Went in there on January 15th first time by myself, James Prevost receipted me and went through the available cars that I m interested in, and we have an eye on 2021 5 series. Talk about the basic information and left me with his contact. James left me with a great impression that helped our business. Second time we went in (me and my mom) to discuss about the pricing, warranty and other insurance. There we met Christine and Joe as managers that helped with financing and legal document paperwork. Really helped us through the processing and overcome difficulties. Great crew and great services from all three of them. The total buying process only take 2-3 days since they are very efficient and professional. The car is in great condition as well. Will definitely come back for future detailing and maintenance, recommend this place a lot !

Great team, easy to work with! This was my 4th BMW purchase and 2nd from BMW of Milwaukee North. Alex Segovia did a great job helping me pick out a CPO 5 series and Christine Chen was super helpful in patiently navigating a title issue with my trade-in, plus she found an even better rate than I was expecting. I appreciate that they let me drive the new car until everything was resolved with the title a few days later. I ve put 1k miles on already and I m very happy with the car. All around great experience! Now my wife is looking for a new car so we ll be back in soon.

Its simply wonderful to find a dealership with integrity and passion in Wisconsin and the greater Milwaukee area.Spent time with BMW of North Milwaukee last week where they go above and beyond for "you the customer" is truly priceless and refreshing.Had the opportunity to work with Christine C., business manager who impressed me with her knowledge, creativity and her caring style is now my "go to person" when purchasing or financing my next vehicle and am happy to cross town even with horriblenon-ending road construction for her cheerfulness and business expertise.Their showroom is exciting, their parts department where I meet Mike is very efficient and is happy to spend quality time with you making this dealership a gem to visit and do business with.

Everyone at BMW of Milwaukee North was great to work with and very informative and helpful. They always greeted us quickly and with a smile. Greg Schmich was very patient and explained everything to us and kept us in the loop with where our ordered car was in the production process. It was a very seamless transaction, and the financial processing went very quickly. Would highly recommend it. Super excited about our new experience with a fully electric 2024 i4 xDrive 40!

Ahmad and his team at BMW were wonderful to work with. I live 500 miles away, and I haven't switched to a dealership closer to my home because of how great they are. We are going on year four of working together, and I certainly don't regret it! They are consistently on time, on point, and treat you like family. I plan on working with them for years to come.

2017 GMC 2500 All Terrain - My buying experience was fantastic with the help of salesman Ivan Escobar, and the sales manager. They helped make the process extremely smooth from start to finish. Everything I asked for regarding documents and paperwork they explained well. I bought the truck knowing it needed a new sensor and that BMW of Milwaukee North would cover it under warranty as well. After taking delivery of the truck, I had a check engine light come on for an unrelated problem. After reaching out to Ivan about the problem, he got right to work on making it right. They never missed a call and always answered my questions on the spot, even after I already took delivery of the vehicle. This was by far one of the best car dealership/ buying experiences I ve had.

They were friendly, reasonable, and made the entire process seamless. I called in to schedule an oil change on my M3 but also wanted to quickly confirm if my 3 year oil change warranty would cover this round. Over the phone, I was told I have to come to BWM first before I can know. Well, that left me no choice, so I drove almost an hour to BMW just for them to tell me it s not covered and they tried to upsell me on some additional services. I just immediately turn back around. Nice way to spend 2 hours and half a tank of fuel, I could have just been told this over the phone and there would have been 0 issue.

I don t know where to begin with this place first visit I came for a oil change left needing a oil change I left a review about it they told me to take the review down they ll discount me on the oil change they took 20$ off second bad experience was me asking to get my vehicle fix they told me it a be better if I bought a new 1 it cost me 3,600 to fix , Now I m asking for a diagnosis they tell me 350$ I gotta receipt for my last one for 199$ they said it went up 100$ so why am I being charged an extra 150$ an I have proof I paid 199$

Very friendly and kind people. They listen to whatever financing/bank requests you have and try to give you the best deal.The customer lounge is super nice and we managed to keep ourselves entertained while waiting to close the deal.On request they also let us take out the car we wanted to test drive alone without a salesperson so we could freely drive around without any pressure.Overall 5 star experience and I would recommend this dealer to family and friends for a BMW

I reached out on Friday with questions regarding a car I had interest in. Shortly after emailing the dealership, I received a call from the sales manager named Tjay Martinez. Told me that he will connected me with a sales guy named Alex Segovia. I told him great and Tjay stated the car is ready for sale. Which sounded good and later that afternoon Alex reached out via email answering my questions. He sent me videos and photos of the car to show me the condition of its interior or exterior. I emailed him back on that Friday to let him know I will be scheduling a test drive on Monday at 2:30pm. He confirmed it and they had a whole weekend to have the car prepared for me to see it..I arrive to the dealership with my mother on Monday at 2:30pm waiting to see the car. I was greeted by another sale guy named Tay that told me Alex will be right with me. After sitting in the lobby and waiting for 20 minutes he finally came up to us to greet us. Even though he kept walking past us for some odd reason knowing we were waiting for him to show us the car. Before I was able to inspect the car, he dropped a bomb shell on us that the car is not sellable yet because they did not do maintenance/safety check on it.. My mother and I were confused because his manager Tjay stated the car will be ready to be checked out and ready to be test driven by me. It was unfortunate he stated that because we drove up +3 hours from the south suburbs of Chicago to see the car. We had every intention in purchasing the car. He stated he reached by phone call the day of coming to see the car which was "early" to let me know the car is not ready since it needed maintenance. When he told me he reached out, I checked my email and saw nothing from him telling me that the car wasn't ready. Then I checked my phone and saw that he called and left a voicemail at 2:00pm which was 30 minutes before me arriving. How ridiculous do you have to be to call a potential customer 30 minutes before their arrival that the car is not ready to be see or driven yet. It frustrating to see that and told him the it was his fault for not letting me know sooner! He stated it could have been his fault or my fault when it came to communication when it reality it was his fault for not letting me know in advance. I told him to bring up the emails/phone call to prove it but he stated it was unnecessary since we were already there. It definitely was unnecessary but my point was to show that he failed to do the basics as a sale guy to inform the customer that their product isn't ready to be sold yet.I confronted him about this miscommunication and could have been avoided. Tjay and Alex literally told me the car will be ready by Monday but failed to hold up their end of the bargain. I was disappointed and Alex made it worse when he stated word for word "We have to put our clients first who scheduled their service and we can't just schedule the car you're looking at buying into our customers scheduled service time." It doesn't make any sense and they knew we were coming to see the car. They had three business days to get this done and if they needed more time, I would be have been understanding but no.Somehow, the car was lined up for service and told us that he can show us the car but I can't drive it. As we were waiting and he brought out the car to tell me that I can drive it. Even though there was no maintaince done which was odd and he told me to sign a paper which I never done at any other dealership to test drive a car. The first couple red flags of the car which was the doors not locking and unlocking, steering was off, a ton of cosmetic issues, and it smelled. Alex clearly wasn't thinking and kept trying to push on with the sale, but in the end it damaged his credibility. I don't recommend having a "customer" to drive a car that wasn't ready to be driven yet or inspected since all these flaws were clearly noticeable.After test driving the car, we had no intention in purchasing the car from Alex or even the dealership at all. Better communication and better management.

Alisha and Tay were a pure delight to work with in the purchase of my new BMW! They were very helpful and were able to answer all my questions! I would highly recommend them to my friends if they are ever looking for a new car! I haven t felt that comfortable buying a car ever! Thank you so much for everything!

430 XI Grand Coupe - Salesman was Greg S. He was awesome start to finish! This was my 3rd BMW, but first out of state purchase. This deal went flawlessly. Katie in financing was awesome, and the manager even came in to introduce himself and shake my hand. This is how dealerships should all be.

My buying experience with Christine Chen was very good. The unfortunate situation was not receiving my sales documentation. This was not caused by Ms. Chen, she helped to get the documents to me. The finance department held the documents instead of giving me copies the same day I took delivery of the car. Why I don t know and wasn t told.To end on a positive note, Christine was fabulous.

New showroom is finally finished and looks great, lots of glass and light all day. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I drive here for all my service and sales despite the nearest BMW dealer is 5 minutes from my house. If you have or want a BMW in the MKE area, come here first, you won't be disappointed!

Honestly I couldn t have asked for a better experience getting my BMW X1. Everyone at the dealership is amazing! Devin went above and beyond making sure my car was the right fit for me. I never felt rushed and he was so knowledgeable. When it comes to customer service hands down I give BMW of Milwaukee 5 stars. They catered to my needs and walked me thru each detail. Isabella also went above and beyond to make sure my whole process was smooth. I appreciate her patience and detail explanation since this was my first time buying a BMW. Matthew was wonderful at explaining all my BMW features, I appreciate him taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable in my new car. I really hope this review helps someone else like me. As a young women, car shopping could be challenging but I would recommend anyone to go here! Just a big thank you to Matt L. and Kevin for taking care of our warranty issue on our 2021 bmw x5 that International Auto bmw wouldn't which was caused by them putting in a new transmission at 19k miles. I would highly recommend Bmw of milwaukee north for all your BMW needs especially service related. Thank you for taking care of our issue with kid gloves and getting it resolved. Bought an X3 for my son as a graduation gift. Royal Garden + Everest Cafe both being restaurants in Glendale, we were very happy to buy this car from another local business in Glendale. Tay the young and energetic salesman was super professional and helpful. He was prompt with appointments and accurate with his words. Purchasing my BMW X4 was a great experience due to my sales person Tay Smith. I was purchasing a vehicle due to an accident and a previous purchase that was a less than desirable experience. I was not expecting this experience to be the light at the end of the tunnel after two very long months. This was my first online purchase, Tay became my eyes since I couldn't be there in person. He sent videos, pictures and communicated any imperfections and how they would be resolved. He was also a great liaison between the finance department and myself, keeping me informed at all times. He kept me updated on the progress along the way until the car was shipped to Miami and delivered without any issues. He tailored the experience to my needs and exceeded my expectations! Rico was also great as he kept the communication active when Tay was out the office and coordinated shipment of the vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Milwaukee North for a car purchase.

We recently purchased a used BMW from Milwaukee North, and worked with Greg. He listened to what we were looking for an wasn't pushy, interested in making sure we found the right car to fit our needs. During the purchase process, we found out that some items that were advertised were not correct. This was an oversight by the dealer and they quickly corrected the mistake and went above and beyond to make sure that they did everything they could to help us and fix the issues. We could have easily walked away but I am glad we didn't and overall they went above and beyond to make us happy. We LOVE the car and would definitely buy from this dealership again and recommend working with Greg.
