Super thankful for the staff here! Extremely knowledgeable, fun to shop with and quick! Was able to run a diagnostic and let me know my battery needed to be replaced! Purchased a battery and they were able to install it for me quickly! Thanks guys!!

I needed new windshield wipers. The factory installed ones were terrible. Juan and his manger were so helpful. Juan showed me how to install them. I felt comfortable asking questions about my car. You don t alway feel that at some places. Juan was so knowledgeable and patient. Everyone here was friendly and welcoming. These days it s hard to find good customer services. Juan and the others go above and beyond.

When looking for Auto or Truck parts, stop in the AutoZone on Oklahoma and Chase Ave. and ask for Nathaniel, Melinda, Denise, or any other professional parts associate. Nice, clean, well-maintained store and highly recommended.

Just phenomenal service. Battery was dead and without hesitation the team here changed it for us at no charge. Smiled and cracking jokes the whole time while it was bitterly cold outside. Most helpful location I ve ever been to. Very thankful to have them in my community.

Mr. Juan Cervantes was very professional, curtious, helpful and kind and very respectful. I asked him to check my battery. Not only did he check battery he also checked my starter and alternator. Keep up the good work Juan also Great Store!

I come to this autozone regularly as I work nearby, every single time I go into this store, every employee goes above and beyond to assist with all of our fleets needs. The team is very knowledgeable and gives incredible advice. Always a positive experience.

A couple weeks ago I had a headlight that was out in my car and no one could figure out why. Felix at AutoZone took the time to come out to my car and figure out what was going on with it. He was SO kind and it worked instantly without me having to spend hundreds of dollars. I could have cried on the spot. He made my day!! Thank you Felix!

There is one thing I have to say about AutoZone I love shopping there but when I go ahead and place an order and it comes in they do not respond on calling the customer and when you go ahead and tell them why didn't I get a call they say oh well you must not have your voicemail setup that is the stupidest ridiculous thing I've ever heard of we are all adults and this does not make any sense to me I go through it all the time with them there are some jobs I have to get done right away and we as customers are waiting for that part to come in and if we have to wait 5 days instead of when they would have called two days before that 5 days could have gotten the job done a lot faster I hope someone corrects this problem and talks to everyone in the Milwaukee district locations

I came in this afternoon to get a replacement bulb for a headlight and decided to get new windshield wipers. Jesus Vazquez was extremely helpful making sure I had the correct parts for my vehicle. Although I was able to change my own headlight, I was thankful that he came to help me when he saw I was struggling with the wipers. I was super thankful and will certainly come back to this location for any future auto needs for our cars!

Nate and Josh go above and beyond satisfaction for customers. I had to return a few things sometimes for even exchange or sometimes for a refund, sometimes no questions asked. I'm happy to have people like that working for the customer. They are great!

Recently got home from this auto zone, I bought 3 wiper blades for my Subaru. The sale items were out of stock, so the manager gave me money off wiper blades that were in stock. Everyone was extremely helpful! He even installed my wiper blades. Thank you so much!!! My husband told me to go to this one on Chase & Oklahoma as he always had superior service from this location.

I stopped by to buy new windshield wipers and the two women working were extremely helpful and kind. They not only showed me which windshield wipers would fit my car, they also came out with me (in the rain!) to change them for me at no extra cost.

This is the ONLY place I go for parts and supplies for my Van.. Brenda is very knowledgeable and I have never once had to come back because she gave me the wrong part. She helps me troubleshoot and is usually right on. When she isn't there either Juan or Nate help me out. Both are just as good as she is. Thanks for always being there when my Van breaks down... Which is often these days

I would like to take the time to acknowledge the wonderful experience I had at this location. I had an issue with my headlights, and was unsure of how to address it myself. Nathaniel, was very willing to listen to the concern I had. He took the time to problem solve the issue. His customer service went above and beyond. I am truly grateful for him being willing to take the time to help me. The store location appeared to be tidy and organized. It also appears to have safety precautions in place to adhere to public health recommendations, which I also appreciated. I would highly recommend this location, as they were very helpful and thorough. I wouldn t hesitate to return for further auto needs.

Jesus and Nathaniel went above and beyond to fix my non functional key fob! Jesus even took a break to run home and get the screwdriver needed to unscrew the incredibly small screw in the key!! Amazing - nice - fun people! I will never go anywhere else! They wouldn t take a tip which was greatly deserved!

I will start by saying I m not a car person in any sense of the word. That said, I needed to replace a side mirror because using my deductible and going to the dealership would ve been too expensive (only the mirror was cracked, not the housing.) The gentleman who helped me place the order was knowledgeable and asked me questions without making me feel like I didn t know what I was talking about. When I called and then picked up my mirror, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It really made all the difference when dealing with a stressful situation.

Stopped by this store in the morning. My truck had some lighs on so I went to get her checked. The big guy came out to hooked up the reader he was friendly, asked me questions about the truck to see what's going on. He explained exactly what it was reading and what it meant. He helped me buy what I needed and nothing more. Which made it completely comfortable buying cause I know nothing about cars. Everytime I come here, it's more than just a store, it's like I leave knowing I can fix my truck n know that's what it was. Great service. Great employees. Just overall wonderfully experience. Best autozone of them all tbh

After googling the rattle I was hearing while driving, I knew I needed a fastener. Autozone had an entire aisle dedicated to fasteners and I did not know what I was looking for. Nate/Nathan/Nathaniel, store manager saw my "deer in headlights" look and offered to assist. He offered to take a look and I thought that was going to be it. I was wrong. He went so far above and beyond, crawling and laying on the parking lot ground, trying multiple fasteners, and finding one that fit. All that help for a $4 purchase. So friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time I need something.
