with this location every time I go there my car has more problems than when it got there and they leave grease stains all over the car! Like come on! But this last week took the cake! Not only did they loose my car keys then delay the work a week they tried to charge me twice for work they just did a month before! they told me I had a belt covered in oil I told them no don t change it, on my receipt it says I refused the service I checked it myself it was perfectly new still from when they changed it a month ago like talk about a lawsuit! I will NEVER! Take my car here again! They simply CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

Oil change took 2 hours of me sitting in the lobby, but considering I called the day before to make the appointment and they were able to get me in next day, plus it only cost $20, it was worth it. Next visit was for my power steering. Dropped it off at 830am, they had it done by 330pm and for $100 less than what I was quoted. Makes me glad I bought my car through them if they have this good of service.

terrible place.L management.just a bunch of clowns who work here.go elsewhere.even if ur car is under warranty GO ELSEWHERE.It will be way less of a headache.0 stars not 1 btw.

ONLY TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK IT AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR A BROKEN CAR. COULDNT EVEN DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE WITH OUT CRACKING THE CAP CAUSING OIL TO LEAK COMPLETELY OUT AND ALMOST COMPLETELY RUINED THE ENGIN. FROM A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE .

Purchase the vehicle from them in December. I have had to have the motor replaced I am now having to have the transmission replaced can't get anyone on the phone no one wants to answer any questions and absolutely no service when it comes to working on a carWhen I arrived and requested to speak with the manager I was dismissed. Now I am going to be calling the main dealership to get my problems fix. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ..... I THEN GOT TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO CALL CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY REQUEST A CALL FROM HIM. IFI COUKD GIVE LESS FHAN A STAR I WOULD.

If you need your car fix before the world ends don't call them because that's how long you'll be waiting! They're always "backed up" for a least two weeks then whrn you get there they say nothing was wrong and try to charge you a $50 diagnostic fee it regardless.

Very slow and inaccurate service I wish I didn't rent from them and have to get serviced here Please save your money for a real dealership and do not rent from them if you have that option it's not worth it buying from them it's great until you need their service or warranty

I ve been waiting to hear back from the Brown Deer service department for about 2 in an half weeks just to check on a warranty that according to the contract they should cover. They had my car for a month I guess because my parts was on warranty and they wouldn't make money off me then when I said I was coming to get my car and take it somewhere else my car was fix next day
