This is the place where you tell the mechanic whats wrong with your car and they actually fix the problem. Unlike sone other places. Definitely will bring my vehicle back here. Great customer service and they're pretty quick too.

When I call Brett's auto-repair one thing I like is that Brett himself answers the phone. He is a real straight shooter. .I trust him when he tells me. What doesn't does not need to be done to my vehicle. I have not been disappointed with his service yet. He is also very handsome.

I have been having the team at Brett s service my Kia for almost 2 years. They are friendly, informative, and I know they take good care of my vehicle. I wish they could keep an appointment time though! I have to wait while my car is serviced for an oil change, for example, and it s just never worked out that I m able to been helped right at my appointment time. If you have to wait for your service, I recommend bringing a book.Service: Oil change

Wow these guys are excellent. Mysterious car noises brought me in, they did diagnostics and fixed the issue within a day. Service was courteous, not shady, and prices are reasonable.For women looking for an auto shop: You can trust these guys. Do not trust these guys with your Honda, they don't know what they're doing, will sell you cheap spark plugs instead of good ones recommended by Honda. They did not complete work for me regarding misfires in all four cylinders, and sent me on my way to have a Honda dealer complete the job. Would not refund my money paid for shoddy workmanship. Owner went ape in his front office when I politely showed him my bill with documentation from Russ Darrow Honda, for work they should have completed but didn't. I repeat, be smart and take your car elsewhere.

We needed four new tires for our car after an accident and our dealership quoted us over $1200. We called Brett s and they were able to get us in the next day and charged us half that. Extremely friendly staff, quick, affordable and efficient service. No hidden random fees! We will absolutely be back, cannot recommend enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

Brett did a pre purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was looking at buying. He found some really important and helpful information about the car that would result in thousands of dollars in likely repairs if I had bought it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently moved to the area and needed a mechanic for a tune up before I took my car cross country. Brett was fast and his knowledge saved me a few huge potential headaches down the road. He was also very friendly which I haven t seen often in the past with previous shops I ve gone to. Customer service at its finest. Brett s is an honest and trustworthy mechanic. He offers his best advise on what he would do and has never steered me wrong. He has great knowledge of all vehicles and specializes in Toyota s, but also services my Chevy with great expertise. Highly recommend and drive 20 minutes to go to his shop. Bretts Auto is the only shop I go to for repairs. Gasket intake valve leak took 1 week to get the car in and fully repaired. Price was very good as well as bretts always goes above and beyond.

Brett gave me excellent service and at a affordable price. Other mechanics stated I needed brakes and rotors, but Brett said No only pads. They rotated my tires and explained why that was important. Very honest mechanics that do excellent, quality work!! Both times we've taken our vehicle to them, they've taken the time to help us understand their service recommendations, going so far as to tell us which were priorities and which weren't worth investing in due to the age and wear & tear of our vehicle! We were especially impressed by this because many other places have told us we needed to fix something "immediately", clearly just looking to take our money. As such, the sincerity and solid business practices at Brett's were really meaningful to us. We're very grateful to have found this great local shop

I went in as a walk in on an obviously busy day and they were able to squeeze me in about an hour. I was very impressed at how well oiled the staffed seemed to be and how they kept things moving. The owner, Brett, was buzzing around going above and beyond in costumer service keeping up with checking people in/ out, taking calls and conversating with customers. At the end of my experience I was happy with the quality and price of the service I received and will be back again.

I found myself at Brett's after getting a sudden flat on my way to work. The customer service I received was fantastic! Ultimately, I had a new set of tires and a new battery (per my request) installed the day after getting the flat. All costs were communicated to me upfront and everything was priced fairly.

We have been using these guys for years staring at the old gordys location. They have worked on three or 4 different cars for us and each time they are very upfront about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. Prices are very fair as well. We once had them put a new transmission in a car and it failed very quickly. They were happy to replace it right away free of charge and the replacement is going strong 4 years later. It is wonderful to have a great honest mechanic right in the neighborhood

While relaxing in the shop as work was being done to the car I am driving for work, I observed the interaction of Brett with employees, customers and clients. My first impression was very positive. They were busy yet took care of my cars needs right away. I would absolutely recommend this shop. Thank you.

I've taken my Infiniti Qx80 twice for repair/maintenance. They ate professional and explain what was needed. I trust them more than the Russ Darrow I purchased my vehicle from. Brett is very helpful, fair, and honest. I started going here because I can drop off my truck and walk home but I'll bringing my business back for everything I can. Having a solid mechanic you can trust is a necessity, and Brett remembered my name after only a few visits.

First repair was fast and great value. Second time bringing car in for repair problem was major and was found quick. We decided what to do and it was taken care of. Still gonna give them the 5 star even tho I said no to the tire rotation (of no charge) . They were really knowledgeable of why they should be rotated for the time being. I respect that. Grade A Service! My truck broke down while I was in Milwaukee from out of town, I was hesitant as my truck needed major engine work. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them anytime. Thanks Brett!
