Kortez was very helpful from the time we walked in the store he greeted us from a far, I didn't even see him initially. He was very polite and kind even offered to replace my headlight without me asking. Great customer service!

Kortez have excellent customer service! He took his time and walked around the door with me. He gave me different pricing options. He was patient. Also helped me install my new blades! Thanks a million!

Just absolutely disgusted with this place! I called a little while ago, and asked about a check engine light scan, the person on the phone assured me they provided the service. I get in my car, and drive all the way up there just to be least I say greeted with a head nod from some very not interested counter person who then informs me that their equipment is down, and has been for several days! So wouldn't the other staff member I just spoke to on the phone know this? Total waste of time, not to mention the parking lot looked like an auto repair shop with all the cars being worked on out there! I give totally give this place 0 stars!

I pulled up shortly after they were already closed and Kortez still offered to try and help me figure out why my car might be over heating. He was very sweet and professional and also offered to further assist me tomorrow when he comes in tomorrow. 10/10 definitely will make this location my go to!!!

Excellent service! Was having a low voltage warning light on my vehicle and Ms. Wanda the manager gave us a crash course on potential causes and possible solutions. She is the best! We will be back soon. Thank you.

Mr.kortez is the only reason me and my husband shops here. Always respectful and seems to never mind going the extra mile. Me and my husband are older now and need a little more help than others, and mr.kortez helps to our satisfactory every time!

I came to auto zone because of my head light and back light was out the nice young man kortez assisted me with finding out what the issue was turns out I had bad bulbs he did a test bulb to be sure and he changed them with out any issue I really appreciate the customer service this young man has delivered I m leaving a satisfied customer and I will be back for future purchases

Jamiria helped me do my check engine test in the dark late ant night after I drove to 2 different places that wouldn t help me. She was so friendly and really helpful. 100% recommend and would come back to this autozone. Both staff members were both super nice and took care of me!

Wow, so I'm currently going through a frustrating ordeal with this Auto Zone after placing an online order for same day delivery. 1st off, they dropped the ball and I didn't receive the order the day of as promised. I paid an extra $8 for this and they didn't even have the decency to credit me that fee back to my card, when it was clearly their screw up.Furthermore, there was some mixup with the 3rd party delivery company that Auto Zone hires (Uber) and the darn package was delivered to a neighboring apartment.Now I guess I have no other choice but to submit a claim with Consumer Affairs and BBB to complain. They're so incompetent it isn't even funny. Telling me in an email to contact my bank for a refund because once they pay Uber, it's final. Like what the heck does that even mean? Stay far away from Auto Zone, especially for same day online orders.

Ryan C was very helpful and respectful. He was patient and made sure he answered all my questions and showed me what I needed. The experience Ryan C offered me I would always return back and ask for him as well as the other employee were nice too.

Today i came up to autozone because something was wrong with my vehicle and i dont know anything about cars so i was super stressed. Kortez helped me figure out what the problem was, helped me find the parts i needed, and helped me fill my coolant tank. If you ever have car trouble and need help i strongly recommend coming to this auto zone and asking for kortez !

CORTEZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO MY SERVICE NEED. A GENTLEMAN, HE HELD THE DOOR FOR ME, AND REPLACED MY BULB. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I APPRECIATE HIS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GOT MY LIGHT IN FOR ME!!!

Do not use this location. The associates are rude and will not help you. If they treat customers that call for parts for cars like this on the phone, I bet they treat customers worst in person.

I was in town from Appleton on business on Thursday and had some issues with my vehicle. I stopped in and the young lady with the short hair and I can't remember her name but she was very very kind and provided outstanding customer service to me and got me the part that I needed. It seemed to me like she was running the whole store and doing a great job will helping me and helping her co-workers. It was really great to have such good service and be taken care of so well when I was out of town and for that I am greatly appreciative and would recommend this location for everyone

I came in to AutoZone with intentions of getting a paint pen for a scratch I had, but I was fortunate enough to run in to a kind employee, Ryan, who redirected me to an even better product. He made sure I knew how to use it, and after going over the scratch it looked like it never happened! Thank you Ryan for the great service!!

The location on 63rd & Capitol Dr. (Milwaukee) is the BEST one I've been to since moving to Illinois. I was in town needed my brakes done and RYAN was AWESOME! He went Above & Beyond to help me with the parts I needed and making sure I had a warranty on the current parts! The other staff were Friendly, Funny and Attentive to each customer who came in! This will be My AutoZone location whenever I'm in Milwaukee! Thanks Ryan, keep up the Good Job!!!

The store manager Wanda and her assistant Ty went above and beyond for me. I bought a wiper that broke a couple days ago and was able to replace my old one and put the new blade on. Thank you for your great customer service!

Failed to be open at the time that the website says 8:00 and it's 8:30 very disappointed don't say ur open at 8 then not actually be open
