They had my tires and replaced them pretty quickly but they need to have a better payment system. They need to take cards or at least cash App

I kinda urgently needed 1 tire. I called and the person quickly was able to tell me they had my tire size. I pulled up and the dudes came out and got the new used tire on my car in less than 10 minutes. I gave them the cash and was gone. In the future I will go there for all my used tire needs without no doubt.

I am giving 4 stars because i got 2 new tires 4 days ago and then 2 days later i noticed that one of the tires was losing air. The next day after being filled the tire was low again so i called and asked if i could come in on Monday 1-11 to get the tire looked at. The guy i spoke to said yes and when my husband went there this morning seeing online they opened at 9am no one was there. He finally left at 12:30pm because no one was still there. I really wanted to give 5 stars because they were helpful but if they werent open on Mondays we shouldve been told that when we called to get the tire looked at.

I called they said they had my tire size I drive 30mins just for them to say we just sold our last one 5 mins ago when I said I m on my way I m 30mins away NEVER AGAIN

The owner looked over my tire and gave me a full run down of how I got played by the last mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and I really do appreciate an honest business man. Awesome I would recommend this shop to all of Milwaukee

Not sure what s the employees name, but he drives a Tahoe with big wheels. I met up with this scammer at Aldi on fondulac to buy a car he had listed for sale on Craigslist. Car drive nice and price was fair. But it needed a key part for emissions repair, he told me that he forgot to bring it but to come by the shop anytime he has the part and it s easy to install. I waited about a week thinking he would call me but I got nothing. So I tried hun a few times, calls and texts but got no replies. I went to the shop and he started to claim the car was sold as is which I understand for used cars. But I was lied to when he said he had the part. I ended up having to junk the car after a month because it couldn t be registered without passing emissions.

I needed a set of front tires, and money was a little tight. The gentleman and Blue Ribbon took fantastic care if me, got me in and out in no time at all, and were great to deal with . I'll be back next time I need new tires for sure.

Ran over a bolt and ended up with a hole in the tire. Pulled in they found the hole plugged it and was on my way within 10 minutes. Friendly and reasonably priced for the situation.
