There is a manager who seems to never take a day off and to be honest this was one of the autozones I avoided even though it is the closest one to where I do most of my work but ever since Steve has shown up it is more my regular store. If you end up at this location and need advice or just want great service ask for Steve, I can not say enough about about him. I have been a professional mechanic for over 20 years and can honestly say it's rare to come by a parts provider with the qualities Steve possess

Do not go to this place even if your car breaks right next to it. The manager on duty today (12/03/23 time 2:28pm) gave me a headlight bulb that was already opened and was aggressively refusing to give me an unopened one. A manager threatening a customer in the middle of the day - tragic and comic at the same time.

It's obvious that the comments on here are false. The tall slim scruffy guy who was counting his drawer was just plain rude. If i didnt need the part, i would have went elsewhere. And they are closing at 7:30pm when it says 8.

Tonight I experienced 4 of the kindest most thoughtful young adults at this location. I had a problem and they all were willing to help. Thank you for showing me the kindness that you did. It was very appreciated.

Have been here twice and both times have been horrible. The first time a woman couldn t even help me find degreaser if I didn t give her a part #. How do you work at AutoZone and you can t tell me which vicinity degreaser would be located?? The store is about as big as a 4 car garage the woman was very rude and left me to find it myself.The second time being today, I had made a purchase online the night prior and the website told me they had everything in stock and my order was ready to be picked up, only to drive 20 min for my order not to be ready and for them not to have any of my order in stock Why couldn t someone have at least checked when they received in the order and have sent me an email or phone call letting me know?? Do better.

Everytime I come to the store, the customer service is great. Everyone is very helpful. They greet you at the door. Not just one employee but the whole staff. Hazel was very helpful and made sure I needed whatever it is that I asked for. I will recommend anyone to this store. I will always come here anytime I need anything for my car. I appreciate the customer service, great company.

I really have no complaint but I ve been spending my hard earned cash that I work for at this location and I ve been putting in applications I ve spoken with several employees and even left my number for Obie which is the hiring manager IT says this location is hiring but I believe it s only friends and family members where is equal opportunity for all

I did get help but I always feel a bit rushed. I know im not the only customer but act like you want my money. Lol. She was very nice and was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She took me right to them.

Horrible customer service and professionalism!!! Just terrible. I went into the store. I guess I was asking too many questions because the person helping me appeared annoyed. He claimed they didn't have the part in stock. He claimed another store did not have the part in stock which they did. I called to verify. Additionally, the other store stated the store had the part in stock. He wanted me to drive further away and gave me misinformation. I told them they have the part . He said if it shows up in their system and it isn't on the shelf nothing he can do about it and what did I want him to do about it?! When I told him what the other store reported, he said go there then! When I requested the general managers information, he did not want to give me his name. He lied and put me on HOLD! Why? I don't understand why I need to go to Menomonee Falls, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Oak Creek, and so on to get good service?

Shout out to Doug and Ramon for greeting me while walking in the store and immediately helping me get my windshield wipers. Plus, on this cold rainy day Doug came to rescue to put on my new windshield wipers! Thanks guys great service!!

The staff here is very nice.. but the front of the outside of the store parking lot is so dirty trash and plastic bag are all over the place.. since i am out of state shopping here frist time feel unsave..they could definitely cleaning up

Horrible services.I went to change my old battery on this site. The second day, I found that my car panel was dimmed when I turned on the car lights. There was no such problem when I was using my old battery. So I went back to the shop to asked them change the battery to test the problem. They refused this reasonable request.Would not recommend anyone to come here! Stay away!

Staff are informative and very courteous. As others have mentioned, the outside of the store is rather dirty. But other than that, great place and great people.

The store on 24th and north ave (Milwaukee, WI). I call yesterday and I'm left on hold for 8 minutes before I hang up, so I go in today at 8am (store says it opens at 8am in sunday), I wait outside for literally 10 minutes. I called the store twice while standing at the door. At 8:10 someone comes to the door and says "I'm the only one here, I need about 20 more minutes to finish stocking". I decide to leave.THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE. ALWAYS SEEMS TOO BUSY AND UNDERSTAFFED, EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE MUTIPLE PPL WORKING

Certainly not the most car knowledgeable crew on hand. Service can be a bit slow too. There's a couple guys there who do know what they're talking about though. Wish I could remember the names. Almost always have the parts I need at least.
