Went to the Auto Zone store by 6015 West Forest Home Ave due to burned out back brake light. Customer service rep Kennth who helped us get the correct bulb was very helpful and even offered to install the bulb for us !!! Asked him how much it would cost , and he said it was FREE!! Excellent customer service and would definitely go back there for other auto issues and also let others know Kenneth is great and will take care of you!!! Thank you , Kenneth for all your help.

I have a 2015 Chrysler 200.Manager Nicole came outside in the freezing cold to change my headlight. It's difficult because she had to try to open a part that's behind the wheel in a very tight space.and it was not opening from you tube instructions on how it should easily pop open. She did not give up and was able to get it open and change the headlight as it was getting dark. I'm so appreciative that she did not give up. She saved me rom paying a lot of money to a shop to do it. She also saved me from possible driving ticket. She provided above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend going to Auto Zone on 60th and Forest Home for you Auto needs.

I have to say that i had an amazing experience when I had to stop in at auto zone. The person who took care of me was named Nicole she was extremely helpful. She was so kind, so helpful and so patient with me even though the store was so busy with other costumers. Thank you so much Nicole for your professionalism, your kindness and your willingness to make sure I had exactly what I needed for my vehicle even though your store was so busy. The best costumer service I ve had in a long time. If only every store I shopped at had a Nicole !!!

I couldn't get my license plates off because of the anti theft screws. Went to the 60th Forest home store. Nicole and her team helped and got them off and put on my new ones. I appreciate all the help from them. Amazing team she has there! Thank you again for all of your help Nicole!

My mother and I had an unexpected nail in our tire and luckily stopped at the right place to receive the most thorough help. we initially met Bob, a sales representative/customer service member, when he directed us to the appropriate area in the store to find a sealing kit for the tire. Unexpectedly, but luckily Bob offered a helping hand to my mother and I! We went to check out and we re excited at the prospect of some unexpected, additional help! Bob was quick to help another customer that needed assistance but assured he d be with us as soon as he was done. As I began looking at just how deep the nail went, I knew this would be a tough job and potentially an entire tire replacement. I ve never been disappointed with the customer service I ve received from this AutoZone, but I never expected an employee to go above and beyond the job description to help my mother and I (two novice car mechanics). Although we experienced adversity during the tire replacement, Bob was there every step of the way with a positive attitude and helping hands! I told Bob he was our guardian angel on earth that day, as human kindness can be very rare nowadays. Thanks again Bob for using your expertise and years of experience with cars to make this unexpected disaster, end up being more of an inconvenience!

Deidrick & Jenny were amazing! Jenny greeted me at the door tonight asking what she could help me with, and Diedrick was so sweet and patient with me when I was checking out and asking a ton of questions. So nice to see this time in our crazy world.

I went in a couple of days ago; just to get a few fuses for my car. There was an associate named Jenna who went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, and that everything was correct. She s definitely the reason this process was so easy. We love Jenna, she needs a raise!!

This is the second time I've stopped in the store with questions or assistance. Today it was due to a low tire issue. Both times the service and the kindness that was shown was outstanding! From both the manager and the staff. Thank you for all you've done for me and I'm sure that your kindness and courtesy extends to many who come in to see you each day. Keep up the good work!

My daughter and I went to autozone on Wednesday September 13th around 7pm a nice employee named Bob B was beyond helpful and very pleasant. He took extra time helping us with our flat tire. If it wasn't for him I don't know what we would have done. Consider us very satisfied customers. And we will be back to see Bob b again.

Two different AutoZones tried to sell me a headlight, the first for $54.99 and the second for $124.99.....scrub a dub did it for $44 flat. AutoZone was my go to, but after this experience I'm convinced they take advantage of people who don't know better.

This is the most amazing auto parts store and so glad it's in my neighborhood. I don't know if they are all like this but everytime I go the staff are so helpful. My daughter takes her car there and they install parts and products we buy. Yesterday I needed to swap a battery and the worker helped make it fit and was extremely helpful. More than one staff had helped put things in the cars we have. I won't go anywhere else

Great AutoZone very helpful staff that will try their hardest to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. They will help you install something easy if they have time. All shelves were fully stocked. Easy access right on the corner

Had a wonderful experience at this AutoZone. Called before going in and they were polite and helpful. Went in to get a headlight and these employees went well out of their way to help us find what we needed. Let me use the restroom - which was very clean! - and then came out to help us install our headlight. Raul was so helpful and professional. He quickly changed our light and showed us how to do it in the future on our own. Prices were also very fair. Thank you guys so much!

ALAN... so nice and professional... he assisted me in finding a part for my car, and when he couldn't find it on their website, he recommended another part store. I had a battery installed at this Auto Zone, and left in an hour withnothing but good feelings.And my battery installation was no slam dunk. (They aren't simple anymore like they were back in the day!)The AutoZone installer was very professional and did a great job.I would recommend this place to anyone. But they don't do repair work/oil changes. Only minor installs.Thanks Auto Zone staff for making my day

I arrived at 7:49 and when I got to the door it was locked. I looked in the window and could see a woman mopping so I knocked on the glass to get her attention but was ignored. So I knocked even harder thinking maybe she didn t hear me the first time( which I know she did because I knocked fairly hard) and she looks up at me from mopping in points to her wrist as it s telling me it s past closing time. It was 752 on the dot as I m writing this it is now 7:57 PM central time. All I need it was a thermostat for my truck of which now I can t get it in and have to wait till tomorrow and have to miss work again. The look that the woman gave me was as if she owned the store and it didn t matter that there was still time left and pretty much screw me. I did get the attention of a gentleman from knocking as hard as I did, and he seemed as if he was going to open up the door and she stopped him and he continued to do what he was doing. I will never go to this AutoZone again the way this lady looked at me and ignored me as if I didn t exist and it s if the store was actually closed was one of the rudest things I ve ever seen in customer service. I hope this message gets to corporate and, the woman that I was getting stared down and dirty looks from gets reprimanded.

This is such a great store. Prices are comparable but the customer service is the best. I went in for a new battery and they promptly recommended the ones they had. I picked one after the service man said that was the one he would buy. He installed it right there. I neglected to get his name. He did have longish red hair and a long red beard. The nicest guy!! I would give them a 100, if I could!!

I had an old battery that I brought to the store. It was very heavy so Raul grabbed it from my car and brought it into the store. They also gave me a $10 credit to use for bringing the battery in! Raul was very personable, and friendly. I would recommend seeing him if you go to the store! Thanks Raul for great customer service!!!!

Came in needing my battery checked. Gentleman behind the counter was a big help! Battery not so much, bad report card . New battery was installed within minutes!!! Thanks AutoZone on 60th & Forest Home!!!
