I absolutely love Leo and his crew at Baychar and there's no one else I trust with my vehicles. If anything, my raving review is probably overdue as I have been seeing them for a couple of years now. However, Leo is always so patient and helpful when it comes to asking my endless amounts of questions. He is never condescending and he always displays nothing but friendliness. They have done a ton of work for me and are always honest and transparent in the work that needs to be done as well as the prices for said work. I can't recommend them enough!

My wife and I have been going to Baychar's about 25 years now. It has become the only car-repair shop we will ever go to. Very honest and do great work! Baychar's has always gone above and beyond for their customers. I rate it very highly!

This time I stopped in for a synthetic oil change and to check my tires for air pressue and a possible leak.Been going there all my life (with many lesser cars throughout the decades) and so have my parents.An excellent place with fair and outstanding people all the time, I have recommended many friends to go there and they are always very happy with the service that they receive at Baychar as well!!!Leo and The Crew are the absolute best!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I had an air conditioning problem no one could solve. I I even took it to the dealer for my car and no one could find the problem. I took it to Baychar and Leo said they have experts there that could find the problem which they did after no one else could. I also needed the exhaust system replaced which they also handled, both at a reasonable price. Leo is very friendly and accommodate ing I would recommend Baychar to anyone. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied.Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning

We have been going to Baychar for years now. The service is fantastic, the people there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Leo is a pleasure to talk to and is always upbeat and extremely helpful. There is a reason we take both of our vehicles here for all maintenance and repair. It is truly one of the last remaining neighborhood auto shops. Highly recommend his services!! Leo and his crew are the most knowledgeable and friendly group around. Always end up laughing at the counter. He calls to go over costs to make sure we can afford the services. Always fits us in no matter what the issue, and there have been many! Highly recommend! Reliable people! My car needed it's front break pads replaced. I went to the dealership, who were charging a ridiculous amount of money! Baychar is affordable, they have great customer service and they did the job quickly. I even got a follow up text asking how their services were. I absolutely love this! This was my first time at their shop but they have a customer for life. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Just for an oil change, Baychar is my go-to. Not only for oil changes but for anything that has to do with keeping my car up and running. Leo and his team are excellent, always professional, and answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Baychar for any mechanical issue(s) you might have...or even for something as basic as an oil change.Service: Oil change

Needed a new mechanic when we moved to this part of town. Have been bringing our cars to Baychar for over 4 years now. Great service, reasonably priced and, most importantly, trustworthy. They identify the issue that needs to be addressed and have no problem telling you there might be another issue but it can wait. Nor have I ever felt pressure that there was a service I *needed* to have done. Have recommended them to friends.

I was hesitant to find a new mechanic, I now wish I would ve looked and found this place sooner. Leo defines exceptional customer service. He truly cares and it showed in is honesty and attention to detail. And with his knowledge being so well delivered, I no longer second guess the work that has and will be done on my and my wife s vehicle.

Baychar was recommended to me by my father. Honest, trustworthy business. Brought my Highlander in for major work. Quotes up to $8000. They returned Highlander to me same day - problem fixed and charged me $100. That s when I started avoiding my free VIP service at Wilde and brought all my vehicles to Baychar. I have recommended Baychar to my own children. Highly recommend!

I recently got my brakes done here, and the service provided was great! My previous car was a lemon, and I ended up getting ripped off for all sorts of repairs by various auto repair businesses (including Firestone). Baychar was a completely different experience. The technician explained what was wrong, provided information to make the best decision, and I was put in charge of making the decision instead of "insisting" repairs done. Labor is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

My car had so many problems. These guys are so friendly and helpful. I got my car back after the first issue was fixed unfortunately it had more problems so they told me to bring it back and even offered to have it towed. They had a loner car which let me continue to live my life and work. My car is out and is running great. I'm sure if I have more problems they will get it fixed. Very reasonable prices btw. So happy with the service I received. Highly recommend.

This business is FANTASTIC! It has been family owned for a long time. Leo is AWESOME! As a single woman I was always nervous about going to get my car serviced. I've seen on tv how so many mechanics will rack up the bill by adding stuff to the bill that was totally not necessary. Leo is 100% trustworthy. I asked him to check a few things last time and he told me the parts were fine!! He could have, and many mechanics would have, said everything needed change. I really recommend his business. I have NEVER been dissatisfied. One more thing, Leo welcomes me everytime and remembers my name. A very nice, personal experience.

These guys didn't just replace the water pump - they installed the water pump gasket, too! A previous shop did not perform that last step, leaving me to leak Toyota Red everywhere. Super-nice staff. Gave me great recommendation on somebody to do a difficult alignment.I'll definitely be back!

Called just before 10am to see if they had time to repair my tire. They were busy, still took my truck and had it done a couple minutes after 11 and only cost me $26. Highly recommended!Service: TiresService: Tires

Leo is a great guy to work with. The techs are professional and I made an appointment, took it in that morning and had it done by noon. Very reasonable for all the work and parts, easy to work with, doesn't try to up sell you on anything. Just a really honest auto mechanic- hard to find one of those these days! If you are reading this wondering if this auto repair shop is right for you, stop reading and call Baychar Auto. This is absolutely the best experience in automotive repair I have ever had. The staff is very courteous they walk you through exactly what repairs you need and get to them in a timely manner and the job is done right the first time. Not only that, they are honest (something I think most people fear when taking their car in). The manual quoted my job at 2.6 hours the guys at Baychar told me they think they can beat that time and if they could I would pay less than the quote. They were able to beat that time and I did pay less! They didn't try to sell some other BS repair to run up the bill these guys are the real deal. It is easy to see why they are so well reviewed and recommended. This is the only shop I'll work with for my family's vehicles from now on. Thanks Baychar

I have been going to Baychar Auto for many years now and have been impressed with their honesty, and integrity. If they can't do the job they will recommend others that are just as honest and capable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service at very competitive prices with Leo being the lead representative.

I ve been coming to Baychar since 2012, with an Oldsmobile Alero, Chevy Aveo, Chevy Sonic and now my Hyundai Tucson. I come here because growing up, my family has recommended it and I ve always lived in the area. I ve never had my cars serviced at a big brand shop and never will, as long as Baychar is around! Leo is my favorite person, he s always so kind and friendly and I never feel ripped off. As a woman, you hear a lot about being scammed- but I feel confident, comfortable and familiar with Baychar. My husband has even made the switch and now comes here. I love even more that our dog is always welcomed, so when it s too hot to walk him while we wait, he can sit in the a/c with me.

I work in the neighborhood and realized I had a flat tire on my lunch break. I called Baychar and they got my car in right away with no appointment. They patched my tire in about 10 minutes and only charged me $15. Great shop! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great prices!

Excellent service. I took my Jeep in for a check engine light. Cylinder 2 misfire. They diagnosed the problem and told me I was covered under my Jeep's original factory warranty and I should go to a Jeep dealership and get it fixed for free. I took my Jeep to Griffin's Jeep Hub and they were TERRIBLE. They had my Jeep for 29 days and NEVER fixed the problem. Never gave me a loaner car and wanted to charge me $40.00 a day for a rental. (that's $1,160.00 for 29 days) They told me the problem was NOT covered under warranty and I had to pay $650.00 for a 5 hour block to have their mechanic start pulling out electrical parts and start looking for the problem. I picked up my Jeep and went back to Baychar Auto. I explained the situation and they gave me a loaner car and diagnosed the problem. Faulty rocker arms. They told me they would contact Griffin's Hub and tell them what they found and get them to fix my Jeep under warranty. After a whole week of getting NO HELP they suggested that I file a complaint with the better business bureau. Griffin's Hub responded and said that they would gladly do the repair if it was covered under warranty. Then they called me and I told them that I knew what the problem was and that it WAS covered under warranty. They said NO. They told me to go somewhere else. Baychar Auto found me a Jeep dealership that agreed to do the repairs under warranty and gave me a free rental car. They even let me keep a loaner car for 2 weeks while they found the dealership that would help me and only charged me $120.00 for the diagnosis. Will DEFINITELY be returning. There are still good people in this world!

I have always had great experiences at Baychar. I always feel like I am being treated very respectfully and receiving straight forward and honest information about my repairs. I have never once had an issue getting an appointment and they are always very quick to check out my vehicle and repair it when necessary. I have never felt like they are trying to up sell me and have never received a quote for unnecessary repairs.
