After about the fifth time in a row with a bad experience I decided to leave a review. I own a business and work with yards all around when I need to find a part I can t find new. This is by far the worse place I have ever worked with. Very unorganized establishment with rude employees iv ordered parts that were wrong a couple times I ve had to wait extra days than promised for parts. as a business owner is very hard to explain to customers needing a window that they will have to wait yet another day for their part because this business can t tighten up witch almost always leads to the customer going somewhere else. I ll never do business with this organization again.

The girl who helped me was nice hence the two stars. The guy who saw the battery I needed wanted to charge me $141+tax for a used battery when Autozone sold a new one for $134. I was so glad Roz was bought out bec they were even more expensive than the dealer and I hadn t been there is years but this new place is not much better. Guess it s back to sturtevant again for my used parts. This location has not been good to me for as long as I ve been in WI

Waited two days for my part to get pulled. They said they were going to call me when it was ready. Never received a call. On the 2nd day I call @ 4 and the part was ready. Arrived @ 4:30 waited for 20 minutes to find out their nobody to get the part from the staging area. Bad for business. Don t know who is worse them or Roz. Must have the same management team.

Bought engine, was supposed to be great shape plug and play...lol needless to say oil pan was dented harness was cut every were.. as a professional dont waste ur time, plenty of other vendors on carpart..

Got put on hold twice at the machine hang up on me both times called back the third time and was offered $150 for a giant truck that I ended up taking to to LKQ next door for 5 times as much. I could have squished this running driving car for $600. They're smoking crack at this location. Terrible experience and I was only on the phone with them. I would never sell a vehicle to them nor will I ever call again. 100% avoid this place. LKQ is right next door and they're paying infinitely better.

We were searching for several body parts for our daughter s 2007 Buick LaCrosse. Hector was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and polite. We were able to get everything we needed quickly and our body shop was super impressed with the turnaround and communication. They have earned our business in the future for our other newer model cars. Thank you to the Bionic team. You saved the day!

Great Customer Service combined with fair prices. I received all of my parts as promised and I m extremely satisfied. I had also recommended Bionic to a few local mechanics and they echoed my sentiments on this quality organization.ThanksJames U

They fixed it up really nice since it's been Roz but, I applied for a job cuz they said they were hiring for customer service and years ago I worked for Roz. Guess they didn't like me. Never called me back.

We are customers in Illinois with relatives in Milwaukee, so I was happy to learn Bionic had a location there! I sent my aunt and uncle when they needed a part and they couldn't have been more pleased with the service! Very grateful for the respect they showed to an older couple...thank you Bionic!

VERY poor customer service, communication and follow through. The lady I tried to deal with is VERY rude, uncommunicative, and condescending. I wouldn't bother with buying anything from them again. If they supply the wrong part, you'll wait until they take their own sweet time getting the one you need- and if time is of the essence, tuff stuff- just wait because they have your money.
