This was my best experience ever at an Autozone location. Faith C made the process of me getting a battery installed very smooth. hiring managers are doing a great job picking the best people.

Asia took great care of us. They didn't have the cheaper battery we needed. She took the time to look up another stores stock and have her driver pick it up! Excellent service and care. Give this woman a raise!!!

I had a very dead battery in my car, would only take a jump start and if I turned it off, it was dead again.I called this Autozone on Capital Dr. 2 times in one day to confirm that they had a battery in stock and that they could install it onsite. Twice.I arrived onsite, turned off my car, went inside to learn that the staff wouldn't install it as I was told on the phone. I was left with a car with a dead battery in the parking lot and an auto store full of supplies that couldn't help me. I called a friend to come and give me a jump.Poor service, poor training by the managers, this store doesn't know what they sell or don't sell. I cannot recommend it.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Katie and Steve the district manager gave the best customer service ever. I ubered to this store to get a part since my car broke down and they went above and beyond to help me. They had the right part I needed and I forgot my phone in my Uber. Katie kept calling my phone and Steve went as far as letting me use his computer to track my phone down. I recommend anyone and everyone to go here for great prices and a better experience. Thank you guys for helping me out today !! I will be back !

Asia an employee here is one of THE MOST PATIENT and frankly auto knowledgeable people I've ever had the privilege to briefly work with.After some accidents in store with my key fob, she came in to offer solutions and help while still remaining kind and patient with her co staff. (This is everything:)She tried 2 different glues, and over the course of an hour and a half multitasked with performing brain surgery on this specific Prius fob and rattled off what SPECIFIC wire, battery and specific cells other customers needed for their cars.Thanks for sharing some of your knowledge and including me / teaching me a small bit about key fobs.I hope you're aware how brilliant you are.

Check engine light came on, so we took the car in on a freezing night and David immediately came outside to help us diagnose the cause. He was extremely friendly and helpful in his explanation of the possible causes for the code that was coming up, and was quick to show us the various prices we should expect from a mechanic. Great experience all around thanks to David!

I had called about an issue with my car and when I arrived, Donald walked outside with me to take a look at my car and wow! He was so so helpful!! The problem I couldn t figure out myself he found a solution within minutes. He helped me find what I need in the store and even went out of his way to fix the piece on my car! Because of Donald, I ll definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you for great customer service!

After having problems with my battery all morning I stopped into the store to have my battery checked. A young lady checked my battery and it turned out that the battery was a bad battery. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. After helping me find the right battery for my car she even came out and installed it with no hassle. I really appreciate Chrissy for helping me out. My new go to AutoZone! Thanks so much Chrissy

My battery died this morning and after 2 jumps I was able to drive it to this Autozone. I bought a new battery here that Jo Jo installed. She was very nice, professional, speedy, and helpful. I am so happy I was able to get my car here. A+ service. Thank you!

I stopped by this morning to pick up an online order I had placed. Walking in I was greeted and helped right away. Due to the car project I was working on, I unfortunately had to make a total of five trips to this location. Each time I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I had great interactions with Jason who was nice enough to explain things for me without being condescending or patronizing (an experience I usually have when walking into establishments like these). I will definitely be using this location as my go to from now on!

Jonillia is the best! She knew exactly how to find which parts I needed and volunteered some of her time to fix my issue herself. In 15 minutes, she did what took me several frustrating hours (the last time around).

Tried to recycle some used oil that I bought from Autozone and they didn't wanna take it stating that they have palets blocking their recycling bin that obviously wasn't the case bin was blocked by some boxes, they didn't wanna do the extra work for what they're actually paid... reconsidering buying stuff from autozone from now on...

Salesman, David, really helped us out! We needed wiper blades, but we needed help installing them as well. David didn't hesitate, he helped us find the right blades & he offered to install the wipers for us!
